Bella Pov

"Did you hear that there's going to be some new students at Forks High this year?" asked Lauren.

"Yeah I heard something about that," Jessica said flipping her hair. "Who would even want to move to Forks anyway? It's always cold and raining."

"I heard the father is going to be the new doctor at Forks Hospital, I think his name is Dr. Collen or Cullen something like that," I said.

"My dad and the council aren't happy about it, something about the Cullen being apart of some old Quileute legend about wolves and cold ones," said Leah shaking her head. I had gone to enough bonfires with Uncle Charlie and Leah, so I knew what legends she was speaking of.

It was summer so the girls and I were hanging out at La Push first beach. Leah and I have been best friends since birth, she was 2 years older than us, but we were all inseparable. Leah's dad and my uncle Charlie were best friends, so Leah and I were around each other a lot; Jessica, Lauren and I have been friends since kindergarten. Angela joined our friendship group when her family had moved here from Canada when we were in the second grade.

The weather was amazing today seeing as it was August which meant we had 3 more weeks before we had to return to school. I was so not looking forward to Junior year at all.

"Whatever, enough about them," Lauren says. "Leah are you excited about your party in 2 weeks?"

That got Leah's attention, she was starting College in September even though she wasn't going far her dad, Harry, wanted to have a party to celebrate.

"I'm super excited, I mean even though I'm only going to Port Angeles, I'm happy to be going to college," Leah says excitedly. Leah wanted to be an artist, so she was going to college to study art for a year.

"What does Sam have to say about it?" Jessica asked curiously.

"We on a break right now," says Leah. "We might get back together before my party though," Leah says shrugging her shoulders like it was nothing.

Sam and Leah have been together since she was 15 and they have 'taken a break' so many times but they always get back together, so nobody was worried when they took a break.

"You guys take a break like every three months," Lauren said. "Aren't you worried-" whatever Lauren was going to say got stuck in her throat as a very shirtless Jared and Paul walked by. Jessica Being Jessica whistled at them.

"Never happening Stanley," Jared yelled jokingly and continues walking. It was no secret that Jessica had a crush on Jared, but he kept turning her down.

"Damn those boys are sexy," Angela said. "I swear they've gotten sexier since the last time we saw them."

"God bless Paul and Jared parents for bringing such hotness into this world," Jessica said licking her lips. "One of these days I will most definitely get that boy in my bed."

I love Jessica with all my heart, but she was the hoe in our group. I was the only virgin in the group Leah had only ever been with Sam, Lauren has slept with a few guys, Angela was lost her virginity when she was dating Ben last year.

"What I would do to lick whip cream off Jared abs," Angela admitted as she looked a Jared with a look of desire in her eyes.

"If anyone is going to lick whip cream of Jared bs it's going to be me," Jessica declared.

"Will you guys stop that they are human, not a piece of meat that you can just buy," I pointed out.

"Paul is definitely a piece of meat I want to get my hand on," Lauren said looking dazed like she was thinking of all the things she wanted to do to Paul.

"Oh, please Bella we know you still have a crush on Paul," Angela said.

"I do not," I stuttered. I did but I'd never let them know that.

"Leave Swan alone you know she's still a virgin and doesn't plan on losing it ever," Leah teased "She's going to end up being a cat lady and living alone."

"No, I won't. I could get with Paul if I wanted to, but I don't so shut up," I said rolling m eyes. I was lying to myself, sure I liked Paul, but I highly doubt he'd ever want me.

"Okay I've got an idea," Leah suggested. "Since Angela and Jessica both want Jared and Bella and Lauren want Paul, let's settle it with a bet. The first person to sleep with one of them wins but you've got to bring us back something to prove it happened," Leah continued.

"I don't know about that," I stammered. Sure, I had a crush on Paul, but I wasn't sure if I could do that.

"Oh, don't go scared now Swan," Leah laughed.

"I'm not scared," I lied. I wasn't saving my virginity for any special person, but I don't think I couldn't stand the thought of one of my best friends sleeping with the guy I had a crush on since I was 12.

"I've heard how talented Paul from some girls on the Rez, apparently he never leaves his girls unsatisfied," Leah informed. "He'd be perfect for you to lose your virginity to Swan; he'll know what he's doing. I wouldn't want you losing it to some guy in the back of his car cause we all know those boys in Forks aren't all that."

"I've down a few guys from the Rez and I can tell you they are bigger than those little boys in Forks and Port Angeles," Jessica whispered.

"Trust me when I say this Swan, once you go brown there's no turning around," Leah joked.

"Nobody says that you're only saying that because you've only ever been with Sam," Lauren commented rolling her eyes.

"Why would I want anyone else when Sam has it all length, width and let's not forget those magical fingers and tongue," Leah giggled.

"Leah, that's gross we don't need to hear that," Angela says shaking her head like she's trying to get the image out her head. "Anyways, do we all have a bet or not?"

"Yeah whatever," I said. I was acting like I didn't care but deep down I was terrified. I wanted Paul more than anything else but what if he didn't want me but more importantly, I was more sacred if he did want me.

I mean nothing bad could happen right? It was just a simple bet or so I thought. This bet what led me to sleep with Paul. What we didn't know at the time was while we were betting on them, they were also betting on us.
