Five minutes later, Will stood up and went to Quinn. The blonde was quietly sniffling in her corner, feeling well chastised.
« Alright baby you can come out now » At his commend, Quinn turned around and ran into her daddy's arms.
Will picked her up and rocked her like a small infant. « There now princess, all's forgiven »
Quinn buried her head deeper into Will's shoulder, gripping his shirt tightly. Quinn was feeling safe and loved in her daddy's strong embrace. The little blonde had him wrapped around her fingers, Shelby was certain. Quinn never had the childhood she deserved and both coach were happy to give her a brand new one. Sure it wasn't the easiest job but they wouldn't change it for anything.
« Let's get you change babygirl then we'll go see mommy »
Will walked to the changing table and laid Quinn on her back. Quinn whimpered à bit when her daddy lowered her and she began to make grabby hands toward him. Will sighed and kissed her forehead to calm her down.
« It's alright, I'm still here honey » Will reassured her before reaching to grab some wipes and a fresh diaper. Quinn has a tendency to wet herself after a spanking and also during the night. But Quinn didn't really like it. During school day, she wore a pull-up so it wouldn't be to obvious.
At the sight of said diaper, Quinn whined and shook her head. Will sighed and grabbed Quinn's moving legs. « Baby, you know why you have to put a diaper. Don't make it difficult please »
« I no like daddy » Quinn said in the saddest voice she could do. She looked up at Will with puppy eyes, hoping to convince him.
Will chuckled and took off her wet pull-up. « Don't try this with me. Here take Leo with you » Will said, giving Quinn her stuffed lion when he noticed the start of a tantrum.
Quinn smiled and cuddled the lion while her daddy change her. Making a quick work of wiping her and putting the diaper, Will carried her downstairs to the kitchen. Shelby was currently stirring dinner in a pot. She turned around and smiled at the sight of her two favorites people.
« Mama! » Quinn shouted happily, wriggling into Will's arms.
« Hey there baby » Shelby cooed, taking her baby from Will's hold.
Quinn smiles and mumbled into Shelby's shirt. « I sorry mommy »
Shelby just rubbed her back, « it's alright, you're forgiven baby » Both mother and daughter sat down on a chair as Will put the plate in the middle of the table. « Now lets eat, I made Meatballs with spaghetti, your favorite »
« Yay! » Quinn shouted making both her parents laughed out loud.
Dinner was great. Quinn was alternating between babbling to herself and talking about how her day went while the two parents listened. After eating, Shelby picked up Quinn and carried her to the bathroom for her bath. Opening the door, she set Quinn on the floor and give her some toys while she ran the water. Shelby smiled adorably at Quinn who was playing with two ducks. Once the temperature was warm enough. She undressed Quinn and put her in the bath.
« In you get baby »
Quinn looked up at her mommy with hopeful eyes. « Bubbles? » she simply asked.
Shelby chuckled and stroke Quinn's hair. « Alright baby »
Quinn was happy and she showed it by splashing the water, effectively wetting Shelby. Quinn began to laugh uncontrollably while Shelby just looked at her baby with mouth open. She then started laughing and began to tickle Quinn.
« Hehe! No mommy stop! »
« I'll show you splashing mommy you little monster » Shelby laughed along Quinn.
Thirty minutes later, Quinn was wrapped into a large fluffy towel and in the arms of her mommy. Laying Quinn on the changing table, Shelby made quick work of putting a new diaper and Quinn's onesie. Quinn didn't protested and began to yawn. Today had been exhausting.
« Story baby? » Shelby asked as she lowered Quinn in her crib.
« No, I sleepy mommy » Quinn whimpered.
Shelby kisses her forehead and began to rub Quinn's belly to help her fall asleep. « Alright baby, exciting about tomorrow? » She asked, referring to Santana.
Quinn nodded sleepily. « Huh huh. Popcorn tomorrow? »
Shelby chuckled. « Sure baby, we'll have popcorn »
« Kay, night night »
« Night baby »
With that Shelby pulled the rails up and quietly left the room. Quinn was sound asleep as Shelby joined her boyfriend in the living room. She sat down and cuddled Will's side. The blonde teacher wrapped his arms around Shelby.
« How's she? » Will quietly asked.
« Sound asleep, not even a story »
Will chuckled, « Well, it was quite an interesting day » Will said remembering about Santana's situation earlier in the day.
Shelby nodded, « Yes, she's coming over for a sleepover so we could talk to her »
« Do you think she will agrees right away? »
Shelby let out a long sigh, « I don't know, she looked kind of jealous and was t totally afraid and rather understanding. But it's Santana »
Will chuckled, « that's for sure » Will stood up and pulled Shelby to her feet. « Now come on, let's go to bed. Tomorrow is going to be long »
