"And Storm continues with his fifth piece of meat, but Nashi isn't that far behind." Gale announced. It was just a normal and average day at the guild as Nashi and her friends were taking it easy. To pass the time, they're having an eating contest.

"Give it up, Nashi." Storm said as he stuffed his face.

"Not a chance." Nashi said as the two of them kept eating.

"And the winner is….Nova having a total of ten pieces of meat!" Gale said. Both Nashi and Storm were surprised to see that. Nova had ten bones leftover from the meat Nova ate, but she seemed perfectly fine.

Do we have anything else to eat?" Nova said.

"You can still eat while maintaining that figure of yours?" Storm said.

"No fair. How did you eat so much so fast?" Nashi said.

"Kind of a letdown." Gale said. "Eating contests usually go on much more than this, but we ran out of meat."

"Sorry, but you heard my mother." Nova said. "She couldn't give up all the food. Otherwise, we would have to pay a lot more for all of it."

"Yeah. This was a great use of our time." Sasha said with some sarcasm. "Can't we just go grab a job?"

"Not until Simon gets here." Nashi said.

"Hey, kiddo." Natsu said as he walked over to their table. "What's going on over here? Sounded like there was some excitement going on."

"Just passing the time with an eating contest." Nashi said. "We're waiting for Simon to get here so we can all go on a job together."

"How could you?!" Natsu said as he seemed really upset with them. Almost like they did something wrong.

"What?! What's wrong?!" Nashi said.

"How could you have an eating contest without me?!" Natsu said. All of them were dumbfounded with him saying that.

"Like we would even have a chance? I love you, Dad, but you're a bottomless pit when it comes to food." Nashi said. No argument there. All of them were just having a normal day in the guild, but Simon came running in and he seemed freaked about something.

"Hey! Guys, listen to this!" Simon said as he ran over to them and placed a newspaper on the table.

"What is it?" Nova asked.

"Someone actually had the guts to attack the Magic Council." Simon said. That was a shock to a lot of them. This little scene caused a few other people to gather for this.

"What's going on?" Lucy asked.

"Simon is saying that someone actually attacked the Magic Council." Sasha said.

"Big mistake for whoever did that." Gajeel said. "They're bound to get arrested for something like that."

"What does the article say?" Nova asked.

"They say there were no casualties." Simon said. "That's good to hear. Still, the Magic Council hasn't given any information as to who the perpetrator is."

"This isn't good." Laxus said as he came over. "Anyone who is stupid enough to attack the Magic Council is asking for trouble, especially since a few of the councilmen are members of the Ten Wizard Saints, some of the strongest wizards in Ishgar. In fact, some members here in the guild are strong enough to be consider one as well. They just think our attitudes and other such characteristics make it a bad idea."

"That's right. I heard you beat Jura once before, Dad. You're capable of being one of the saints, but you're negative attitude makes it so you can't." Nova said.

"Don't really care for the position anyway." Laxus said. "My point is that it's a little perplexing as to why someone would actually do this."

"Do you think it's something like what went on with Tartaros?" Natsu asked.

"Doubt it since no one was killed." Laxus said.

"How about we just ask them ourselves. We've got company." Nova said as she pointed to the guild hall's entrance. All of them looked and saw Rune Knights there with someone stepping forward. This man was dressed in the same attire as any leader of these knights with black hair.

"Greetings, Fairy Tail."

"The Rune Knights? They work for the council." Gale said.

"Who are you?" Laxus said.

"My name is Haro. I'm the head of the third custody enforcement unit. Are you Laxus, the master of this guild?"

"Yes. What business do you have here?" Laxus said. Haro held a roll of paper and opened it up.

"We are here to obtain someone in your guild who has been very naughty." Haro said. "Someone who has done something very stupid and has really crossed the line in the law." Once he said that, all eyes turned to Natsu.

"What?" Natsu asked.

"Natsu, what did you do now?" Lucy asked.

"Nothing. I didn't do anything." Natsu said.

"Don't play stupid. The council workers are right here." Laxus said.

"I swear I didn't do anything." Natsu said.

"Close, but no. We're not here for him." Haro said. "This is a warrant for the arrest of….Nashi Dragneel." When he said that, everyone was pretty shocked. Nashi more shocked than any of them.

"Me?! What are you talking about?" Nashi questioned.

"Don't play innocent." Haro said. "You are the one that attacked the Magic Council's headquarters. That's what you're being charged with." None of them could believe it. None of them suspected Nashi would be the one to do something as crazy as this.

"That's nuts. I did no such thing." Nashi said.

"Hold on!" Storm said. "Nashi would never do something like that. You've got the wrong person."

"Do I?" Haro said. "Let's have a look." He pulled out a vision lacrima and played a video on it. "This was captured at the scene of the crime." It showed an image of Nashi in the council's headquarters with it on fire just before she ran off.

"That wasn't me!" Nashi said.

"Don't bother denying it. Council member Neekis and Chairman Hyberion saw you themselves." Haro said. "The evidence is clearly against you and this vision lacrima shows that you are the one responsible."

