Chapter Two – The Hollywood Shield
Alexa and Buddy's Apartment, Broad Street, Winter Park, Orlando, FL, 8pm
"He broke up with me, I can't believe Trish was right! She said this would happen and I didn't believe her. This is so unfair, I just lost my fiancé, I give my life to Jesus and my fiancé leaves the country, is this some kind of sick joke?!" Alexa wailed and another loud thud followed by a squeal echoed throughout Alexa's apartment.
"No but this might be a sick joke," Seth said as he opened the door to see a herd of young pigs trying to escape from something and that something was Bayley Black Heart. "Gees I need to get to my car and grab my prayer shawl,"
"I don't care about Bayley, I just want my fiancé back," Alexa said and Seth had heard enough.
"Alexa, you have got to pull yourself together," Seth said firmly and he spun her around so she could see herself in the hallway mirror. "You see that person looking back at you in the mirror?"
Alexa looked at herself; her eyes were sunken with black mascara tears and her face was washed with trails of tear drops from her instant break up with Buddy Murphy. Her face was creased from crying.
She was destroyed and the mirror was reflecting just how badly she was reacting to this sudden and way harsh break up.
"Now look at this selfie from our night at MSG with Cheyenne Michelle," Seth said and he opened his photo gallery and showed Alexa photo after photo of her, the one that she liked the most was the one Seth had taken using his 'Champion' filter. "Are you going to let a break up turn you from being a Champion, to being a loser?" Seth asked her and Alexa felt the tears dry up at Seth's words.
"I am not a loser," she said to herself and she wiped away her tears and squared her shoulders back and she turned to Seth with great determination, "I am a Champion!"
Seth nodded, "Now that's what I'm talking about. We gotta get outta this house, notice I said "we","
"Yes I did notice that, you can count on me Seth. I'm not afraid of Bayley Black Heart anymore because I'm Alexa Bliss and I am a Champion!" Alexa declared.
Seth kissed Alexa on the lips proudly," Now that's what I wanna hear. Let's go get that crazy Bayley!" Seth said and Alexa ran out of the apartment with him determined to keep the good attitude that she had gotten over the last few days from hanging out with Seth and the Ortons in New York.
Outside Bayley Black Heart, who had hijacked a hot air balloon from Disneyworld, was throwing little pigs from it onto Alexa's apartment. It was more mind games from the black hearted one because each pig was wearing an Alexa Bliss t shirt.
Seth grabbed his prayer shawl which turned into a flying prayer shawl and he jumped on it and raced up to the sky, catching each pig as Bayley threw them out of the hot air balloon.
"Gotta catch 'em all!" Bayley Black Heart said mimicking the Pokémon tag line and Seth did just that, whizzing between each pig until his prayer shawl was loaded with them. When they were crowded Seth flew down to Alexa who gathered the pigs into her apartment. "Ooops you missed one!" Bayley yelled and she threw another poor defenseless pig out of the hot air balloon.
"No I didn't!" Seth said and he tore across the sky to catch the screaming pig, "I got you little fella!"
Alexa scowled at Bayley from the ground, "You're such a loser, picking on these poor innocent piggys. Don't you have anything better to do with your time than to torment me?!"
"No I can do this all day Alexa, if you wanna be friends with Seth you better get used to me 'cause I ain't going nowhere until I get what I want and what I want is Seth Rollins!" Bayley declared and Seth was troubled by her words knowing that Bayley would stop at nothing to get what she wanted, even if it meant hurting someone as close to him as Alexa Bliss and his wife Sasha Banks.
"You have no conscience do you?" Seth said flying up to Bayley and he jumped into the hot air balloon as she ran out of pigs to throw down at Alexa. She smiled at the sight of Seth in the balloon with her.
"No Seth I know what I want and I go for it, I'm not just full of hot air," Bayley said humorously but Seth wasn't laughing.
"No, you're just full of it," he said and he popped the balloon causing it to descend rapidly through the air.
"ARGHHH!" Bayley screamed as Seth watched her fall from his prayer shawl. "Help me!"
