"I'm driving!" Nino shouted and ran to the front seat, hoped in the car. "Fine, but why don't you ever let one of us drive Nino?" Marinette asked looking at him with curiosity. "First of all, I let you drive once and we almost died, second of all, I let Alya drive once and WE ALMOST DIED, and I'm scared to see what Adrien will do in case one of you influenced him, so NO" Nino shouted and hugged the steering wheel as if someone would pull him away at any second. "Okay okay" Alya laughed "Let's get this show on the road!" Marinette and Alya sat in the back with Adrien and Nino in the front. They were on the road for a while until the thing they feared most was right in front of them, traffic. "OH COME ON!! MOVE YOU ASSH-" "LANGUAGE!" Adrien cut him off. "Hey guys why don't we listen to music?" Marinette suggested pulling up Spotify on her phone. "That sounds amazing" Alya said relieved. They listened to many different songs (mostly by Jagged Stone) until they arrived at a gas station to stretch their legs and get fresh air. Nino pulled up the car, got gas, then joined the rest of the group at a picnic table. Marinette pulled out the pastries and other snacks that she brought with her. She put a cookie in her purse for Tikki so she didn't feel left out and no one noticed. They were all snacking on sandwiches and cookies "Wow this is really good Marinette!" Adrien said as he took a bite out of a cookie. "Thanks!" Marinette replied with a smile on her face. Sure she had gotten better at talking to Adrien with all the many times they hang out, but she still has some moments when she can't help but stutter.
After they finished up lunch Marinette and Alya decided to go into the store to see what they had, not only did they come back with chips and drinks, but they bought a lot of blankets. "Damn girls, do you want to make a fort in the back of the car?" Nino said sarcastically. "Actuality I was planning on taking a nap." Alya said casually. "A nap doesn't sound like a bad idea" Marinette said yawning and stretching her arms.
They headed back to the car, the girls in the back, and the boys in the front. Apparently, the Marinette and Alya did end up making a blanket fort and took a little nap. When Alya woke up to find an unconscious Marinette beside her she quickly snapped a photo. "This is for my blackmail folder" she whispered evilly. "You awake back there Al's?" Nino whispered. "Yeah I'm awake, but don't be to loud, Marinette is passed out" She whispered back. After playing games on her phone for a while, she looked over to Marinette, and got an idea. An awful, awful idea. "Hey can we pull over for a sec? You don't mind switching seats Adrien do you?" "Not at all" Adrien replied. They pulled over the car and Alya and Adrien switched seats.
They only had a little bit farther to go and the sun was starting to set. Now wouldn't be a bad time for a nap Adrien thought to himself. He looked over to Marinette and smiled, she really is pretty he thought. Sure, he loved with all his heart, but he couldn't deny that he had some sort of feeling for this dark haired, blue eyed girl. Marinette stirred and Adrien started to feel his eyes getting droopy, soon he fell asleep to. "Alright, we're here guys!" Alya said excitedly. There was no response, so Alya turned around and lifted the blanket separating the front seat from the backseat. "Nino get your camera's our! You don't want to miss this!" Alya squealed. Adrien had his arms around Marinette his head on a pillow, curling around the small girl. Marinette was curled up, cuddling Adrien and dug her face in the crook of his neck. Alya and Nino snapped a few pictures until they finally decided to wake them up. "Okay, lets go" Alya whispered as she pulled up her phone to take a video.
"Marinette, time to get up, we're here.." she tired to whisper but ended up laughing. "Noooo..." Marinette said half asleep "warm and comfy" she said as she moved closer to Adrien. "So you like your pillow a lot then?" Alya asked chuckling holding up her phone. "Mhmmm" Marinette yawned. "Well guess what girl?" "Hmmm?" "Your pillow is Adrien" Marinette's eyes shot open and she turned as red as Nathaniel's hair. She laid there, frozen, while Nino started to whisper "Adrien, time to wake up bro" he said as he shook him. "Nooooo..." Adrien moaned. Marinette tried to escape his grip but he pulled her closer to him. Alya and Nino couldn't be seen because they fell over laughing. This woke Adrien from his sleep, "I'M S-SO SORRY AD-ADRIEN, I JUST F-FELL A-ASLEEP AND-" "It's okay Marinette, I don't mind!" Adrien chuckled, my god Adrien don't be a creep... he thought. "O-Okay" Marinette mumbled. "Come on Mari! Let's go check out the house!" Alya said rescuing Marinette from the awkward moment. The two girls ran up the the porch and opened the door, their jaws dropped to the floor. The place was huge. Marinette and Alya immediately ran inside and touched everything like little children. Then Alya sprinted back outside and yelled "Nino come check this thing out!" "A LITTLE BUSY HERE ALYA!!" Nino shouted with suitcases and bags, blankets and pillows in his arms.
