Centering around S7 E10 Mercy, after Jay Halstead is shot, missing moments from the hospital and his recovery.

Jay is finally back on the job after being shot and it couldn't have come at a better time. Something is building within Chicago and it is going to take all of Jay's skills and knowledge to stop it before millions die. Along the way, the team has to adjust to changes that are coming to the unit, including losing one of their own and gaining a new member.

To keep things simple, this is a story of a trip to New York, memory lane, and an unfamiliar hospital. This is a Jay whump story stuffed with all kinds of twists, turns, and surprises along the way.

After waking up in a small town, Erin has no recollection of her life. All she knows is what her husband has told her. All she knows is she fell and hit her head. But when she does start to remember, she finds out all is not as it should be and the man that's claiming to be her husband may be lying about more than just that.

Detectives Hailey Upton and Jay Halstead's working relationship has turned into a great friendship, but what happens when the lines between being just friends and being something more get blurred? Upstead fan-fic.

Set after 7X10. After being shot once again, Jay is battling his demons. Will and Hailey had no idea just how bad Jay's PTSD truly was. Now he has to take the time to heal, it is the perfect time for Will to finally get his brother to work on not only his PTSD but living a real life.
