As the sun rises Derek rolls over and becomes tangled in the sheets. In an attempt to act cool about it, he tries to untangle himself. Derek falls to the ground gracefully with a thud. Emily suddenly wakes up fightened, "What? What's going on? Who's there?"

"It's just me Emily," Morgan whispered trying to calm her down as he stands up. Morgan hops back in bed, Emily soon after rolls over and lays her arm on his bare chest. Caressing her soft hair he delicately says, "We should- we should probably talk... about last night."

"I think we need to," Emily agress.

"I would like to start off by saying I am sorry for breaking into your apartment."

"It's okay, really. If you hadn't I don't think I would have spoken up about my feelings."

"Okay, well I still feel bad. Your window is kind of broken now."

"I can fix my window."

Derek chuckles and sits up a little, "Secondly, I was wondering what you were thinking about us and how we move forward."

Emily looks up into Dereks's chocolate dreamy brown eyes, "I- I don't want to end it here. I have to many feelings for this to be just a one time thing. You are just too perfect for this to end now. It can't end now. Not yet." Emily's breathing became more rapid and more shallow.

Derek grasps her back and lulls her back into a calmer state of mind. He leans in and kisses her lightly to make her stop rambling. "This not just for one night. Not in the slightest. I was just asking what this is. I am not about to give this up. I love you too much to lose you again, whether it is being my girlfriend or my partner." Emily looks at him like a deer in the headlights. He looks slightly confused and smiles, "What?"

Emily stutters, "What did you just say?"

"Just before?"

"Yes, just before."

"I said I was not going to give this up after one night."

"No, after that. Did you say..."

"I love you."

"That. You said that. Why? Why did you say that? "

"I am in love with you Emily. I said that because I love you. I fell in love with the second I saw you." Her jaw dropped. "You are the love of my life." Derek smiles and stands up to shout, "I LOVE YOU EMILY PRENTISS!"

She smiled ear to ear and says embarrassedly, "Stop screaming, neighbors are going to think something is wrong."

"What you don't like me screaming my affection?"

Emily pulls him back in bed and close to her face. She smiles as she softly whispers in his ear, "I love you too." She then pulls his lips to meet hers. They pull away from each other and smile.

"So I guess the next logical step would be to kiss some more."

She faintly laughs, "I guess so." As they lean in for another kiss, their phones ring off the hook. They both sigh and grab their phones. "JJ needs us in."

"Looks like we are going to New Hampshire." Derek gets up out of bed and puts on a shirt.

"No, don't do that," Emily giggles.

"We have to go in."

"I know. I guess after the case we go out to get drinks or something?"

"Emily Prentiss, are you asking me on a date."

"Maybe."

"I will most certainly go out to get drinks with you." Morgan pulls up his pants, "I am going to get a headstart."

"See you there." Emily waves as she starts to get up.

As Derek walks into the hallway he turns around, "I love you."

She smiles and repeats, "I love you too."
