Chapter 1: Two Weeks Later...
The Parrs sat in their house, suffering from major distress. Two weeks had passed since that terrible day at Willamette. They still continued to fight crime, but it just didn't feel the same without Dash. Violet was disheartened that she didn't have the little squirt she cared for so much to play video games with her anymore. Mirage, Karen, Sarah, and Evelyn were missing their sweet little nephew. Joseph, Eric, and Jenna were upset that their best friend was gone. Winston, Lucius, and Drake were also upset about their young nephew's disappearance. The rest of the Wannabes felt for them. Bob and Helen were taking the worst of it. They missed their little boy so much, wishing they could just find him at any given instant. Being a baby, Jack-Jack didn't understand why they were sad, but could tell something was wrong. It made everyone here terribly sad to think that such a promising young Super has had his career cut tragically short.
Suddenly, Bob's communicator rang. He answered it.
"Hello?" he said.
"Mr. Incredible, we have received a distress call. Come down to NSA HQ and we'll give you the details." said an agent.
Everyone made their way to NSA HQ and walked into the office they were told to.
"Thank you all for coming. About an hour ago, we received a distress signal from the town of Willamette, Colorado. We believe it came from a band of hostile survivors who are desperate." the agent said before she activated an audio recording.
"Can anyone hear me?! My name is Tonya Rogers! We are in desperate need of food and water! We can't scavenge with it on the loose out there killing our guys! If anyone can hear this, send help, please!" the recording said.
"So, what do you think, Bob?" Elastigirl asked.
"Well, we can't just let them fend for themselves." Mr. Incredible said.
"Maybe, if we're lucky, they've seen Dash." Violet said.
"I don't mean to come off as insensitive, but that would be a waste of time. The kid is no more." the agent said.
"You can believe what you want, but with no body or even blood found, we're not ready to buy that he's dead. Not just yet." Eric said.
After loading up supplies, the Incredibles started on their way to Willamette.