"Only if you promise to leave Alexa Bliss and forget this obsession with me!" Seth said and Alexa looked up in horror as the hot air balloon deflated.
"Oh my God," she said realising that Bayley could die and according to the Bible, if she didn't repent she would go to Hell for all eternity. "She'd be stuck with Hitler and Mussolini and the cast of 13 Reasons Why!"
"I'll never stop until I get what I want. I love you Seth, I love you!" Bayley cried out and the hot air balloon got caught in a drift and Bayley went crashing down into Lake Apopka.
Seth sighed and flew down to Alexa, "Well at least she didn't take the pigs down with her," he said as Alexa looked at him horrified.
"The pigs are safe inside, why is she so crazy?" Alexa asked Seth. "Does she really think screaming "I love you Seth!" while tearing through the air in a hot air balloon is going to get you to leave your wife for her?!"
"I don't know Alexa, people do some crazy things when they're in love," Seth said with a shrug.
"She's not in love with you Seth, she's crazy and she needs medical attention," Alexa said.
"Well she's working with Stephanie McMahon Hardy now so she's gone way past the point of no return. I better go check on her to make sure she didn't drown in Lake Apopka," Seth said and Alexa jumped onto the prayer shawl with him.
"I'm coming with you," she said confidently.
"You mean you're not afraid of Bayley Black Heart anymore?" Seth asked Alexa impressed.
"No Seth I'm not afraid of Bayley Black Heart anymore," Alexa said.
"You're only saying that because I'm here with you, what about when I'm not here? Do you think you can stand up to her without me by your side?" Seth asked Alexa and she frowned at him.
"Where are you going that I can't follow? Remember what the Ortons said? After I get my Gift from God we're going to be working together," Alexa said. "As long as I can keep up with you, I'll be able to handle Bayley Black Heart,"
Seth stroked the side of Alexa's face and he gave her a serious look, "I know what the Ortons said but you're still going to have to convince me that you can keep up with me. I go real fast Alexa, not just at work but as a man of God, I'm at a whole new level. You're just starting out and I don't have time for baby steps,"
"Are you saying that you don't believe in me?" Alexa said and she felt her confidence leaving her. "Seth I need you to believe in me, I could never have made it this far as a person, I wouldn't have given Jesus Christ a second thought if it wasn't for all the time you've spent believing in me. Please don't bail on me now, I don't think I could take anymore rejection today,"
Seth hugged Alexa, "I'll never bail on you but I'm not your ex-boyfriend, or your bestie, or some guy you like to spend time with. You're my co-worker in Christ, this is his Great Commission and we are in this thing together, that means you have to give me everything you've got. Every ounce of energy, I'm gonna need everything you've got Alexa if we're going to stop Bayley and Stephanie from taking NXT away from Triple H," he said and Alexa nodded.
"Okay," she said and Seth frowned at her.
"Okay? No I need more than okay Alexa but don't worry, you'll get there," Seth said. "You just need to spend more time with those selfies and hopefully, one day, you'll finally mean it when you say you're a Champion,"
"I do mean it," Alexa said as Seth flew with her over to Lake Apopka where the soaked and insane body of Bayley was dragging itself out of the water and onto dry land. Suddenly Alexa wasn't so sure she meant it, "I do mean it Seth, I am a Champion and I'm going to prove it to you right now,"
Alexa jumped off of the prayer shawl and onto Bayley throwing her back into the water.
"Oh you just made a big mistake sister," Bayley Black Heart said scowling at Alexa while Seth watched from above.
"This is going to be great," he said rubbing his hands together anticipating the moment Alexa stood up to Bayley.
"Where the Hell do you get off throwing innocent pigs onto my apartment? How much lower are you going to go you sick demented freak?!" Alexa said to Bayley and the Black Hearted one showed her just how low she was prepared to go and she took all of her clothes off and stood in the lake one hundred percent, totally naked.
Seth's mouth dropped as Bayley waved to him in the nude and he called Roman Reigns immediately.
LAX Airport, Los Angeles, CA
"Bayley's naked again," Roman said to Dean Ambrose and Sasha Banks was with them about to say goodbye as they left for New York City.
