Calamity Ganon has been defeated. This means the destinies of Link and his fellow champions have been fulfilled, and it's time to say goodbye. This is what Mipha, Daruk, Urbosa, and Revali have to say to their friend in their final moments.

2. Daruk

Would you look at that! It's the mighty Hero of Hyrule, come to pay a visit. What brings you here, little guy? I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do to help you out. Not that you need any help at all! If everything goes according to plan, it's easy living out from here.

Have you dropped by to pay your respects and say your farewells before I head off to meet with Hylia? You don't need to worry about me. Whatever happens next, I'll meet it like a Goron! And you know what they say, there isn't any point in stressing over the things you can't change. Wherever I'm going, I better not see you anytime soon, you hear me? You've still got your whole life ahead of you. I've lived a great life and I got to be a part of a lot of great things. Of course, I'll always wish I got to stick it out, just to see what could have happened, but I'm not one to dawdle on regret.

I fought with all I had… that day, and it wasn't enough. If I had been a little stronger, or if I had trained a little harder, maybe I wouldn't have to wonder. Maybe I'd be standing there with you. I'm sorry, Link, that all of this happened because I'm resting with the rubble. But, this is a time to be happy! I shouldn't be ruining your victory with all of this depressing talk.

Say, how is Hyrule faring? I'm sure you've seen an awful lot of it in your travels. Of course, things are rough right now, but seeing as the monsters are dying off and all, things will be getting back to the way they used to be. From this point of view, it seems Goron City is doing just fine. I saw a brother down there, waving from the rocks. Glad to know that everyone's doing alright. You make sure it stays that way, even when I'm gone, alright?

Same goes for Rudania. If it isn't too much trouble, could you make sure she stays in good condition? I'm quite fond of the thing and I'd hate to see her go to waste like back when you Hylians dug 'em up from the ground. I'm sure the other champions would agree. It takes a lot of patience being trapped in a Divine Beast for 100 years, and I'm sure anyone would get attached to 'em, even if they did cause a whole lot of trouble.

I'll let you go now. I've kept you busy for long enough. Say hello to everyone for me, will you? No matter what happens now, you can know I'll be rooting for you, little guy.
