Hello, and welcome to chapter two of Ending an Old Tradition and the second Mario Monday! In the last episode, Bowser Junior learned the story of his birth. If you read the previous chapter, you know Junior didn't take the news that he didn't have a biological mother lightly. And if you read the story this one is based on, you know exactly who he is going to take his anger out on. It ain't gonna be pretty. Anyways, let's a-go!
Wendy Orville Koopa, the oldest of Bowser's seven adopted children, as well as the only daughter, was reading her most recent issue of "Koopa Fashion Weekly." She was looking for ideas to help improve her beauty. Not that she needed to do that, as she was voted "Most Beautiful Koopa" by the magazine eight years in a row with some "convincing" from her dad. She looked at the pictures, feeling sorry for the other female Koopas featured for not being half as beautiful as her. Just then, there was a bang on the door.
"Who is it?" Wendy asked. Just then, Bowser Junior burst through the doors, his arms flailing like he was a Boom Boom.
"WHAH!" Junior cried as he barged into her room and started to tear it apart.
"Junior!" the oldest of the Koopalings shouted, "What has gotten into you?!"
Junior didn't give her an answer as he went to a box that had the previous issues of KFW. Junior took a look at them and sneered, "Why the hell do you keep these if they have been irrelevant for weeks?!" he asked his sister. He picked one of them up by one of his claws and had his other on the opposite corner.
Wendy gulped, "No. Not the Koopas of the Other Kingdom edition!" She pulled one of her magic rings from under her shell and threw it at Bowser Jr to trap him. However, Junior hid in his own shell and waited until it was safe to go out again. The ring ricocheted off of the walls of Wendy's room until it found a target it would be able to contain. And unfortunately, the victim was Wendy O. Koopa herself. She gasps as her own ring wrapped around her body tightly, making her unable to move. Junior popped out of his shell and smiled.
"Ha, ha!" he laughed at her as she struggled.
"Junior," Wendy screamed at her sibling, "Get. Me. OUT OF HERE!"
"I have a better idea…" Junior said as he showed his sister that he had already ripped the magazine in his hands. She could only look on in complete horror as he picked up another few magazines and ripped them up as well.
"Let's just hope that he doesn't try to mess with my other things…" Wendy said…
After the Prince of Koopas left her room, Wendy looked at the damage. Her magazines were torn into a trillion pieces. Her nail paint covered the walls of her room. Her bedsheets had Junior's urine all over. The posters of boy bands had marks of embers on them. Her favorite pair of ice skates had the metal parts ripped off.
All in all, Wendy's room was a complete and total mess, thanks to Bowser Junior. Even if the best cleaner in the castle had a whole day to clean up, he wouldn't be HALF done! Wendy groaned and got back onto her feet. She hopped like a bunny to the throne room as the ring around her body also tied her arms up, making balancing almost impossible. When she eventually got to the throne room, she saw all six of her biological brothers talking to their adoptive dad about how Bowser Jr. did XYZ.
"It looks like I'm not the only one who messed with me…" Wendy thought to herself as she listened to what they were saying.
It was difficult for the oldest Koopa Kid to hear them talk on top of one another, and she could tell t was hard for Bowser as well. So with a mighty roar, Bowser shouted, "ENOUGH!" This was enough to shut the Koopalings up as they looked at their king. "Now, one at a time, tell me what Junior did to you guys."
And from youngest to oldest, the adopted sons of Bowser said what Junior did to them. Lemmy said that Junior popped his circus ball. As he practically relied on it to walk, it was a problem for the youngest Koopaling. Iggy told his "dad" that Junior destroyed several vitals containing dangerous chemicals and caused significant damage to his lab. Larry said that Junior painted over his perfectly stacked deck of cards to ensure he won at whatever card game he played. Morton noted that Junior used his hammer to make giant holes in the walls of his room before destroying the hammer in question. Roy told his dad that Junior used his Bullet Bill Blaster to destroy all of his spare sunglasses. And finally, Ludwig said that Junior teared up all of his music sheets that he spent so much time working on.
"Think you guys had it rough with BJ?" Wendy asked. The other six Koopalings and their adopted dad looked as Wendy hopped into the throne room after listening from beyond it.
"Oh my!" Roy said.
"What happened to you?!" Morton asked.
"She got ensnared by her own ring," Iggy said.
"Thanks, Captain Ignatius Obvious," Wendy said to her brother, "Now can someone help get me out of here?!" she shouted. After a couple of minutes, her brothers and their adoptive father helped the pink shelled Koopaling out of the ring.
"Thank you," She said to them.
"Anyways," Larry said, "What did Junior do to you?"
She sighed. In extensive detail, Wendy O. Koopa told her brothers and father how Junior destroyed her whole room. Her fellow Koopalings gasped, as King Bowser Koopa I didn't say anything for a long while. When he did speak, he said, "Stay put. I need to confront Junior…" He then walked up to Junior's room. The seven Koopalings looked at him for a long moment and smiled. Bowser Junior getting into trouble was a rare event, and they just had to see it up close! After all, when one of THEM got into trouble, you could expect Junior already there with the popcorn watching.
"Are you sinking vat I'm sinking?" Ludwig asked his younger brothers and oldest sister. They all nod and run off to Junior's room. Well, they all run off to Junior's room except for one…
"Help!" Lemmy shouted, "Did you forget that I cannot walk on my own?!" Too late, as his siblings were already down the hall. Lemmy Koopa sighed and crawled towards Bowser Jr's room.
And that does it for the second chapter of Ending an Old Tradition! Now, starting in the next section, I will begin to divert from the source to make this story more of my own. I hope you understand, StarlitDuck. Anyways, I will see you next Monday, and be sure to stay safe!
