Hello my ever lovely peeps!

Chapter one is up!

So this is pretty much a chapter where it shows the results of a world without the original Spider Man and how quickly it can fall apart. Not normally the type of chapter i would do, as i'd prefer to make it longer but honestly iv'e been busy as hell, smashed a good amount of fingers and i figured

"Hey, better then nothing."

Do here we are and i hope you all like the chapter. As always i don't own Rwby or Spider man.

So please read, review and "What the fuc-BOOM"

Chapter 1: A World Without Spider Man

BOOM

New York City.

The Big Apple, they've got everything.

KA-BOOM

They've got Times Square, the most bustling square of New York and is known for its many Broadway theatres, cinemas and electronic billboards. It is one of those places that make New York a city that never sleeps. It has the best pizza ever made, games stations, a monster large movie station and of course the Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man.

"Hahahahaha"

Oh wait...they no longer have one. Sure they've got the Avengers, X-Men and the Fantastic DUMBAS- Uh i mean, Fantastic Four. Now one might think, hey just cause one hero left the Big Apple, it wouldn't do anything. After all, so many other heroes lived in NYC, so it wouldn't matter IF he left right?

"Look out!"

BOOM

Wrong.

So very, very, VERY WRONG.

New York, while admittedly not the cleanest city in the world, compared to how it looked a year ago it would have passed off as the world's cleanest city. One year ago, the city didn't look like a war zone. The large skyscraper building had more then half the windows broken with many buildings either on fire or having black smoke coming out of them.

The streets were littered with bullet shells, bodies of both civilian, official personal and criminals alike littered the streets with only clothes covering the bodies. Blood, both and old, dripped form various places. Ranging form the walls, buildings, street lamps and of course the streets themselves.

All signs of an on going war.

Everything appeared to have some sort of damage to it, even the famous Baxter building and Avengers tower. Both were either damaged beyond all repair or are currently on fire. Not even the X-Men's home, Xavier's mansion/school was left untouched, as it had been ransacked of supplies. For an entire year, the city had been slowly going down hill till four mouths ago, the Villains Spider Man put away had been united under the banner of the new Green Goblin(Aka Harry Osborn) and had declared war on all of New York.

And the heroes.

It was a sad fact but the heroes didn't step in, until it was too late. The Avengers, despite New York being their home, didn't bother to try and stop the rising crime spree. They believed it was below them and when they finally did step in, when it became too much to ignore they were too late. The villains after robbing and or doing whatever they wanted, realizing that Spider Man wasn't going to stop them went nuts.

The villains at one point, lived in fear of the "Superior Spider Man" enacting his new form of "Justice" upon them. Him killing a well known child molester and killing "The Shocker" aka Herman Schultz, one of his oldest foes sent a rippling effect throughout NY. Though it was later on revealed, Doc Ock had in-fact switched bodies, brain's in fact and made "Spider Man" unleash a new kind of hell.

Even after learning this fact, the heroes treated Spider Man as if he was a criminal, as did the citizens and the police...they even fired upon him, when he tried to help them. The villains were honestly shocked and a little disgusted at this behavior, Black Cat most of all.

But many weren't going to question it, nor would they complain about it. After nearly a mouth of hate and the fact, Spider Man had the use of only one arm and if the rumors were true, one eye, he was pretty much dead in the water.

The X-Men didn't help, as they only handled mutant related crimes and the Fantastic Four didn't bother with small time crime. In any case, when they realized Spider Man, the real Spider Man had left NY for seemly good, the criminals went wild.

Going on crime spree's, completely unchallenged and not even members of the "Spider family" could stop them.

Agent Venom(Flash Thompson), Toxin(Eddie Brock), Spider Woman(Jessica Drew and Anya Corazon), Miles Morales a new Spider Man and Scarlet spider(Ben Reilly) all tried to stop the villains but they were no match for the original Spider Man's enemies and arch rivals. They, like Peter Parker, tried the whole solo hero thing and got beaten.

A lot.

It got so bad, they were in the hospital for weeks on end. It soon became obvious the Spiders couldn't do what Peter did and had asked the Avengers for help, very reluctantly mind you. They were still pissed at their betrayal of one of their own and still haven't forgive them for it. However when the Avengers did decide to help, the villains had just abruptly vanished.

For a mouth of pure silence, everyone thought things were going to get better. That even without the original Spider Man, they finally had the villains running scared and things would go back to normal.

Once again, they were wrong.