"Dude what the fuck" was all Nino could say when he saw the inside of the place, it was ginormous, it had so many seating areas, a dining room, three stories, lounges and a whole gameroom, not to mention the kitchen was huge! "Bro why didn't you tell me how cool this place was!" Nino said shaking his best friend "Sorry, I haven't seen this place in a while, they must have re-done it." Said Adrien looking around the wide open entrance. "Bro! Hurry up! Before the girls take the best bedroom and we have to sleep one the couches!" Nino screeched as he was half was across the house. They searched for the girls until they heard giggling from the second floor. Adrien and Nino walked up the stairs as they followed the little chuckles until they grasped the door handle and opened the door slightly. They saw a huge room with wide open space, two beds laying near each other with fluffy comforters and throw pillows on top, there was a large table on the in the middle with six chairs surrounding it and a large overhead light illuminating the top. The large
windows shown a beautiful view of the ocean and a mini seating area around it. There was a large bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a bath. There was a large TV on the wall with a whole mini fridge next to it. The couch (which they assumed was in front of the TV and coffee table) was pushed to the side of the room and extra chairs were used to help support the blankets overhead of the large fortress. "Welcome my friends" Marinette said in a fancy voice "Would you like to join us in fort Cookie?"
"Cookie and Macaroon!" Alya corrected from the fort poking her head out barely to get a glimpse of the boys before scurrying back inside. "Forgive me kind fellows, 'tis Fort Cookie and Macaroon." Marinette said laughing while covering her face with the back of her hand. "Wow you guys found a nice place up here" Adrien said looking around. "WE CLAIMED IT" Alya yelled from within the tent. "Okay, okay jeez" Nino said "We'll take that room beside it." "Well, fair maiden,I bid you good day" Adrien said to Marinette with a bow. "Goodnight" Marinette said waving as the boys walked out. That bow was familiar... she thought but she shook it away.

"Okay dude, lets start unpacking" Nino said throwing his suitcase on the bed and opening it tossing clothes out of it. As Adrien opened his bag and started to unpack Plagg was whining in his ear "I'm hungryyy..." "No, I packed you a whole wheel of cheese in an extra bag!" Adrien said. "Well I finished that, so I want more" Plagg said crossing his tiny arms (paws? Whatever Kwami's have) "Hey Nino I'm going to check out the kitchen" Adrien said when he was done packing. "Okay dude" Nino said while putting his clothes in drawers. Adrien walked down the stairs, to the kitchen hoping there was some cheese in the fridge. When he turned the corner saw that Marinette was there, talking to something in her purse. "Whatcha doin Marinette?" Adrien asked leaning and putting his head beside her's. "Oh it's just you" Marinette jumped "You almost gave me heart attack." "Sorry," Adrien said rubbing the back of his neck "By the way, who were you talking to?" "Oh, ummm" Marinette said looking worried "I- uh called my parents! Yeah, to tell them we arrived safely!" She said scratching her head with one finger. "Okay..." he said. Could Marinette really be? I mean, this isn't the first time I've heard her do that! Wait.. no, no it can't be... AND DON'T get your hopes up Adrien! He screamed at himself. "Well.. ugh I'll see you guys
in the morning!" Marinette said running along with a tray of food and drinks for her and Alya to eat before bed. "Yeah! I'll see you in the morning!" He said. "Falling for blubbery head so soon?" Plagg said hovering over Adrien's sholder munching on his cheese. "What! No! Hey mind your own business!" "Okay then..." Adrien walked back up the stairs to get ready for bed. He walked into the room and He saw Nino already in his pajamas laying in bed on his phone. Adrien took a shower, changed, and wen to sleep. Ready for the long day ahead of them.
