Cassian is suspicious of the male who entered Velaris without detection, and later that night he discovers his suspicions were well warranted.

Rhysand tried to forget about the human girl he met at Calanmai, tried but failed. Her beautiful face haunted his dreams and every waking hour until he could no longer resist the urge to see her again. Risking every deception he'd carefully constructed over the past fifty years, he sets out to find her only to learn she is in love with one of his greatest enemies.

After the war with Hybern, Feyre takes on her High Lady duties along with Rhysand and the Inner Circle as they repair cracks in their own lives as well as the world.
