"His name is… Kamen Rider Woz! Prostate yourself to a noble watcher of time!"

Woz rushes towards the creature, in response the latter charged towards Woz as well. The creature's body malformed once more and several old-fashioned objects grew off from its body and started launching towards Woz.

ZIKAN DESPEAR!

Woz's belt flashed a green light and a spear materialized from it. It flew right to his hand for him to grab and he immediately proceeded to slash through the projectiles with ease. The neon Kamen Rider then threw his spear at the creature in which it caught it with its palm, the spear embedded in. Woz jumped and used the spear as a platform to jump overhead of the enemy and to the back. Woz crouched and slid his foot in a circular fashion towards the creature's legs, causing it to lose balance and stumble upon
itself.

Woz quickly took the spear and stab it right through the center of the creature, causing it to screech. Suddenly, drawings of Japanese military soldiers from the 1990s erupt from the ground and surround them, armed with rifles.

The girl immediately took notice and started to shoot off some of them successfully. Woz paid no mind to it. He took out another device from his forearm and pressed on its button, he then replaced it with the existing one on his belt.

SHINOBI! ACTION! NIN-WHO?! NIN-ME! NINJA! FUTURING SHINOBI! SHINOBI!

Woz's front and shoulder armor plates were replaced with armors that reflected that of Kamen Rider Shinobi. His eyes switching from a cyan color to purple, he also adorned a purple scarf.

The military soldiers fired upon Sougo and his friends, but before they were hit, copies of Woz appeared in front of them and blocked the bullets. The copies then proceeded to attack the soldiers.

"Now, what say we end this?" Woz remarked. He then pulled the attachment from his belt and closed upon it again.

BEYOND THE TIME! NIN-POW! TIME BINDING: ARTS! FINISH TIME!

Suddenly, the creature froze in place. Woz grabbed the spear and its bladed tip glew a soft neon green light. Woz then pulled the spear downward, causing to slice right through the creature in half. Electricity crackles from the creature, causing Woz to step a few meters back. The creature then blew up.

The world around them returned to normal and Woz cancelled his transformation.

"We're… back…?" Sougo looked around and he was right. Everything was indeed back to normal.

Geiz rushed towards Woz and grabbed him by the collar tightly. "Who are you? What's going on here?"

Woz calmly placed his palm on Geiz's hand and puts it down. He rolls his eyes and sighs. "My name is Woz. If you actually listened to my intro, I am a servant to my demon king. Oma ZI-O. Or rather…" His eye glances towards Sougo, the two's eyes meeting each other.

"Tokiwa Sougo."

Geiz and Tsukuyomi turned their heads towards Sougo. Sougo was just as surprised as they were.

"Me? A demon king? You've got it wrong!" Sougo raised his hands, waving them around as in to signal a disagreement. Woz sighed and walked towards him. "That time isn't now. But you'll be a king someday."

Sougo's eyes lit up. The fact that someone acknowledge his dream of becoming a king, let alone confirm that he will be king, raises his mood even more.

From a corner of the area, a pink girl comes rushing into them as well. She wore a simple blue dress that complimented her hair and a small bag. She looked tired, obviously from running all the way here.

"Homura! Are you okay? Why did you suddenly run?" She says as she approaches the girl named Homura. She immediately hugged her tightly.

"It's nothing to worry about, Madoka. C'mon, let's go." The two then proceeded to leave. At the corner of Woz's eyes, he noticed that Homura was staring at them.

"Now, if we're done here, I must be going." Woz turns his back from them and starts walking.

"Where are you going?" Sougo raised a brow. Woz stopped in his tracks and slightly turned towards him. "No worries, my demon king. If you're ever in trouble, I'll be there. Also, I might stop by for dinner." He says before his scarf engulfed him and disappeared. Sougo and his friends' eyes widened and blinked twice.

"WHAT?!" the three said in unison.

The day passes into the afternoon and the sun slowly sets. A man wearing a formal outfit enters a café, Bistro La Salle. He sits down on an empty table and a waitress immediately tended to him. The two seemed to be familiar with each other.

"Coffee?"

"Yeah. Also, today's cake."

"Sure."

Woz would soon come into the café as well. He scans the room and sees the man. He approaches him and cleared his throat.

"Is this seat taken?" Woz asks. The man glances at him for a second.

"No. You may." The man replies and Woz seats down the seat in front of him.

The two stared at each other for a few seconds in awkward silence. The waitress then came back and gently placed the two plates of coffee and cake onto the table. She notices Woz and goes back to the back of the café. The awkward silence would soon be broken.

"Tendou Souji. I hear that you are a man of talents."

Tendoou raised a brow as he took a sip off the coffee. He gently put it down and let out a small sigh. "Talent is simply just pursued in interest. What is it that you need me for?"

Woz let out a small chuckle from Tendou's comment. "There have been… some odd occurrences lately. I suspect that a little girl that I met a while ago may be connected."

"So, you want me to hunt you down an innocent girl? How off putting." He continues to sip on his tea. The waitress comes back and brings in Woz's cup of tea. She then bows and leaves the two alone.

"All I need is the info that comes out of her mouth. A strange creature appeared this morning and she immediately arrived at the scene faster than I." Woz takes a sip into his coffee. Tendou slightly nods and stands up from the chair. He took out his wallet and placed some yen on the table. It was an amount that would pay off his coffee, cake, and Woz's coffee too; along with some change that he won't bother to take.

"I get it."

