2. Captured

July 25, 2000

Percy's POV

I was confused as to why I was captured. I didn't do anything wrong with the police. Then, I found out is actually Ares who is dragging me as he flash me to Olympus.

I was lost in my thought when Ares shouted. "Move punk," Ares shouted, pushing me. I continued to move.

When I get to the middle of the throne room, every Gods is giving me a dirty looked which confused me even more. What did I did wrong?

"Perseus Jackson," Zeus thundered. "You are guilty of aiding Gaea and Kronos during wars. What do you plead in your defense."

"Innocent," I immediately said. What have I done to deserve this? He didn't believe me.

"You are banished from Olympus and may never set foot on Olympus again." Zeus started. "You have one week to leave."

Poseidon raised his hand and Zeus let him speak. "Percy, you are a disgrace to the family. I disown you as my son."

"Than," I started. " Don't except my help if an evil raises again."

I feel so powerless when I left Olympus. I went to the street to decide where I am going when I meet Hestia.

"Lady Hestia," I bowed. She waved it off. " what are you doing here?"

"Caniadoptyouasmyson?"Hestia asked so fast I have no idea what she said.

"Slower?" I asked her. She took a deep breath.

"I want to adopt you," my mouth hang open. "I know you just lost your mom but I understand if you don't want to. I will also be your godly parent seeing that Poseidon disown you." She said playing with her dress.

"Yes!" I said. She hit me with a beam of light. She handed me a mirror. I found that now my eyes are not only Sea-green but there's a little yellow-orange.

"Now you can summon and control fire, summon home cook food, fire travel, and send hops into people. " Hestia, or should I said mom told me.

"Thanks, mom," she beamed at me.

Then she told me. "The Gods are wrong to banish you. You are a great hero and you should know that.

She left in a swirl of flame. I thought about her word as I started my journey to Alaska, knowing the Gods won't bother me there.

Hestia's POV

I was so happy when Percy accept me as his new mother. I know he was going to Alaska so I wasn't surprised when a week later I couldn't felt him anymore. I felt happy for him. Starting a new life in Alaska. I am also worried about him since none of his power will work. I hope he has a good life there.