"What?!" Dean Ambrose said and Roman shook his head.
"Bayley's naked, Seth said she's standing in Lake Apopka with no clothes on looking at him. He said he doesn't know what to do," Roman said and Sasha was burning up with rage.
"I know what to do, or should I say, we know what to do, right Summer?" Sasha said to her pet spider.
"Okay I'll let Seth know you're on your way," Roman said but Dean protested.
"We're four hours away, that's too long to wait. Tell Seth to come pick us up, we'll handle Bayley together," Dean said and Sasha liked the sound of that.
"This has gone on for far too long, Bayley is done tormenting my husband," Sasha said. "I said 'til death do us part and tonight, Seth and Bayley will part forever,"
"I like the sound of that," Dean Ambrose said and Roman frowned at him.
"Now you like Sasha? I thought you wanted Seth to marry someone else?" Roman asked Dean.
"After several Marriage Asylum classes with Renee, I've realised how important it is to work at marriage rather than destroy it from the outside. I'm back on Team Sasha and Seth, screw Bayley she's a nut job, a hot nut job, but a nut job none-the-less," Dean said.
"Seth said he can't pick us up, he has to go to Harvard with Shawn and Amy. Apparently there's some sort of emergency that the DX family have to attend to," Roman said and Sasha furrowed her brow.
"I wonder why Seth has to go," she said. "You know what this is too important, tell Seth to hurry up and come get us so we can whoop Bayley's Black ass together tonight!"
Sasha's cell-phone vibrated and she looked down and saw a text message from Randy Orton, it simply said "Stop interfering. Stay put, Seth will be fine, see you in two weeks."
"What's wrong?" Dean asked Sasha as the Boss fell silent.
"I got a message from Randy Orton, he told me to stay where I am. I can't go with you guys," she said regretfully.
"Sure you can, who is Orton to tell you what to do?" Dean Ambrose argued.
"He's the King's Oracle and he's Seth's guardian, I have to do as he says otherwise bad things will happen to Seth and God will get mad at me for interfering. I guess you guys will have to take care of Bayley without me," Sasha said but Dean and Roman hesitated.
"You know what, Seth's a big boy. Let him handle Bayley, we'll stay here with you, Summer and Justice.
I love Hollywood, we can all leave together in two weeks. Right Dean?" Roman said and Dean nodded.
"You wanna leave our boy Seth alone with naked Bayley? Do you not remember what happened the last time she stripped naked in front of Seth?" Dean said and Roman frowned at him.
"Yeah, he married Sasha. Nothing happened. Seth's got that spiritual weapon now, he can't lust after women anymore. The only woman that he can like the look of is his wife, Bayley's hot body will have no effect on him, he'll be fine," Roman explained.
"Yeah it was more of the principle of the thing Dean, I mean the idea of Bayley trying to seduce my husband makes me sick to my stomach," Sasha said and Summer the spider pretended to vomit at the mention of Bayley's name. "But I know Seth won't break his vow to me, he promised to love me for the rest of our lives and there is nothing Bayley, naked or not, can do about that,"
"We're talking about a naked woman standing in front of your husband, how are you not freaking out right now? Do you know how pissed I would be if you took all of your clothes off and stood in front of Roman right now?!" Dean said to Sasha and Roman blushed.
"My wife would lay your ass out," Roman warned Sasha who pretended to strip in front of Roman.
"I trust my husband guys, I just wanna beat the living crap outta Bayley to teach that girl some respect," Sasha Banks said salivating over the idea of getting her hands on Bayley. "I never thought this would happen, we used to be the best of friends, how could something like this happen to our friendship?"
"Less talk more walk, we better get going before people start to recognize us," Dean said and Roman told Seth to hang in there and that they'd see him in two weeks much to Summer's chagrin. The little spider wanted to bite the Black Hearted One so Sasha would stop crying herself to sleep at night thinking about what Bayley was putting Seth through while she was in Hollywood with John Cena and The Rock and her ever-loving brothers, the Shield.
