A/N
I'm kinda new to the whole way of doing things. So this idea has been driving me around the bend. I also have two other stories on the go so updating may be slow going at first but I will try to keep up to dat as much as possible. This story will be done using the app on my phone so the word count may be less than what I'm used to so I apologise now.
Please leave a review if you want to anyway.
Enjoy ...

The rain was pounding the pavement as she hurried across the London streets. Not only was it pissing it down, it was bloody cold. Trust her stupid blind date to ditch her in the pissing rain. To say she was angry would be an understatement. All because she said 'no' to his advances? Typical English Tool.
She was so wrapped up in her own anger, stupidity and self loathing that she did not notice the person following behind her until it was too late. A black Sudan stopped by the curb, effectively cutting her off and drenching her even more as the water splashed up from the road, covering her from head to toe. The following footsteps came up behind her as the car doors opened and she was shoved into the back of the vehicle before she could blink.
Her captures jabbed something into her arm before she could fight back and the world around her went black. The final thought before the darkness took her was that this night could not get any worse.

"Come on John," Sherlock practically whined, watching his better half cuddle his child. Again. "Rosie will be fine with Mrs Hudson, lets go."
John just chuckled and gave his daughter one last hug. The three year old was looking more and more like her mother everyday. "Be good," he straightened and placed a gentle kiss to Mrs Hudson's cheek. "No cookies before lunch."
With a last glance at his daughter, he moved to leave 221B Baker Street and straight into a black cab that Sherlock seemed to magic out of no where.
"Where are we going?" John asked as he settled in the back seat.
"Crime scene." Was all Sherlock replies with a smirk.
"No shit, Sherlock." John replies with a grin and reached out to interlock his hand with Sherlock's.
The relationship was still so very new, even after three years of losing Mary, he still couldn't help but like he was cheating her in some way. No matter how many times Sherlock would disregard his feelings as being stupid, John couldn't fight it. Illogical thinking was what he did best these days.
They rode in scilence as their hands remained connected. Sherlock was flicking through his phone with one hand but John noticed the soft smile on his face. The man did have a heart and John was truly thankful that he was the one who held it in his hands. The trust the man had for him made his own heart swell.

The crime scene was an abandoned field, still swamped after the horrendous down pour they had last night. The body was left in the middle, partially buried, face down and hands behind her back. Most certainly a female, anyone could've guessed that, even Anderson.
Sherlock strode in like he owned the place, all eyes watched his movements carefully and everyone stopped what they were doing the instant he was seen. John couldn't help but hang back and just watch as Sherlock knelt beside the body and gathered everything they needed with just a quick flash of his eyes.
If John hasn't known Sherlock as well as he did, he would have missed it. But he didn't. He saw the way his back straightened, his head tilted and his whole body went rigid. Something was wrong.
"Sherlock?" John stepped closer but the arm Sherlock put out made him stop.
"No one move!" He hissed as he stood slowly and looked around the field before him. "There!" He pointed to his left and then again to the right, "and there." No one moved.
"A little more to go on would be helpful Sherlock," Detective Lestrade sight, feeling the 'Sherlock headache' coming on.
"Dig. But be careful. There's more than one body in this field." Sherlock looked down at the partially hurried female at his feet.
John was beside him in a second and his stomach dropped. "Oh god." He whispered as he saw for the first time that the woman was not burried in the grave alone. Beside the right side of the partially hurried head was the remains of a skull peaking up out of the mud.
Sherlock sighed and placed his phone to his ear as he turned to watch a CCTV camera on the other side of the street. The field may have been abandoned but the houses opposite hasn't been. "MyCroft." Sherlock spoke quickly. "Navigate my position" he waited until the camera was focused on the field. "One flesh, at least three bones. Can you make it happen?"
With the answer given he hung up and faced John with a soft smirk. "Best get that pen ready John." Was all he said as he moved towards Lestrade, leaving John speechless. What the hell was going on!?
"Sherlock!" John called out to him and made his way to where they stood, catching the last of the conversation.
"... and they need to be covered, ready for her getting here. It will take a few hours but that should give your tech guys enough time to reveal the others." Sherlock turned to John then and smiled wide.
"There's at least four bodies in this field. Possibly more if one grave is holding more than one, just as that one is." John sighed at Sherlock's apparent excitement.
"Yeah. I got that." John folded his arms and flared at the tall man before him. "That's not answering my question."
"Most of the bodies will more than likely be too decomposed for myself or Molly to get enough evidence from." Sherlock was practically buzzing with excitement. He was bouncing. John just glared harder, having none of it. "But I know one person who is renowned for gathering evidence from such corpses."
John softened. Then he grinned. "Temperance Brennan." He stated simply. Her books were outstanding and he did love them. He had read them numerous times. He just shook his head with a laugh before stopping suddenly. His own smile grew wide. "That means Special Agent Seely Booth!" He said so suddenly that he knew Sherlock was shocked.
"Why?" He asked and John knew jealousy when he heard it. John couldn't help but squeeze Sherlock's arm in comfort.
"Old army bud of mine Sherlock. Nothing to worry about." John peaked at Lestrade and shrugged. "I think this day might turn out to be one hell of a ride for you Greg, you're about to meet the third Holmes in existence."
Greg groaned "another one?" And John laughed loudly before covering his mouth.
"Shame on you John Watson. Laughing at a crime scene." Sherlock was off again, monitoring the tech guys at the covering and revealing of more bodies, leaving John to watch from the side lines. As usual.
