It's about a young girl charting her own course and what she encounters along the way. I'm writing a story about treasure planet with a bit of a twist. I gender-swapped the main character and I'm making changes to elements of the original universe and base story so that I can make it something unique that I haven't seen done yet. Hope you enjoy.

Here is my first fic! Based on the events that happen in Treasure Planet, I really wanted to explore and expand on the rooftop scene, where Jim Hawkins reminisces over what happened that day that eventually leads to this emotional build up. He only wanted some freedom on his Solar Surfer. I hope you enjoy it, and please let me know what you think!

Despite assurances, the political situation on the world of Capra turns out to be far more complex than first expected - and an enigmatic spacer on Amelia's ship may hold the key to saving the planet and its people from exploitation.

Post-movie. Amelia's family is slaughtered by pirates and she's understandably sad beyond words and suffering horribly, but a quintet of natural cat enemies believes that felines can't possibly have feelings and her tears are a ridiculous load. Jim's intent on teaching them otherwise, though. Rated M for blood, death and language.

A series of one-shots, each chapter about an aspect of Delbert and Amelia's relationship, centered around one word that starts with a letter of the alphabet. So there will be 26 chapters when it's finished. Feel free to leave letter suggestions in the reviews!

Post-movie. Although a Jim and Sarah visit is always a pleasure for the Doppler family, Amelia has a dream that goes the other route entirely in the most profound and intense(read: nasty and terrifying)of ways.

Post-movie. Amelia is about to go on another voyage with her crew, though she first meets a mouse lady who seemingly wishes to help and so is allowed on board the R.L.S Legacy, but not everything is truly what it seems, and the cat will find this out the hard way. The VERY hard way.

After five wonderful years of an all but perfect life, Amelia has the misfortune to contract a severe, albeit not fatal, case of the flu, and one that will last for a week, at that. And, while she'll be cared for as much as possible by everyone who's willing to, and she has plenty of friends, so many are, it'll still be the week from hell for her.

Jim, Al and the rest of the Crew are going to have a wonderful celebration. Instead of Celebrating happily, Al is becoming homesick from not celebrating with her crew and Jim has been on a mission for a few months now. Plus, it's her first year celebrating in Montressor as a Cadet. Can her Uncle and the gang cheer her up? Or is their something that their keeping from this Captain?

Post-movie. While the Doppler family really is living a very happy life, a longtime secret problem of Amelia's(she's scared of lightning), which she has been keeping to herself and making sure no one knows about, shows up and forces her to reveal it to her family, and Delbert decides that they should try and make Amelia overcome her fear. Will it end in success?

Delbert is...back when he was tending to Amelia during the time that the latter had those disabling injuries? AND SHE'S BLEEDING OUT AND DYING? What's going on here? And what does it all mean? Can it truly be real? Rated T to be safe, and contains distortion of the song "Hello" by Evanescence.

Post-movie. There is a crucial voyage that Jim is accompanying Captain Amelia's crew on along with his mother, and he comes across an adventurer mouse who agrees to join that voyage, but said mouse hates Captain Amelia for being a cat upon meeting her. What will that mean, for the voyage or otherwise? Rated M for blood, graphic parts, language and scenes of prejudice.

Post-movie. Captain Amelia's perfect life is torn into when she receives a letter from Jim about something she didn't know concerning the death of her close friend, Mr. Arrow. Seeing red is followed by feeling blue, both to the extreme. Be forewarned...there is a chance that this story will make you cry.
