Author's note: I'm baaaackkk! Wowwwee. I'm impressed I even got 9 follows on the chapter before this. It made my day and got me pumped to upload the next one!

Anywayyyyy, I'm going to try and update at least once a week but I do have kids and currently am in school.

Btw, I want you all to stay safe from the virus. Hopefully it passes sooner rather than later.

Tapping her pencil profusely on her school desk, Marinette ignores her teacher, and stares at the whiteboard. Even though class is in progress, she tunes everything out. Blue eyes glazed over and sunken, she bites her bottom lip.

'I know everything,' replays in her head.

She lets out a heavy sigh, looking to the door. Normally, she would've at least caught three secret glimpses of Adrien by now! Yet, today, she refuses to even try.

Guilt sets heavy on her shoulders as she stares blankly at the door.

'Stupid kitty doesn't know everything…' She thinks to herself.

Clutching her pencil in her palm, a loud boom rings through the air. The lights in their classroom blink twice before cutting off. A loud cackle echoes across the city.

Everyone screams and jumps from their desk. Another boom shakes the building.

From outside, a deep voice yells, "I am Gianormous and I'll show you how small you all are!" A kid with brightly colored clothes holds a ruler in one hand and a pencil in his other. His brown hair sticks out wild from under his striped baseball cap.

Marinette snaps from her daze and races towards the window. Their teacher instructs everyone to exit the room quietly, but no one listens. Panic stirs as students burst from their classrooms, running amuck.

Alya hollers from beside the door. "C'mon! I need to go outside to catch video for my blog! Lady and Chat will show any minute now!"

"I'll be right there! I need check on something important! I'll be safe!" Marinette calls back. Alya gives her a thumbs up and joins the crowd with her red hair waving behind her.

Watching the last person exit, Marinette briefly takes note that Adrien has already left and is probably safe, too. She slips inside their classroom supply closet when no one is around. Transforming with Tikki into Ladybug, the young superhero sneaks out the door. As she jumps from the window, she heads towards the akumatized villain.

"NOW!" Lady Bug yells. Chat Noir lifts his hand into the air, cataclysm ready, and strikes down on the ruler tucked behind the giant's ear. Gianormous, wails obnoxiously as his size shrinks back to a normal twelve-year-old boy.

"W-what happened…" he whispers to himself.

Chat helps the kid with a baseball cap off the concrete sidewalk. "It's ok. You're safe." Lady Bug catches the akuma within her compact and sets it free.

Finishing, she joins Chat and the boy. "I'm not sure what caused you to be so upset but we're here to help you now."

When Chat pokes her side playfully, she blushes under her mask. "M'lady has a point. Do you remember the last thing that happened before the change?"

"Peter!" An older woman cries. The three turn to face her as she runs to the boy and wraps her arms around him. "Thank goodness your safe!" Looking to the two superhero's she smiles. "You rescued him."

Lady nods. "Yes. He should feel normal in a few days."

"Mom, can we go home? I'm so tired…" the boy kicks at the ground, unable to look anyone in the eye.

Chat Noir raises an eyebrow. "Hey-"

"Yes, we can. Thank you two so much." The woman says, clenching onto the kid's shoulders. Ladybug pauses for a moment, wanting to ask more, but doesn't say anything as the two walk away.

When the mom and son are out of earshot, Chat Noir leans towards Ladybug. "Did you notice anything… off… about the two of them?"

Lady Bug turns to her partner and scratches her head. "Most definitely. I can't put my finger on it, but I have a weird feeling, too."

"Should we investigate further or is that too much?"

Lady Bug pauses contemplating the idea, but then shakes her head no. "Hopefully, things will be ok. I hate to say it, but if we take any further actions, it might be considered invading their privacy."

Chat Noir smirk, swinging his leather tail in circles. "I'll invade your privacy any day, m'lady."

Blushing again, Lady bug, by default, turns away from her partner and pulls out her yo-yo. "Maybe one day kitty cat."

Chat Noir freezes and blinks in surprise. Before he can say anything in response, reaching out his hand to ask her if she means it, Lady Bug slings her weapon towards the nearest building top, taking off into the city.

On her way back to class, she groans to Tikki. "Why did I say anything like that?! I'm such an idiot."

Tikki, through telepathy and connection, thinks to Marinette, 'Yeah, I was surprised you said something so bold! Are you catching feelings for Chat?'

"Absolutley not! You know I love Adrien! I could never!"

'Okaayyy… fine… anyway. Hey! Remember, you were going to tell me about last night's dream?'

With her chest tightening, she stutters, "I-It was nothing I swear! Can we just forget about it please?!"
