CHAPTER 2: KION!!
Kiara's P.O.V *the next day*
I wake up and I look around and I see no one in the cave and I hear laughter coming from outside the den. I walk out the den and I see Kovu, my mother and father.
"Morning everyone" I say sleepily, I see Kovu walk up to me and he kisses me.
"Morning beautiful, how are you this morning?" He said while looking into my eyes, I look back into his.
"I'm good, just sleepy" I say while giggling lightly. My father walks up to me.
"morning Kiara how are you today?" I sit up straight.
"I'm good dad, just tired this morning and I feel extremely ill" as I say that I quickly run to the grassy area and throw up. Kovu walks up to me and rubs my back.
"Are you ok honey?" He says with concern in his eyes. I look at him and nod and then I throw up more.
"Ugh that was nasty! Something didn't agree with me last night. I'll tell you that much!" I say while looking down. Kovu lifted me face up.
"You look worse than you did this morning Kiara! Are you 100% sure you're ok?" He says while cuddling into me.
"Yes Kovu I'm fine, I'm just not that well this morning, I'll go see Rafiki later about it. But right now I think I'm going to go lay down and try and rest up before me and mum go for our morning hunt. You and my father can go for the morning patrol if ya want?" I say to him. He looks at Simba and he smiles.
"Ok well I've not really gone on a good morning patrol with Sim- I mean the king." He says with a confident smile on him. I see Kion come out from the lion guard lair with fuli.
"Hey you two, hey mum and dad" he says with a big smile on his face. I see Fuli look at me and come over.
"Hey Kiara!"
Kion's P.O.V
I walk out of the lair with my girlfriend Fuli who is to be the fastest in the pridelands. We are the only 2 remaining of the Lion guard which is a shame, we do struggle a lot with it but we get the job done eventually. We walk up the rock and we see Kiara sitting with Kovu, she did not look that great this morning I'll tell ya, it looked as if a rhino hit her head on.
"Hey you two, hey mum and dad" I see Fuli go over to Kiara and they both start talking. I walk up to my father.
"Hey father, I was just wondering, do you have anyone that can replace the strongest, bravest and keenest of eyes in the guard?" I say while sitting up straight. My father looks at me with a Stern eye.
"Kion, from now on without fail you MUST protect your sister from everything, *whispers* we think she may be pregnant." He says while smiling.
"Can you do that for us Kion?" He says while looking at me.
"Yes father of course I can, but regarding my question?" I say while looking serious.
"Kion, you don't need them to be the Lion Guard, just you two can be the Lion Guard. You're both the bravest, strongest, fastest, fiercest and the keenest of eyes in the pridelands as long as you both work together, plus you do have Kovu who is also strong and has keen eyes," he says with confidence in his voice. I look at him and nod.
"We will look after Kiara dad, don't worry I won't let anything happen to the best big sister in the world," I say while looking back at Kiara she smiled at me.
"Alright Kiara let's go see Rafiki and see what's up with you shall we?" I say while walking up to her.
"Yes we shall. Kion lead the way," she says while looking at me. I nod and we leave pride rock.
KIARA'S P.O.V
"Haha Kiara!! I have good news and very good news! You are pregnant! Yes pregnant with a little cub In your belly!" Rafiki says while jumping around and cheering.
"W-w-what!? I-I-i'm PREGNANT!!" I say while a huge smile protrudes from my mouth. "Oh my god Kovu I'm pregnant!! We are gonna parents!" I say while giving him a huge hug. I see Kion smiling at me while also looking a bit torn down.
"K-Kion is everything ok?" I say with concern in my voice. He looks down.
"I-I-i'm fine *sighs* It's just… Fuli can't get pregnant and I really wanted my own child with her". He says while a tear escapes his eye, I go up to him and give him a huge hug.
"It's ok Kovu I'm sure there may be other options you can go down I'm sure." I say as he looks at me.
"Thanks big sis" he says while smiling.
"Rafiki?" I look at him.
"Yes Kiara?" He says while smiling.
"How long will I be pregnant for?" I say curiously.
"Between 3 and a half to 4 months" he says while
looking at me. "So please stay safe!"
"I will Rafiki thank you! See you later!" I say while leaving his tree. We make our way towards pride rock and then I see Janja and his clan heading this way.
"Hey Kion!? Look!!" I shout at him and he turns around and sees them.
"For goodness sakes Janja get out of the pridelands!! Now!" He says while getting angry, I see his eyes start to turn a bit red as if he was getting tired, he collapses to the ground.
"KION!!" I shout as I head over to him, I see Janja and his clan surround us and I see shenzi closing in.
"Well, well, well. Lookie who it is, it's the little pwincess of pwide wock! Still looking as frightened as ever" she says while laughing maniacally. I hear Fuli growl at Shenzi.
"Get out of our pridelands Shenzi you don't belong here!!." She says while covering Kion's body protecting him.
"Oh little kitty cat. You don't know who I am do you?" She says while laughing maniacally. "I'm the one who is about to kill every single one of you."
"NOT IF I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT," I hear a loud roar come from behind me, It was my father! "Get out of the pridelands Shenzi and never RETURN!" He roars and they all whimper and run away.
"WE WILL RETAKE THE PRIDELANDS SIMBA IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME AND YOU WON'T BE THERE TO STOP US!!" I hear her shout as she retreats to the outlands.
"Come on let's go home" I hear my father say. He picks kion up and puts him on his back. "Let's go" he says as we go back to pride rock.
After about 10 minutes of walking we make it back to the rock, I see everyone staring at us. My mother comes out and hugs me tightly and she sees Kion on my father's back and she goes into the cave, Fuli follows them.
FULI'S P.O.V
"What happened to him Fuli?" Nala asked worried
"He passed out when he got angry and he wasn't looking too good this morning when he got up to be honest, he looked as if. Rhino hit him." I say while going up to him and cuddling up to him.
"We will see how he is when he wakes up then we can ask him what happened," I say while smiling at Nala, "I'm sure he will be just fine, there's no need to worry Nala I will stay with him until he wakes up ok?." I say while looking up at her. She nods at me and walks out of the cave.
