Power Rangers: Cyber Guardian
Chapter Two: The Team Is Official
"That was a weird first day," Third said, talking to In as they were making their way out of the school.
The school had afternoon programs and was always opened until very late, so coming out of the school around dinner time was not suspicious at all. Third and In were going to go back to In's house to check on a new video game that he bought. Korn was walking a little bit ahead of them. In really thought Korn was handsome and wanted to talk with him, but he noticed Khai was behind them and he didn't want to leave Third alone with Khai behind him. In didn't know what Khai's problem was with Third. Why did he always have to make fun of him?
Back in the abandon warehouse, the young man was pacing back and forth. He wanted to know who stopped his plans from having the whole world go into a blackout. He had to think of something and try and get his army back. He sat down at his monitors and started typing out code on his keyboard. This code seemed complex. When he finished, he pushed enter and started to smile with a big evil grin.
"This Mega Virus will surely give me back my army," he said, "The world will soon know my name, Vex."
He watched on the screen as his virus took shape. The virus took shape of a dragon creature. The creature looked like a carving of a black dragon from a black stone. It had green lines going horizontal and vertical on it.
"Go Viral and get my army back!" he said, through the screen.
"Yes, master," Viral said, heading toward the place where the barrier was that the four teenagers created.
He opened his mouth and a purple flame came out, toward the barrier. The barrier shattered and the army of robotic looking soldiers started coming out again. This time Viral helped them and started destroying the huge looking battery. Vex just sat there and watched as his plan was coming into effect.
Khai was walking in the back of In and Third. It looked like he was staring at Third. Third felt that Khai was staring at him and turned around and wanted to know why he was staring at him. Before Khai could say anything, their phones went off. It was the lightning bolt symbol. Korn got the image on his phone and all of them went back into the school. No one was around so they were able to get to Room 0 without any suspicion.
Khai was the first one in and when he went into the room with all the computers, he noticed a young, pretty girl, waving at him.
"Who are you?" Khai asked.
"Oh, Khai," she said, "I'm AIVA."
"AIVA?" Third asked, coming in, after Khai, along with In, "How did you become human?"
"Korn accidentally hit the control on the Humanizer and here I am," she said, "I was not supposed to materialize as a human yet but cannot undo the process."
"Whoa!" Korn said, joining in, "Who's the beautiful girl?"
In just rolled his eyes.
"This is AIVA," Third said, "Apparently, you pushed some buttons to humanize her or something."
Khai just pointed to himself, puzzled.
"Never mind that," Third said, "AIVA why did you call us?"
"The Dark Network is back at it again," she said, looking at a monitor, "This time there is a Mega Virus which has taken down your barrier you guys placed and all over the world, they are losing power."
"We are all on it," Third said, heading up on his red disc, along with In, who went on his yellow disk.
Korn, slowly followed and went on his green disc. The only one that didn't budge was Khai. Third was getting a little frustrated. Same with Korn and In. They all wanted to know what the deal with him was.
"What's the matter Khai?" In asked.
"Don't talk to me, fag," Khai said.
Third got mad and went off his disc and over to Khai. He gave Khai a punch in the face.
"You know Khai," Third said, "It is one thing to call me that name, but it's another to call my friend that. Don't you ever call my friend that. Do you hear me?"
"Aww," Khai said, mocking Third, "Have I hurt your boyfriend's feelings? Are you his big and shiny knight coming to save him?"
In just got disgusted by that remark and rolled his eyes.
"Fine," Third said, "We don't need you."
Third went back up to his disc.
"It's morphing time!" Third, In, and Korn shouted, "Time to digitize!"
The three of the them digitized and disappeared into cyber space. They transported into the ship. AIVA told them that she will set the coordinates for the ship to go to where they were a few hours ago. As for Khai, he just sat down on one of the chairs. AIVA was curious as to why he didn't go on the disc and transform like before.
"Why don't you join your friends, and help fight this Mega Virus?" AIVA asked.
"First of all," Khai started, "They are not my friends."
"Incorrect," AIVA said, "I have a recorded message this past summer from you saying that you guys were best of friends."
"That was before I knew that Beta was Third," Khai said, "I can't stand him."
"But why?" AIVA asked.
Khai got up and went over to AIVA.
"If I tell you," Khai said, "Will you promise not to tell Third."
AIVA stared at Khai for a second. "I promise not to tell Third."
In cyber space, Third was using his Data Blaster at some of the robotic cyber soldiers. He was outnumbered. In and Korn were battling with robotic cyber soldiers as well and couldn't help Third. One of the robotic cyber soldiers were coming in on him, when out of nowhere, Alpha (Khai) comes in and ground pounds all of them. Third just looks at him as their visors are eye to eye with one another.
"I thought you weren't coming in to help," Third said, blasting a cyber straggler.
