Each chapter will be a brief glimpse into the Priestly-Sachs household as seen in my Like... 'verse. I will add to this whenever a scene pops into my head. Updates will be sporadic. Hope lost then found again

Remember how Andy caught a cold over Christmas? Well, now Miranda has it. Andrea decides they need to get away to somewhere warm.

Unable to resist, I step closer and cupping her face in my palms, brush the pads of my thumbs under her eyes, removing the stray tears. "Stay." My touch remains light, in case she wishes to pull away but she immediately curls into me and I feel awash with relief even as she cries.

Miranda doesn't know everything about Andrea's work history. This particular hidden skill comes in very useful. I intend this to be a series, sort of an 'Elemental' theme, 'Into the Fire' is retroactively the first story in the series. This is the 2nd.
