Tower of Heaven. The most secure and unhygienic prison of all Fiore. The Warden Everlue, a first rate scumbag himself, escorts the duo across the prison's courtyard.
Levy: You told me you found it on a dig down in Thebes.
Droy: I was mistaken.
Levy: You lied to me.
Droy: I lie to everyone, what makes you so special?
Levy: I'm your sister
Droy: That makes you more gullible
Levy: You stole it from a drunk
Droy: Picked his pocket actually
Everlue ushers Levy and Droy towards a holding cell.
Levy: What is he in prison for?
Everlue: I don't know his reasons but when I heard you were coming, I asked him that myself.
Levy: And what did he say?
Everlue: He said he was looking for a good time.
The cell's inner door bursts open, revealing a heavily chained Gajeel roughly handled by the guards. Judging from his appearance he had been imprisoned for a while, his hair covered his slightly bruised face and his beard stopped at his waist.
Levy: This is the man you stole it from?
Levy questioned her brother as the man was forced onto the ground and aganist the bars of the cell.
Droy: Yes, exactly. So why don't we go-
Gajeel: Who are you?
Gajeel eyes skimmed at the woman standing next to the man, outside his cell who was currently holding onto the woman's arm nervously.
Gajeel: And who's the broad?
Levy: Broad?
Levy's eyes widened as Droy stuttered a quick reply before his sister had a chance to speak.
Droy: This is my sister Levy.
Gajeel: Oh Well, guess she's not a total loss.
Levy's face turn in a mixture of stun, rage and frustration, as a commotion was made forcing Everlue to deal with it personally.
Everlue: I'll be back in a moment.
Levy: We've uh,... found your puzzle box, and want to ask you about it.
Gajeel: No.
Levy: No?
Gajeel: No... You came to ask me about Alvarez.
Levy: How did you know the box pertains to Alverez?
Gajeel: Cause I was there when I found it.
Levy stood there dumbfounded but her brother wasn't convinced and suspicious.
Droy: How do we know your not lying?
Gajeel eyes narrowed as the man got closer.
Gajeel: Don't I know you?
Droy: No, I've just got one of those faces.
Gajeel's fist flew through the bars of his cell, knocking Droy unconscious. The guards clubs Gajeel which bounces his head aganist the bars, which he gives them a dirty look.
Levy: You were actually at Alvarez?
Gajeel: Lady, I just punched your brother
Levy: Happens all the time, I'm used to it.
Gajeel smirks slightly, sensing a bit of spark to this girl.
Gajeel: Yeah, I was there.
Levy: You swear?
Gajeel: I was there alright.
Levy: What did you find?
Gajeel: Sand and Death.
Levy: Could you tell me how to get there? The exact location?
Gajeel: Ya want to know?
Levy's face inches closer to the cell cautiously.
Levy: Yes.
Gajeel: Ya, really wanna know?
Levy: Yes.
Gajeel's head turns left to right and looks back at her and wiggles his finger urging her to come closer. Levy's face was against the bars nervous and excited. Then suddenly Gajeel's fingers gently pulls her chin towards his own and kisses her lips.
Gajeel: Then get me the hell outta here
Levy's widened at the contact as the guards begin to pull his chains towards the door.
Gajeel: Do it, lady.
He managed to say before being dragged through the door from the small interrogation cell.
Levy: Where are they taking him?
Everlue: To be hanged. Apparently, he had a very good time.
The warden walks towards a well shaded balcony overlooking the gallows below, where Gajeel is soon to be hanged. His eyes fixated on the woman who had followed the warden to pay for his freedom.
Levy: I'll give you a hundred jewels to spare this man's life.
Everlue: I would pay a hundred jewels to see him hang.
Levy: Two hundred jewels
Everlue: Proceed.
Levy: Three hundred jewels
Hangman: Any last requests, Pig?
Gajeel: Yeah. Loosen the knot and let me go.
The hangman glares and smacks the back of his head.
Levy: Five hundred jewels
Everlue raises his hand to pause the hanging before turning to Levy and set his hand on her leg.
Everlue: And what else?
I'm a very lonely man.
Disgusted and Repulsed, Levy smacks Everlue's hand from her leg which caused the watching prisoners laughter. Insulted and embarrassed, Everlue gives the order to hang Gajeel. As the trapdoor goes and Gajeel struggles gagging. Which Levy hurriedly and quietly explain that he knows the location to Alvarez, as the two bicker they eventually come to an agreement.
Everlue: Cut him down
The hamgman cuts the rope, causing Gajeel to fall to the ground. The prison erupts into cheers and applause, as Gajeel looks up at a smiling Levy.