"Well," Khai said, looking away, "I changed my mind."
"Thank you," Third said, "for saving me."
"Whatever fag," Khai said, turning his attention to the virus that was causing problems with the circuits.
The virus was shooting purple fire out of his mouth and causing a lot of damage.
"Stop right there!" Third shouted, pointing at the creature.
"Who are you?" Viral asked.
"We are..uhm.." Third stuttered, "We are the Cybernetic Guardians."
"You can never defeat me," Viral said, "for I am Viral, created by my master Vex."
"Vex?" Third asked, "That name sounds so familiar."
Third paused for a moment.
"No matter," Third said, "We four will defeat you and you can tell your master that he is not going to take control over the cyber world."
"We'll see about that!" Viral said, charging at the four.
"Special Agent Meng Shao Fei," a young man in uniform said, typing on a high-tech computer, looking at Shao Fei with the most loving eyes, "All of Asia and Europe have lost power and half of the United States have as well."
"Do you have a location of where this black out is coming from?" Shao Fei asked.
"No," the man said, "Whoever is doing this isn't living a trace. We are getting a lot of Dark Network from this guy and the letters V-E-X keep showing up on the screen."
"So, this person is using the name Vex," Meng Shao Fei said, "I haven't heard that name since…"
He was off thinking about something until another code snapped him out of it.
"What is this code, which is with the Dark Network code, Tang Yi?" he asked.
"I don't know A Fei," he said.
"Shhhh," he warned, whispering, "Don't call me by that name when we are working. You know everyone is suspicious of us being in a relationship."
"But we are," Tang Yi whispered back, "We're living together."
"Listen, Special Agent Tang Yi, if anyone found out we were screwing each other, we both could lose our jobs," Shao Fei whispered harshly, "Do you want that to happen?"
"No, I don't want that," Tang Yi said, frowning a bit.
"That's a good boy," Special Agent Shao Fei said, whispering in his ear, "and tonight I'm all yours."
That put a smile on Special Agent Tang Yi's face as he went back in finding out where the Dark Network code was coming and what the mysterious code was as well.
"AVIA!" Third shouted, laying on the ground with his teammates, "We are getting our butts kicked down here. Can you give us an assistance on what to do to defeat this virus?"
"I am programming new weapons for you since your weapons as of now are only good for defeating those robot cyber soldiers."
"Oh cool!" In exclaimed, "New weapons."
"Okay, those old weapons you had were for your training and for battling robot cyber soldiers," AIVA said, "but now you are facing real virus threats, so I give you your new cybernetic weapons."
A red beam came down and Third noticed a new blaster in his hands. The blaster needed two hands to hold and it looked awesome. A blue light came down on Khai and a blue sword formed. A yellow light came down on In and he received an axe. The thing with the axe was there was a yellow orb on top which shot out beams of light. In thought that was cool. Last, but not least, a green light fell on Korn. A green shield connected with his arm.
"A shield?" Korn asked, looking not impressed, "Everyone else got cool weapons. Why can't I?"
"I think your weapon is cool, Korn," In said, with stargazing eyes toward him.
Korn just rolled his eyes within his visor.
"Your weapon is special as well, Korn," AIVA said, "Not only can it shield you from attacks but also it has the power to reverse the same attack onto your enemies."
"Oh, that is sweet!" Korn said, changing his mind.
"Now we have a chance to defeat this creep," Third said, raising his gun at Viral and firing a huge beam of light at Viral, causing his to fall backwards.
"My turn," Khai said, running toward Viral with his sword and swinging it at him, causing much pain.
Viral got up and fired purple fire out of his mouth. Korn decided it was his turn and he blocked the blast and as AIVA stated, the blast reversed and Viral was hit by his own blast, which sent him flying. In went charging in and swung his ax at Viral, which sent him flying some more. While Viral was in the air, In fired the beam of light from his ax at Viral. Viral came crashing down hard.
"You must work as a team, and combine your weapons," AIVA said.
"Our weapons can combine?" Korn exclaimed, "This just gets better and better."
Suddenly, the weapons started to glow their colors. First Third's weapon rose. Next Korn's shield came apart and there were two halves. One half went on one side of the blaster and the other went on the other half. Khai's sword started to glow and attached to the inside of the gun's blaster part. The sword went in and the handles were sticking out. Next, In's ax started glowing, and the ax attached itself to the base of the sword. The blaster came down into Third's hand. In came in and put a hand on Third's shoulder. Korn put his hand on Third's other shoulder, which made In a little jealous, but he knew that Khai would never put his hand on Third or his shoulder. Just as he predicted, Khai put a hand on Korn's shoulder. Third fired the weapon at Viral. Four rays of color: red, blue, green, and yellow came towards Viral causing him to fall to the ground and explode.
