Chapter 2

Issei woke up on the couch and sat up. He heard a gasp from behind him and looked to see both Faragonda and Griselda suprised before he asked "What do I have something on my face?"

Griselda just pointed at his back and noticed that his wings are still out and fluttering "How do I make them leave?"

Faragonda closed her jaw before responding "Just will them away. It's easy once you do it a few times."

Issei pictured them vanishing and when he opened his eyes they were gone. The Boosted Gear was also a bit different, it was still red but it had traces of yellow and purple along the side and the jewel looked like a rainbow. As of like second nature, he snapped his fingers and a ball of fire appeared from his hand. 'Interesting.' He flickered it away with a wave like it was second nature to him. Faragonda needed to know more information. Such as why was he even here in the first place for starters.

"Mr. Hyoudou-"

Issei put a hand up in front of her "Stop right there Mrs. Faragonda. My names Issei. Just call me that, I'm not really the kind of guy who's big on formality. And I guess you want to know why I'm even here."

Faragonda was suprised again by this king before her and just decided to nod at his reply. Issei walked to the window and looked out as if he was thinking back to a distant memory. "It was just after the Three Faction meeting. Peace between the Fallen, Angel, and New Maou factions was official and Khaos Brigade started a war with the supernatural world. Azazel called me into his office one day before we were going on our training trip."

Flashback

Azazel was in his office looking at the papers before him until he heard a knock on the door. "Hey Azazel, it's me Issei. You wanted to see me?" Azazel was smiling for his arrival before telling Issei he can enter the room. Issei walked in amazed by his lab until Azazel asked Issei a question.

"Issei, have you ever wondered why you've been so weak lately against stronger opponents? Why you lack the strength to fight opponents such as Kokabiel and Vali? The answer is simple. You have strength and power, but that will never be enough when going up against an opponent who can just use magic to drain your strength or who could outmaneuver you in a fight."

Issei knew he was weak in fighting and in magic before asking "What exactly do you have in mind?"

Azazel smiled before saying "I know of another magic school in a different dimension. There's no devils, angels, or fallen but there are fairies, witches, giants, and dragons."

Issei was suprised before asking "But I'm already training with Tanin. Isn't that enough for me to train with him and get stronger?"

"With all due respect, I suspect Tanin will only be chasing you and trying to get you to fight back and concentrate in your physical strength. However, I want to help you with your magic abilities; you have great potential and after going through your blood sample and your charts, those eight pieces should not even be enough for you to be reincarnated as a devil. It would take an entire peerage to reincarnate you, but I don't want that to happen so I'm changing your plan and before you ask Sirzechs already knows of this and Beelzebub sent a package to you specifically for helping out a lot during the meeting."

Issei opened the package and found a clear chess set and was about to pour his power into them until a hand stopped him. "Issei, I know your tempted to fill them with magic but not yet, do it when you unlock your full potential."

"Should I tell Rias and the others?"

"I'm afraid not. They don't even understand you and you can take off that mask. I want to see the real you."

Suprised, he closed his eyes and a sad smile appeared on his face and Issei cried before saying "No one but my parents have seen my mask taken off before. It feels good telling someone about this." His eyes looked happy before saying "I'll do it!"

Azazel smiles as a new king is about to be born.

End Flashback

"After that the rest is history, I completed my summer exams and prepared myself before coming here. And now that my true power is unlocked, I can create my own dragon/fairy peerage."

Issei moves a few things in his bag around and opens a small chest and the glass pieces are set out for everyone to see. He summoned his own circle, a red circle with fire surrounding a red Dragon with his fairy wings out, and channeled his power into the pieces making them transform a crimson red and have fairy wings out. Faragonda and Griselda were impressed by his magic control. "Now that you know how to use magic, you need to learn to control it which is why we would be more than happy to teach you at this school, so what do you say?"

Issei smiles a real one and takes her hand before saying "This is going to be an interesting 4 years at school." They have a laugh until Griselda takes him to his room and decides to tell him an important piece of info before letting him go "By the way, you will have to share your room with four others, now before you complain these four already know and are actually exited to meet you especially one girl in particular."

Issei was suprised before asking what the girls name is but all he got was 'Wait and see.' They made it to his room and Issei decided to knock first before entering. He heard a voice say "Come on in." Once he opened it, the room was dark until the lights came on and out from the furniture came a blind woman wearing a blue furred coat, a twin tailed DJ girl, an Amazon woman, and lastly an old face who had haunted him for a while. "RAYNARE!!" She looked suprised and the others not so much, the newly revealed Raynare gestures to come in and was a bit skeptical before entering the room. He sits before asking "How are you even here? I saw you die right in front of me? Your body was gone and feathers were everywhere." Raynare smiles, and not a cocky or mocking smile like originally, but a sad smile and real tears come out of her eyes before the others gave her a warm smile before she straightened herself out before answering "I did die back in our world but I was reborn as a witch so in this world in called Darcy and apparently I have two sisters one named Stormy and the other Icy. I wanted to tell you I'm truly sorry and I really had fun on our date. I didn't want to kill you but Kokabiel said if I didn't he would kill me and my comrades. You understand don't you?"

