Chapter 2
Not much to say this time, I will be trying my hardest to get chapters of this out on Tuesday's and Chapters of Out of this World out on Saturday's. thank you for anyone who is reading and have a good read!
Glynda leaned in to look at everyone "Is everyone ready?" When everyone nodded she started the next video.
"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, Weiss Schnee." an announcer says in the background.
Frowning at the screen Willow sighed "Of course, a daughter, I hope she isn't my only one, the pressure would be overwhelming…"
Summer looked at her curiously "What do you mean? Aren't you just a singer? What pressure would she have from that?"
Tai and Qrow gave her a look that meant Summer was being a goofball and not knowing basic knowledge. Tai spoke up "Sum, Schnee's are a Dust Company." He scratched his cheek "And I heard the guy she's being married off too, Jaques Gilead or something? He's a right hardass. The heiress would be under a lot of pressure."
The surprised looks from his team got him annoyed "What, I know stuff as well!"
"Well, that stinks for you Willow, I'll be your friend when we get back if you need someone to talk to." Summer smiled at the woman who looked away with a huff but had a flicker of a smile on her face before going stone-faced.
"...thank you but I don't think my father would like me making friends with a random hunter from Vale."
Weiss walks forward, music starts playing, the audience is shown blurred because of the lights.
Weiss starts singing "Mirror, tell me something. Tell me who's the loneliest, of all."
While she sings, the perspective shifts to the scar-free reflection underneath her and rotates to show a different scene of Weiss standing before a giant set of armor with an equally massive broadsword.
"Look at her! She sings just as well as her mother." Willow says puffing up her chest, pride filling her.
Summer squealed in joy "Oh, another singer! I bet i'll love her music." She grabbed Willow's hand and bounced in place. She totally made a new friend who wasnt saying she was but totally was. Just like Raven all over again "Do you think our kids can be friends earlier then they're suppose to meet?!"
Willow ripped her hand away glaring at the bouncy small girl "I do not know what the future holds but it might be possible. Lets…" She let out a breath "Lets get to know each other before we make plans for the future Ms. Rose."
Weiss backflips just as the Giant Armour brings its blade down on where she was.
"Mirror, tell me something. Tell me who's the loneliest, of all." Weiss unsheathes her own rapier, Myrtenaster, and darts forward, getting a hit on her enemy before twirling into a landing. The Giant Armour swings again, but she dashes away and lands several spinning slashes on the creature. It retaliates when she uppercuts into the air, arcing its sword around and hitting Weiss' rapier, which she brings up just in time to merely knock her back.
"You can do this," Willow whispered watching with nervous energy. She knew that she was growing attached to a person that wasn't born and could possibly not be born. But damnit that was her daughter fighting! Whenever she thought of children, she never wanted the life of a huntress for them. Now that it was happening though, Willow just wanted her to win.
Weiss looks up to see the Giant Armour leaping into the air and hurling the sword down on her, then swinging it back up in an effort to get its fast-moving target. It finally hits her blade again, and she is knocked away until she rolls back on her feet.
"Fear of what's inside of me. Tell me can a heart be turned to stone?" With white energy now gathered on her fingertips, Weiss motions to the ground beneath her, and a snowflake symbol appears that propels her forward at extreme speeds. Despite the Giant Armour's attempts to slash at her, Weiss disappears and reappears all around it, leaping through the air using her glyphs and landing a blow with each pass.
Leaning in to get a better view, Ozpin noted the flawless stance, and how she flowed around the battlefield. He was quite impressed. It seemed this generation would produce an even better one. Especially since she probably hadn't been to beacon yet to sharpen those already strong skills.
Weiss takes another hit and the scene changes to her singing until changing back to the battle.
Weiss is shown to be bleeding across her left eye and starts loading Dust into her Rapier.
"No Weiss!" Willow shouted reaching out for the screen before she felt two people hug her, both the Faunus women who had been watching everyone cautiously and Summer. She went to pull away before leaning into the hug. "Please be ok, please be ok." she whispered watching her injured daughter keep fighting.
