PLEASE READ THIS!Last chapter I said that Alex Jackson, who is the Percy Jackson of this story, defeated Gaea in the war. But, as you have noticed, Artemis and Apollo are still young, which means this was ancient times. So, as you read, know that Alex Jackson doesn't exist and will exist later in the story.

Thanks for reading.

Percy POV

As I sat in my chair, I grew more and more anxious as Artemis fought Python. I wanted to go down there so badly and strike down Python for hurting my love, but I couldn't. At least, not yet. My luck rewarded and pained as Artemis was bit, I couldn't take it anymore and flashed down there. When I did, Apollo and Artemis were on the ground but I glared at Python, ready for a fight if needed. Python didn't have a chance to do anything as I snapped my finger and a sword shot out of nowhere and pierced Python in the heart, making him dissolve into golden dust. I picked up both the bodies of Apollo and Artemis and walked to their house.

When I got there, I knocked and waited for Leto to answer. I soon heard footsteps followed by a 'one moment', then the door opening. Leto looked at me, then the people in my arms, and then pulled me inside and slammed the door. She then quickly took both children off me while I sat in confusion of what had just happened.

Women, I thought.

I looked up and saw Leto furiously healing them to the best of her abilities, but noticed she couldn't heal Artemis, as the poison would be hard to extract without tools. I got up and walked over to her. As I walked, Leto turned to me and glared.

"Who are you? Are you someone sent by the gods to kill me?" She asked, pulling out a dagger.

I smiled sadly and shook my head. I then snapped my fingers and Artemis and Apollo sat up, looking just fine. Leto turned to me with tears in her eyes and crashed me into a hug. I quickly hugged her back and rubbed circles, as people always hugged me, so I was used to it. The twins looked at me and their mother in confusion.

"Is Python gone?" Apollo asked.

I nodded my head at Apollo.

"Who are you?" Apollo asked, his eyes narrowing.

I laughed. "My name is Perseus, but you may call me Percy."

"Are you a god?" Apollo asked.

"Apollo! Be respectful!" Leto snapped.

I smiled again. "I am a god, but more powerful than gods."

"Titans?" Artemis asked. I shook my head.

"Monsters?" Apollo asked. I shook my head again.

"Who else is there?" Both of them asked.

Leto's eyes widened in realization. "You can mean…"

I nodded. Leto's mouth fell open. "Primordials," she mumbled.

"Correct, Lady Leto," I said.

"Who are the primordials?" Apollo asked. Apollo broke Artemis out of her awe and she playfully glared at him.

"They're the most powerful beings in the universe, dumbo," Artemis said.

Apollo looked offended. "Hey! I'm the most powerful being in the universe," he said, puffing out his chest. I laughed at Apollo and he pouted.

"Apollo stop," Artemis commanded.

"Hold on, Perseus, how did you know Artemis and Apollo were in trouble, and also, what are your domains," Leto said the first part seriously, then she said the last line curiously.

I smiled at Leto cheekily, "Well aren't you a little curious cat."

Leto blushed at that in embarrassment.

"Well the reason I knew was because I was assigned the guardian of the earth since my sister Gaea is asleep for a while (Gaea is asleep for a different reason, not because Alex Jackson, who doesn't exist yet) and I noticed you guys and was fascinated. So, I kinda of, what's the word, protected you. But, that has to do with my domain. I have the domains of Good, Law, Protection, Oaths, Magic and Creation. And I was mad as Zeus for cheating on Hera, since one of my domains is Oaths," I said.

Everyone stood mouth agape at this man's domains. Little did they know Artemis was thinking… different thoughts.

Artemis POV

The first thing I see when I wake up is my mother and another person. He looks like a male. Maybe he's my father! I squinted, trying to make out the man, but when I saw him, I tried to hide my blush. He was so handsome! He was about 6'5 with black hair and eyes that were changing from blue to green. I put on my face to show that I looked like I was confused, but behind my facade, I was looking at him with love. Artemis stop! Stop thinking these thoughts, and stop feeling these emotions! I thought in my mind.

It might look weird for mortals of a girl who looked about 12 staring at a 33 year old man lovingly. But I was actually 323, so I wasn't young. I could change forms to look older, but I like this younger look. I didn't even notice that everyone was talking until I heard the man speak.

He smiled at something. "I am a god, but more powerful than gods."

"Titans?" I asked. He shook my head.

"Monsters?" Apollo asked. He shook my head again.

"Who else is there?" We both asked.

Mother's eyes widened. "You can mean…"

He nodded. Mom's mouth fell open. "Primordials," she mumbled.

"Correct, Lady Leto," he said.

"Who are the primordials?" Apollo asked. Apollo broke me out of my awe and I playfully glared at him.

"They're the most powerful beings in the universe, dumbo," I said.

Apollo looked offended. "Hey! I'm the most powerful being in the universe," he said, puffing out his chest. The man laughed at Apollo and he pouted.

"Apollo stop," I commanded.

"Hold on, Perseus, how did you know Artemis and Apollo were in trouble, and also, what are your domains," Mom said the first part seriously, then she said the last line curiously.

Ah, so his name was Perseus.

He smiled at Leto cheekily, "Well aren't you a little curious cat."

Leto blushed at that in embarrassment. I got a little mad at that, but I kept up my facade.

"Well the reason I knew was because I was assigned the guardian of the earth since my sister Gaea is asleep for a while and I noticed you guys and was fascinated. So, I kinda of, what's the word, protected you. But, that has to do with my domain. I have the domains of Good, Law, Protection, Oaths, Magic and Creation. And I was mad as Zeus for cheating on Hera, since one of my domains is Oaths," he said.

Now, I licked my lips. I couldn't help myself. The thoughts of what I would do to him. 'ARTEMIS STOP!' Someone yelled in my mind. 'CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS, even if I like them.' I heard in my mind. 'I'm Diana, your roman counterpart. You need to stop these thoughts if you want to become a maiden.'

Diana was right. If I wanted to be a maiden I had to stick to my oath, which coincidentally was a domain of Perseus, to which he wouldn't want me to break.

'You're right you're right,' I thought back.

"So, I will take my leave, goodbye," Perseus said.

Wait, he was leaving.

"WAIT!" I shouted, but I didn't mean to.

"What?" Perseus asked.

I blushed and looked like a golden apple, "Uh.. du… mu, nevermind," I stuttered.

Perseus chuckled and teleported away, leaving behind a faint scent of the feeling of protection, which I don't even know how that works.

Perseus POV

As I teleported back to my house, I had wondered why Artemis had stopped me. Maybe, just maybe, there's a chance. I had an idea for spending more time on earth, so I went to my mother.

Time skip - To Chaos!

"So mother, is it okay if I go to earth and protect the innocent. Technically it's working in my domain of protection and good," I persuaded. Mother sighed again.

"Fine. But anything suspicious, and it reports back to me immediately," mother said sternly.

I jumped up and down in happiness. It was time to go to earth.