Vex, who was watching this screamed and knocked over some papers which were lying around. He then typed code on his computer and pressed enter. In cyber space, Viral rose from the smoke and started to grow. Khai, Third, In, and Korn just looked as Viral toppled over them.
"What in the world?" Third asked.
"Cyber Guardians," AIVA said, "You can still defeat him."
"But how?" In asked, "He's so huge!"
"You each have your own Cyber Zords," AIVA said.
"What are Zords?" Khai asked.
"They are powerful machinery which will help you defeat this Megavirus," AIVA said, "because if you don't stop him, the whole world will lose power in roughly one minute."
"Gotcha," Third said, "How do we call on these Zords?"
"I have dispatched them as we speak," AIVA said.
All of them looked in the sky and saw four massive vehicles coming down. One was a tank like vehicle. The other was a massive jet. The third was a smaller vehicle but with two drills. The fourth one was just a glowing ball of light. Everyone was confused but the ball of light came down to Third. It went into his suit and suddenly, his suit transformed into a different suit. It was more robotic and tech with this new suit. Third then started to grow. At first, he was a bit scared but then realized his Zord was himself. He thought that was so cool.
"Aww that is so cool," In said, looking up at Third.
"Why can't I become giant?" Khai asked, looking at how big Third was.
Third started to fight with Viral. The others found out what vehicle they belong to; not just by its color, but AIVA telling them. Khai's Zord was the tank. In was the smaller Zord with the two drills. Korn's was the ship. They each went into their Zords and started fighting Viral. Korn thought it was cool flying a ship and found out that he had missals. He fired the missals at Viral, sending him flying backwards. In used his drills to trip Viral as Viral was getting back up from his fall. Khai fired lasers from his tank at Viral, causing him not to be able to stand up.
"Use this time guys to combine your Zords," AIVA said.
"Our Zords can do that?" Third asked.
"Yes," AIVA said.
All four of the Zords started to glow. It was as if they were getting the information on how to combine. Third jumped on to Khai's tank. The tank then opened a little compartment and stood up forming the legs and feet, connecting to Third. Korn's ship opened and came down on Third as the body and arms. Last, but not least, was In's Zord. The back of the two-drill machine came off and it formed a helmet for Third's head. The two drills, which were connected, came off and formed arms and hands connecting to Third. The drills were on top of his wrists.
Third's mind began to black out and when he was conscious again, he was sitting in a cockpit with his other three teammates. Khai and Third were sitting in the front. In and Korn were sitting in the back.
"Guardian Megazord online!" all four of them shouted.
As Viral was getting up, the Guardian Megazord was coming toward Viral. Viral opened his mouth and purple flames came out. It hit the Megazord sending it flying. All four of them worked on the controls to get it to stand back up. Viral fired again, but he missed, and the Guardian Megazord came toward Viral. The Megazord flew a punch at Viral, knocking him down. They knew it was the right time to finish him. They pushed their controls on the control panel. The two fists of the Guardian Megazord rose and the two drills that were attached to the wrists of the Guardian Megazord started to glow. They detached themselves from the Megazord and went flying at Viral, going right through him. Sparks started to fly out of Viral and he dropped to the ground in a huge explosion.
Vex noticed that his computer crashed and Vex started to get angry. The monitor that he threw on the ground, a little while ago; he picked it up and threw it on the ground again.
"Damn!" Vex shouted, "I will find out who is did this to my virus and I will destroy them."
In cyber space, all four of them sealed the tear again and this time, instead of just sealing it so no more Robotic Cyber Soldiers could get out, they fixed the tear so the tear never could come back. They were proud of themselves for defeating a virus and saving the world. They noticed that the smaller robots were back and started fixing the problems which Viral caused. They each were transported back into Room 0.
"I guess we are official a team once again," Third said, smiling, with everyone nodding.
Third looked over to Khai who nodded, but was looking off in the distance.
"I just want to say thank you again," Third said.
"Whatever," Khai said, rolling his eyes, "I'm out of here."
Third saw as Khai left and looked at AIVA who was making eye contact with him but moved her eyes away. As for In, he gave Korn a huge hug.
"What is that for?" Korn asked, peeling In off him.
"Is it okay if I hit on you?" In asked, smiling.
"Um…" Korn stuttered, "you know I like girls, right?"
In had a pout on his face, which made Korn just shake his head and sigh.
"We can start as friends," Korn said, reaching out to In for a handshake.
In started to giggle and jump up and down. He returned the handshake and followed Korn out of Room 0. AIVA and Third were the only ones left.
"Did you say anything to Khai to get him to join us?" Third asked AIVA.
"No," AIVA said, "I did not."
"Did he tell you anything?" Third asked, suspiciously.
"No," AIVA said, looking at Third, "Khai did not say anything to me."
Third just walked out of Room 0 and went straight home.