Tai looked over at his leader comforting the women before groaning and leaning towards Qrow "They haven't even had the kids yet and they're already bonding." Qrow snorted at that.
"Mirror, mirror, what's behind you? Save me from the things I see!" Weiss uses the dust to counter the knight followed by freezing its feet with ice, so it attacks, and she jumps onto its sword in order to get close and deal with another dust infused attack destroying the ice and making it drop its sword. "I can keep it from the world, Why won't you let me hide from me?"
"Mirror, mirror, tell me something." The knight charges at her but she skilfully evades with a roll and uses her glyphs to make it hover above the ground before locking it in place with projectile glyphs.
"Who's the loneliest of all?" The scene switches to Weiss singing for a split second as she is preparing for an attack.
"I'm the loneliest, of, all." Her rapier glows white as she deals the final blow.
The children all erupt in cheers, with Glynda and Ozpin smiling at the happy atmosphere. It was good to see them having fun in the situation. He Polished off the rest of his coffee before leaning into Glynda "When we get back you should check on those two," Pointing at Willow and the Faunus women. "See if they need any assistance or if they would… require some huntress training." He had his normal enigmatic smile at Glynda's furrowed brow.
The knight is destroyed as the music stops and singing Weiss curtsies as the curtains close.
The Silhouettes from the last trailer appear but this time with Weiss also in full view. The name Weiss Schnee is below her picture.
"Wow, that was intense, a fight and some good music." Summer said feeling hyped for more good fight scenes. She wanted to ignore the emotional stuff for now till they knew more of what was happening.
Tai laughed at that "It was a pretty cool fight, Wonder who's next?"
Finally the Faunus girl spoke up "I-I would guess it's my daughter," When everyone looked at her surprised she flushed and looked away "Hi, sorry if I was quiet, I'm not so good with people," she leaned in and stuck a hand out to Summer "My name is Kali Belladonna."
Summer gingerly took the hand and shook it "Hello! My name is Summer Rose," She gasped at a sudden idea, dragging Kali to her team. "AND THIS IS TEAM STRQ! The best huntsmen team ever made!" Summer said hand on her hips and a peace sign made with the other.
Pointing at the blond boy messing with Qrow's cloak while he talked with his sister. "This is Taiyang Xiao Long, he's my best friend and our team Pugilist… Which means he punches things."
"And kick! You always forget I can kick!" Tai complained.
"Anyway, this is Qrow, he's our mid-range fighter, and a bit of a birdbrain." She said birdbrain like an inside joke so Kali ignored it and nodded politely at him.
"This is Raven, she hits things with a sword, no style. And shes kinda mean, and prickly. But she's pretty cool." Summer teased Raven as the bird huffed and the description.
Raven flipped her off "I am the only fighter worth a Lien on our team."
"Really? Are we remembering our last spar where I kicked your ass?" Summer said giving a knowing look.
She simply got a glare in response, which had Summer deciding to leave Raven to sulk. She lead the Cat Girl towards the two Professors. Waving a hand in there direction to show she was talking about them. "This is Headmaster Ozpin of Beacon!" she leaned in to whisper "Don't let anyone know but he has a coffee addiction."
Kali smiled at the man before sticking a hand out "Hello sir, I'm Kali."
"Hello back Ms. Belladona, how are you taking this whole kidnapping?" Ozpin asked already preparing for the look Glynda would give him about the coffee joke.
"Im ok, I wonder why im here. I am assuming I have a daughter on this team RWBY as well but… im worried."
Ozpin smiled "It is certainly fine to be worried, you have a good head on your shoulder's, already realizing the most likely reason you were brought with us all."
"Well Willow's daughter was shown and so was Summer's," Kali shrugged twitching a little "it was the only option I could think of."
As they began to talk, the area darkened and the next trailer