A while later, the maid comes to check on the table where Tendou and Woz once sat. All she saw were perfectly finished cups of coffee and an empty plate. Stuck underneath the plate was the payment.

Meanwhile, Homura finds herself at the rooftop of a building. The night had come, and the moon light shines upon her. She paces around as If looking for something. Or someone. She soon heard tiny and week footsteps.

"Kyubey…! Kyubey! Where are you?! What did you do?!" She exclaimed as frantically looks for Kyubey. She then turned to the sound of the footsteps and found Kyubey, who looks just as disheveled and messed up as before.

"Ho…mur…a…" the small cat-like creature attempts to speak out.

"What did you do?! Tell me!" Homuar exclaims once more and pulls out a handgun from her pocket. Suddenly, a small part of Kyubey flaked off its body and turned to dust. Homura became disgusted and took a step back.

"We're…. Dying…. Only….one…left…." Kyubey started to lose its color and break down. Kyubey tried to raise a paw at Homura until it crumbled into dust. Homura felt nothing but confusion. She had held no remorse for the thing that brought her so many years of despair.

She closed her eyes and channeled her strength, attempting to summon her dark powers. Nothing happened. However, she did notice that her time shield appeared on her left forearm once again. She also noticed that she didn't have a soul gem and a grief seed. The rules somehow must have changed.

"What's a young girl doing out here late at night?"

Homura immediately turned towards the voice and saw a man. Tendou Souji.

"Who are you?" she asks.

Tendou ignores this and presses on. "More importantly, what's your connection to those creatures?" Homura notices a slight buzzing noise in the area but chose to ignore it.

Homura stops. She let her head down, covering her face. She clenched her one fist while the other slowly reached for her shield. She mutters to herself. "Don't take her away…!"

Tendou took notice of her slight actions and stepped a few meters back. The buzzing grew louder. A red mechanical beetle flies towards their direction and Tendou caught it. His hand, slowly moving the red beetle towards his buckle.

"DON'T TAKE MADOKA AWAY FROM ME!"

Homura quickly took out another handgun from the shield and immediately aimed and shot at Tendou. Tendou had already placed the beetle from his buckle and the bullet was blocked by a hexagonal plate.

"Henshin."

HENSHIN

Even more hexagonal plates appeared around Tendou. The plates then formed together the armor. It was silver with hints of red. It was very bulky and seemingly looked hard to move in.

Homura was taken aback by what happened. She cried out in frustration, dropped her handgun, reached into her shield once more and took out a rifle. She fired upon Tendou. However, …

"Cast off."

CAST OFF

The heavy armor plates explode from Tendou and out. Revealed under was a lighter red armor. A large beetle horn raises up and over the eye piece. Separating the one visor into two. The eyes lit up, signaling the completion of the transformation.

Clouds started to cover the night sky and started raining.

Homura gritted her teeth in frustration. Her shield opened up one of its plates, revealing some mechanical clock work. Tendou noticed this and slapped a button on the side of his waist.

"Clock up."

CLOCK UP

The world around them turned into a hue of blue and everything suddenly stopped. The rain droplets held itself in place Except the two of them. Homura's rage increasingly grew. She aimed her rifle once more and started shooting. Tendou maneuvered around the bullets with ease and got neared her distance quick. Tendou kicked her on the stomach, knocking her out of the building.

Tendou ran towards the edge of the building and looked down for her. Before he could react, bullets fired from below; hitting Tendou and causing him to move away from the line of fire. Homura had managed to grab on to a fire escape railing. She raised herself up onto the platform, throws away her rifle, and jumps back onto the rooftop. Energy bullets suddenly went to her direction and she narrowly dodged them.

Tendou, now holding his kunai gun walked towards Homura. The magical girl took out a shotgun from her shield and fired upon Tendou once more. Tendou dodged them with relative ease once more and charged towards her once more. The dodged bullets, staying in place. Tendou converted his Kunai gun to axe mode and swung at Homura. She was prepared however, managing to throw out her shotgun quickly and parry the attack with a combat knife.

"You asked who I am, right?"

"What...?!" Homura replied with hint of frustration.

Tendou's other hand reached for the Kabuto Zecter. He pressed three buttons, pulled the lever to the right and back to the left again.

1! 2! 3! RIDER KICK!

"Rider kick."

Tendou kicked her in the stomach once more, this time with his knee. Electricity crackled around Homura. The magical girl's eyes widened and fell to the ground. She then proceeded to vomit. The world around them returned to normal. Everything that was frozen and still, moved again.

Homura coughed and clutched her stomach. Tendou then sheathed his Kunai gun to the side of his waist.

"I'm the one who walks the path of heaven. The one who rules over everything. Kamen Rider Kabuto!" Tendou says as he points his finger up in the night sky.

Homura attempted to stand up once more but fell to the ground shortly after. Tendou slowly approached her.

"Now, let me ask once more… What is your connection to those creatures?"

Suddenly, yellow ribbons appear from the ground held Tendou still. The Kamen Rider attempted to break free, but the ribbons wouldn't budge.

Multiple decorated rifles appear around Tendou and fired at him all at once. Tendou cried out in pain and fell to his knees.

A young girl, adorned in western-styled outfit, and sports a drill-like hairstyle on her blonde hair appeared between Homura and Tendou. Homura looked up and saw a familiar person.

"…Mami Tomoe..!"

Author's note: Forgot to say this in the first chapter, but this takes place after the Madoka Magical Rebellion movie and Episode 49 of ZI-O.
