Eh, this isn't my best work. And not that exciting but I need this to set up the next few chapters.

"That's fine I'll to to UA, but know this I am there am on my terms, to get information. So I wouldn't get to attached," I say popping my shoulder, which is still stiff from being in the straight jacket.

"Excellent! Now then, let's get your living arrangements finalized," Nezu says , clapping his hands together.

"How did you get your straight jacket off?" One of the guards said, surprising he hasn't said anything about it before.

I shrug, " Anyway can I have my stuff if it's not considered dangerous? Like my backpack? "

"Of course," Nezu said, "You must have your belongings if you're going to stay at UA!"

Man, Nezu has to much energy, do you think he has ever considered getting a side job? Because he obviously has that under control, if you could even consider letting me in 'under control'.

"Alright now that that's over, Aizawa let's go," Nezu said after climbing in his shoulder. I follow the odd pair to a car.

I've actually haven't ever been in a car, my family never had enough money, and I only steal enough to feed me and the others. So a car is out of the question. The car is slick black, the windows tinted so I couldn't see inside, it probably is bullet proof and stronger than normal cars if Nezu rode here in it.

Aizawa opened the back door and I hop in hesitantly, I can almost hear Dabi yelling 'You have trust issues', is that normal? Hearing your friends voice in your head, probably not.

"Have you never been in a car before?" Aizawa asks, in a slightly joking voice.

"Yeah, I never rode in a car before. I've hijacked a helicopter, a motorcycle, a train, and even a crane but never a car," I start, listing all the things I've hijacked.

Nezu sits next to me while Erasurehead sits yup front to dive, the car moves forward making me ram into the seat in front of bee, which was were Erasurehead just so happened to be sitting.

"Ow," I said, while rubbing my head.

Erasurehead snorts, "That's why you wear a seatbelt. Anyway, why did you hijack a crane?"

"Eh, well it was partly because of a dare and I needed something to attack the heroes with, hitting people with a crane is actually quite fun. You should try it," I say, nearly forgetting who I'm with.

" Noted, thank you for the tip Maki, " Nezu says grinning, ah I forgot UA's principle has a sadistic streak a mile wide.

If his streak is a mile wide than how large is mine? I can hear Toga and Dabi saying I am vicious as a flower... Why are they so mean to me? Let me rephrase that, why am I so mean to myself?

Soon the car came to a stop, we must be at the school now. The ride here was pretty quiet, what are you supposed to say to a rat-bear-man-thing and someone you've fought with before? So an awkward silence was over us.

I followed them to a small building, that honestly looks like a large tool shed, that's just behind the main building, where Nezu's office is.

I open the door, and it's actually quite spacious, has a little kitchen, a bed room, a bathroom, and even a living room with a tv. It's not a mansion but it's a roof over my head, has water, food, and I even get clothes. Yes, it is UA's uniform but it's clean clothes, that aren't stolen.

"I'm not wearing a skirt. Just let me wear the boys uniform, and I'm guessing I'm going to be placed in a hero class,"

" That's fine. Yes, you'll be placed in 1A of the hero course, which Aizawa teaches. What better teacher to watch over you than the hero who specializes in capture? " Nezu says, this can't get worse right?

"Oh and classes will begin tomorrow at 8, Aizawa will come and collect you at 7:40. So be ready," Nezu added.

Dang it, I've never been a morning person . And to top it off, they don't know about something. Also I haven't been to school since I was six years old, yeah I've been studying, but only important stuff. Like money, training, memorization, not useless stuff like algebra and whatever a transitional verb is.

I go in to the room and flop down on the bed, an actual bed, haven't slept in one of these in a while. I grab my backpack off my back and open it. I was able to keep it once they searched it for weapons or trackers or what not. I pulled out two pictures and grabbing a thumb tack from the drawer full of school supplies, I tack them on the wall.

One is a picture of me, Toga, and Dabi smiling, with Toga giving me bunny ears while Dabi is laughing at us. The other is of me with my brother, the last time I saw him actually. It was taken on my sixth birthday.

I go and shower, trying to clean off a months worth of dirt. After that I go back into my room and flop back onto my bed, what do I do now? I start singing Courtesy Call by Thousands Foot Krutch.

"Hey-o, here comes the danger up in this club

When we get started and we ain't gonna stop
We gonna turn it out till it gets too hot
Everybody sing, hey-O
Tell 'em turn it up till they can't no more
Let's get this thing shakin' like a disco ball

This is your last warning, a courtesy call ~"

" YOU DIDN'T TELL ME THE LITTLE LISTENER SINGS! " A voice yelled out, echoing through out the nearly empty house.

"I didn't know she could sing, and what does it matter?" Erasurehead said, a thumping sound follows. Probably closing the door behind him, man I really need to pay more attention to my surroundings when I sing.

Erasurehead came in with Present Mic following him. I haven't met Present Mic officially but I deal with information, so I've heard of him and sold information about him.

"You wound me Shota, if course it's important!" Present Mic said.

I go to meet them, and pretend that they heard nothing. Softly closing the door to my to my room, not ready for people to get in my personal space and I have a feeling Mic doesn't know what personal space is.

"I thought you weren't going to come again until morning, why are you here?" I say, so what if I sound rude, it doesn't matter.

"WELL LITT-"

"You're yelling, we brought food and a phone. You must have it with you at all times except for training." Erasurehead said, placing some packages if instant noodles.

"HERE YA GO!" Present Mic said, handing me a phone.

"It's followed, so we can see what you do. And we track all phone calls," And one more thing, " He pulls out basically only one hand cuff, and puts it on my wrist.

"It's a tracker, and it blocks out your quirk. Like the straight jacket you were wearing earlier," Erasurehead said.

I laugh, I tried to hold it in but I couldn't. Did they really think I have to have a quirk to be a runway?

"WHAT'S SO FUNNY?" Present Mic asks, still yelling.

"It's the fact that you made this to specifically block quirks," I laugh again, " I don't have a quirk, you might have just wasted a lot of money, when you could've just gotten a tracker, "

At their confused faces, mostly Present Mic, I add, "I'm quirkless, yesh. You'd think people would stop thinking you need a quirk to do anything,"

The story itself is 1,354 words. So yeah not as long as last chapter, I can't wait next chapter is Maki's first day at UA.

So here's how I'm gonna do the time, It's been a month since the actual first day if school, the USJ attack hasn't happened yet. Here is why I'm doing it this way, because one I need the students to already have a bond and two, it only makes since because they can fight and use their quirks just fine, even Deku so that means time must have passed between their first exercise and the USJ.