It happened without warning, without even a chance to realize what was happening, the villains attacked.

They destroyed major parts of the city, wiping out all law enforcement and medical personal in one fell swoop. The Avengers, X-Men, FF and Spiders didn't even known what was going on or what hit them, til it was all over.

But it didn't stop there.

The villains had all but declared war on the heroes, attacking everything that moved with lighting speed, no one could react in time. When they could, they were either outsmarted or overwhelmed by the sheer power of the villains wielded. If that wasn't enough, someone leaked to the media who Spider Man really was and thus his loved ones of Aunt May, Mary Jane and even the FEAST center came under contrast attack by many wanting the Web head to pay for stopping their plans.

Everyone suffered form the sudden crime spree and funny enough, the ones who suffered the least were members of the Spider Clan(Minus Madam Web aka Julia, who was kicked out of the clan for allowing Peter to face everything on his own, especially when he needed help the most) Bruce Banner, Storm(Ororo Munroe), Kitty Pryde, Logan, Jean Gray, Hank Mccoy, Charles Xavier, Maria Hill and Thor.

Bruce was one of the few who almost immediately knew something was wrong with "Peter" and worked to figure out what, despite the others trying to stop him. When it was reveled Otto had control of Peter's body, he didn't say "I told you so."

No it was after NY came under siege by the villains did Bruce say,"I told you so."

Storm herself liked Peter. He was a spunky kid, had a strong heart and his upbeat attitude was infectious to the dark skinned beauty. Despite all that he'd been through, the fact Peter can still put a smile on his face appealed to Ororo and she would never admit she did develop a crush on him. When Otto took over Peter's body, Storm tried to figure out what was going on with him, as she knew this wasn't the Peter Parker she had fallen for and when she asked Charles, he agreed wholeheartedly.

As did Kitty and Logan.

Kitty, because as embarrassing as it sounded, she was a Huge fan of Spider Man. She had "Followed" Peter's exploits and like Ororo, noticed immediately that something was wrong when Otto took over his body. The way he acted and talked, it wasn't the Spider Man she idolized and grew close to over the years. Logan himself had been around a long time and noticed things, no one else would.

One doesn't just change out of the blue like Peter did and knew something was wrong.

However the problem was they could never get close enough to Peter to figure out what was wrong, as Otto had keep his distance and made sure even Charles couldn't see through his ruse before it was too late.

It was only through sheer dumb luck did Peter get his body back and even then, he lost an arm and eye. When Peter was kicked out of the Avengers, they tired to help but Peter refused. He was selfless like that, even if he hit rock bottom the hardest he's ever hit it. It spoke volumes of Peter's character and had captured the hearts of many powerful ladies.

So was it any surprise he quit being Spider Man?

Not in the slightest and now they were all paying for it, as Captain American aka Steve Rogers watched in horror as Green Goblin destroyed another carrier ship. Ones full of civilians, as it crashed and burned into an abandoned building.

"At least i hope it was."

Steve thought, as he heard that damn laughter of said villain, flew on his guilder and flew away. The captain gritted his teeth, as his com's ringed to life and Widow's voice rang in his ear.

"Steve! We're being overrun, there's too many of them. We need to retreat!"

The idea of retreating and really, abandoning NY to the villain would have made Steve snap in angry but as much as he hated to admit it they had too. Looking at the battlefield that was once New York was, the bodies in the streets and the blood flowing, Steve made the call.

"Everyone...fall back."

As Captain American ran through the streets, his uniform ripped and torn form days of fighting he had a realization:

This was a terrible world he had awaken in. When he came out of the ice, learning that everyone he knew and loved was gone, he thought he could adjust to the time. Make new friends and find new loved ones. He did and had found a new purpose in life but this isn't a world he wanted to live in.

One where villains ran amok and unchallenged.

One where the heroes tried and failed to stop said villains.

One where the heroes turned on one of their own for stupid reasons.

No, Steven Rogers didn't want to live in a world, where their was no Spider Man.

Because the one he was living in, was a living hell.

Done.

So yeah, hopeful this chapter was a good one and yes i swear the chapters will get longer. Just now at the time, isn't a good time for me and with me rewriting "Rise Of The Outcasts" again and revising the entire story line and again it's just not a good time for me right now. Not like emotionally bad, just physically exhausting.

Especially with this Corona virus shit going, making everyone on edge, so there that. Never the less, i hope you all enjoy and please review, it makes me want to update faster and get better.

Till next time, devil out.
