Oh yeah, this story, though a sequel to my previous, didn't get the disclaimer. So here it is:

I'm one of those readers that reviews almost every chapter, so I want to see you people do that for me! Shout out to catgrl for reviewing so much! Okay, on with the story. Thanks for reading, peeps!

Once Emmett returned a half hour later, I was literally whisked away at the speed of light. I closed my eyes as my stomach lurched again and again, breathing steadily through my nose so I wouldn't vomit all over my vampire chauffeur. It seemed as if only minutes had passed when I was suddenly in another bed.

"How the…" I gaped around me, noting the scent of citrus and honey that lingered in the air. The cream colored walls were decorated tastefully with photos of nature and animals. Windows stood sentry on either side of the bedroom, curtained with sheer white lace. "Where…" A cherry wood dresser sat at the foot of the bed and was decorated with a cream runner and beautiful knick knacks. There's an end stand to my right with a lamp and a box of tissues, which I grabbed because my nose started to run. My body felt weak and my arms trembled as I sat there, deep in a burrow of pillows and blankets.

"This is your room, temporarily, Bella." Carlisle said as he sat on the edge of the bed where I was wrapped in thick, soft blankets of varying colors. My fingers brushed the materials and I literally had never felt anything softer.

"Temporarily?" I asked softly, unsure what he meant.

"We can discuss that now, or we can discuss it once you've turned."

"I'm officially dead now?" Looking at his deep ocher eyes, I felt okay with that. When he was near, I felt as if the whole world was right.

Then reality hit me.

"Oh shit. Maggie! Work. Oh no." I groaned and threw myself back onto the down filled pillows.

"They don't know that it was you that was 'killed' in the car yet, Bella. The police are on the scene and the fire station has been called." Emmett said. "Want me to video it? I really want to video all the drama."

I thought about that pretty seriously for a moment. I wasn't actually dead but people were going to assume I was, the way my car would be found. Oddly, I'd always wanted to be a fly on the wall to see how people would react once I died.

It still seemed a bit too creepy for me to do though so my inner Jimminy made me shake my head and Emmett's shoulders drooped in defeat.

"Sorry, big guy." I laughed. My stomach heaved and I grunted in pain. Blood seeped down my lip from my nose and I rolled my eyes as everyone's eyes went black.

"Sorry, Bella." Alice said quickly before leaving the room in a gust of air. Emmett pressed himself against the wall and stared at me with an apologetic expression.

"It's fine." I waved him off. "Someone bite me already."

Carlisle gently brushed his fingers down my cheek. "Do you want to discuss things before you turn or after? Once you're reborn, you will be overwhelmed with your emotions and you will want for nothing but one thing. Blood. It is your choice." His words were as soft as his dark eyes.

I touched his cheek with shaking fingers, my whole body feeling weak. "How come your eyes change? You're not affected by blood?" It was another thing he'd told me when he explained the whole vampire ordeal. He didn't think it was a gift, per se, but the rest of his family thought it might be.

"It's not your blood that affects me, darling." He smiled softly as his eyes darkened further and he leaned in to press a kiss to my cheek. "It is you. You affect me. Our eyes go black for a few reasons. One is hunger, yes but there is another type of hunger that affects it."

The soft, seducing way he spoke pointed me in the right direction and my thighs trembled with desire. "I've never felt like this before." I whispered.

"You'll feel this way forever, now." He whispered as well. "Are you ready?"

Staring deeply into his eyes, I nodded and closed my eyes, holding out my wrist.

"Oh no, Bella." Carlisle said darkly as he pressed my arm back to the bed. Emmett left without a word but I didn't bother watching him for this man in front of me was way more entertaining. "I won't be biting your wrist."

Sigh! I just love Carlisle. I need another story to write. I've got so many plots running through my head and i'll be painting the entirety of my house during quarantine, but I need a pair to write about when my arms need a break! Who do you want me to write? Bella/? or ?/? wolves, vamps, etc. I'm letting you choose the pair. And go!