"But I didn't." Nashi said. She doesn't understand what was going on. Whoever that was on the video looked just like her. This wasn't making any sense. "Guys, you've got to believe me. I didn't do anything."

"Of course we believe you." Storm said.

"This makes no sense. That couldn't have been Nashi." Simon said.

"The evidence is clearly against her. Arrest her." Hako said. Some of the nights moved in and put seal stone cuffs on her with her being taken away.

"I'm telling you this is a mistake." Nashi said.

"Leave her alone. If Nashi said she didn't do it, she didn't do it." Storm said as he didn't want her to be seen taken away.

"Her dad, maybe. Nashi, no way." Gale said.

"Hang on. I trust a member of my guild. There has to be some mistake." Laxus said.

"I'm warning you! You better get your hands off her!" Natsu said as he was ready to attack, but Laxus held his arm out and stopped him.

"Use your head for once. If we attack, it could make things worse for her." Laxus said.

"We can't just let them take her." Natsu said.

"I wouldn't if I were you." Hako said. "Your master speaks the truth. You could make this a lot worse for your daughter. In fact, I could have you all arrested for opposing us."

"You think that scares me?!" Natsu said. "We don't care if you are with the council. You're making a mistake."

"You better behave yourselves, Fairy Tail." Hako said. "I could give the council every reason they need to disband your guild….permanently." That was getting Natsu even more fired up.

"Dad, don't." Nashi said and that got him to calm down a little. "It's not worth it. I'll be fine."

"I listen to her if I were you." Hako said. "This guild needs to learn some self-control." Natsu wanted nothing more than to get in there and save his daughter, but he can't if Nashi doesn't want him to and putting the whole guild at risk.

"I'll be okay." Nashi said as she was moved into the back of a truck. "Sort of." She said knowing the ride there will be unbearable. Once they got their prisoner, they drove off with Lucy and some of the others running out to see them off.

"Nashi…." Lucy said as her heart felt broken.

"This is nuts! She didn't do anything!" Storm said.

"I agree. Something about this doesn't seem right." Laxus said. Everyone in the guild feels the same. There's no way Nashi would really do this. Is there?

Magic Council Headquarters

After an unbearable drive, Nashi was taken to the Fiore branch where they hold trials. Nashi had a look at the building for this was actually the first time she's seen it. Too bad she's seeing it by being the accused of an attack she's being blamed for. Nashi was brought to the nine council members and was standing trial. A gavel was pounded for order and it began.

"Nashi Dragneel…. I wish I could say this was a surprise, but given your guild's reputation and your father's legacy, it isn't." Hyberion said.

"You don't have to rub it in." Nashi said.

"You are being charged with assault on our headquarters back in Era." Hyberion said. "While you appear to have no accomplices or casualties, the action alone is frowned upon."

"I'm telling you that you're making a mistake." Nashi said. "I didn't do anything."

"So you deny it?"

"Council member Jura Neekis as well as Hyberion claimed they saw you."

"She is from Fairy Tail. Fairy Tail tends to bring trouble wherever they go."

"But she is one of the more tamed members."

"You make it sound like my guild is some kind of zoo." Nashi said. "Jura, you know my guild personally. You know this doesn't make sense."

"Yes, but because I do know your guild so well, it makes this more believable." Jura said. "Besides, I did saw you there."

"Here's the photo evidence." They brought up the image of her attacking the council's headquarters.

"How can you explain this?" Hyberion asked.

"Anyone could use transformation magic and start a fire." Nashi said.

"Do you have an alibi? Where were you at the time of this happening?" Hyberion asked.

"At home, practically asleep. Ask my parents." Nashi said.

"Alibi's from family is not a good resource in these matters." Hyberion said. "That makes it difficult for you. Doesn't Fairy Tail claim stuff how they are family, bonds thicker than blood?" He had Nashi there. That meant that no one in the guild could help her. She doesn't know how to defend herself in this. "The evidence is clearly stacked against you, young lady. I'm sorry, but we must dispense justice. Therefore, we have to place you under custody until further notice."

"What?!" Nashi said. The gavel sounded and it was made official. Nashi couldn't believe this was happening to her as she was taken away with Hako going with her.

"I always knew someone from your guild would end up in jail." Hako said. Nashi may being put in jail until new evidence can come up, but she knows she'll find some way out.

Nashi

Nashi was taken to her prison. She had to change out of her clothes and was given rags. Nashi kept resisting, but she couldn't really fight back.

"I'm telling you that you're making a mistake. I didn't do anything." Nashi said. "At least give me back my scarf. It was my father's. It meant a lot to him and he entrusted it to me." Her escorts didn't listen. They just placed her inside a magic cube and they sealed her in.

"Enjoy your stay."

"Good luck using your magic. You can't with those cuffs on or in that cage." They left her in there and Nashi had a look around.

"Check it out. That girl is a member of Fairy Tail."

"One of them got in here? I knew it." The other prisoners kept taunting her. This wasn't going to be good for her.

'This is nuts. Someone out there is pretending to be me. I have to get out of here and find her.' Nashi thought, but how without causing more problems for her and when it seems like the guild can't help her?