He did but deep down he still had some affection for Raynare and seeing his ex girlfriend as a witch made her even more beautiful and wanted to give her a second chance. He sighs heavily before grabbing her shoulders and saying to her "Can you really learn to accept me? Even though I've hidden behind a mask for so long. If you can I am willing to but only if you all are willing be together again. Deep down, even after you killed me I still have feelings for you and seeing you now a part of me is happy to see you again and the other wants to punch you. So can you truly look me in the eyes and say you love me Raynare."

Raynare was suprised by his power now than last time and truthfully, she wanted to be with her fated one again. When she was a little fallen, her mother told her that when her wings react to another person you see as romantically and is willing to be with you then you have found your lover. Issei made her react big time before and she wanted to drag him to the nearest love hotel and mark him as hers, now and forever, unfortunately she had to kill him because of Kokabiel and regretted her descision ever since and truly wanted to be with him, even though he was a devil. She still loved him and it killed her every time he was with the red haired brat of a woman, who only looked at him with fake happiness and lust for his power not for who he was, and that irritated her to no end. But now she's with her destined one, she vowed to take any challenge and chance to be with him now in her new body. "It's not as curvy as my last one, but it still works and I've caught him eyeing my legs and chest a little as well." A coy smile appears on her face and she crawls to him like a cat before pounding on him and unfurling her fallen/witch wings as they turned silver as she kissed her.

The other girls watched this exchange while feeling a little left out and controlled their urges before telling themselves they'll be with him after they learn more about him. Which might be a little difficult for a certain ice fairy as she was getting hot and panted a little from seeing this exchange and wanted to get a piece of the dragon in front of her. They finally separated and their wings came out and wrapped around both of them and a mark appeared on Raynares chest as a dragon and a dark witch was on Issei's neck as a mark of his mated one. Raynare pants and says "That...was...some...kiss." Issei just nodded and smiles before picking her up and setting her on her lap and decided to get to know the others a little.

At Cloud Tower, a certain thunder and lightning witch was having a dream of a man claiming her as his mate and she loved his touch and started to get a little wet from her dream.

A snake woman was feeling herself and moaning saying "Issei. Master take me now. Punish me!"

Back at Alfea

Issei had a fun time at the party and decided that it was time for all of them to go to bed before class tomorrow. Raynare smiles and crawls into his bed saying goodnight, did I forget to mention she's only wearing a purple nightgown that hugged her features. Issei fought his urges not to claim her here and now, calming himself by thinking of the forest he hugs her and smiles before succumbing to sleep then squeezing her firm butt.

With the others

All of them had their own opinion about their new roommate Issei. Musa thought he was a fun but kind person. Someone who was willing to help others feel better and be there when they need them most. Issei seemed like the type of person who would sacrifice so much for his own family and loved ones. She wanted a man who would have emotion, skills, and be there for her in her time of need.

Aurora already felt connected to him when they brushed hands during the party and electricity came through them as they felt a powerful connection between them. Personally, she's more of the submissive type who wanted to be treated Iike a queen but also be 'punished' by her lover and boy did she have some imagination.

Diana saw a king who was willing to protect his people and would not be consumed by his power. She has seen many of her comrades and rulers become consumed by power, only to be betrayed by their people. However, seeing a King of Domination before her, Diana wanted to submit and give her life and power to this new king before her but she needed to know if he was the one to submit.

All of their thoughts were consumed by one thought 'Issei Hyoudou, will you truly be a king or a tyrant? Show us who you truly are.'

The Kings lovers are ready to learn more about him.

So tell me what you think. I decided to do a reincarnation bit where Raynare was Darcy. I thought they would go well together, Darcy is a mind witch and fallen are naturally deceptive people so I figured they would go well together.

As for the Winx Club, I decided that Issei will be making his own club and that the Fairy Forest will be in the DXD world but hidden by Drole and Gloxina, in order to test their descendant. Issei will be going through a wardrobe change, I'm thinking of making him look like EMIYA or Caster Gilgamesh outside of battle. Issei will be doing battle in the next chapter and will show everyone what he can do.

Finally, as for the plot line I decided to do a combination of the Battle of Decay and Darkar because one it seems like the ultimate battle of evil and two Darkar was more of a villain than Valtor and the other villains.
