This story is an alternate take on the 2009 Star Trek movie. Here, Amanda finds out she's pregnant several months before Nero's ship destroys Vulcan. And this time, when Spock beams down to get his parents, he saves his mother and his 3 year old little sister; but Sarek is knocked off the cliff by a boulder. Now Spock must help Amanda raise his little sister without a father.

Doctor McCoy has been captured, and he will be rescued. Eventually

Kira (the OC) is being held prisoner. But she is soon joined by Doctor McCoy. That's when things get a little, intimate.
