chapter 2

The Thundercats were busy things were starting to run a bit smoother than when they first landed on third earth. Panthro made a Thundertank out of equipment from the ship. "Nice job Panthro," Bobcat said.

"Yes you do a good job dear," Panella said.

"I must admit Panthro I didn't even think you could do it." Tygra said.

"Well it's very impressive," Cheetara said.

"Hey where's Lion-o?" Wilykat asked.

"He's probably exploring the forest," Panthro said looking at the trees.

"Oh," Wilykit said.

Lion-o was wandering around the forest with Snarf by his Snarf. Snarf started to growl. "What is it boy?" Lion-o said. Then this big animal came out no where and Snarf charged at hissing and spitting. The animal then just walked away. "Easy boy, it's okay," he said.

Lion-o kept looking around and fell into a trap. Snarf meowed and looked into the pit and sat there. Then ropes came down and pulled Lion-o up. Then he saw these robot bears. "Untie me and my pet at once!" Lion-o said.

Then bears lead them away.

Lion-o and Snarf were tied up. Snarf was meowing he sounded scared. "It's okay Snarf," Lion-o said. The another bear came up.

"You fell into one of our traps?" he asked Lion-o.

"Yes," Lion-o said.

"Robear Berbils," the bear said.

"Berbils?" Lion-o said.

"Yes," the berbil said and freed Lion-o and Snarf.

He was taken to their village. "Look at that," Lion-o said.

"Robear Berbil Belle guests," the berbil said.

Robear Belle came out. Then a small Berbil followed.

"Here eat very good," The berbil said.

"Thank you," Lion-o said and took a piece of fruit. Snarf started to beg. Lion-o looked at him while he was eating the fruit. Then place it down for Snarf to have. Snarf ate the fruit and purred. "Where can this fruit be picked uh?" Lion-o asked.

"Robear Bill my name is Robear Bill," Robear Bill said. "Bread fruit, meat fruit, veggie fruits of all kinds, and candy fruit." he said.

Snarf continued with begging food. "This bottomless pit a friend of yours?" Robear Bill asked.

"Snarf," Lion-O said picking him up. "Sorry about that," he said.

"Oh he's quiet welcome we have creatures of our own as pets so we understand," Robear Bill said.

"Trollogs attack Robears!" A berbil said sound the alarm.

"Who are these trollogs?" Lion-O asked.

"They live in the caves to the north sometimes raid the village for berbil fruit," Robear Bill said.

The berbils couldn't fight back well against the trollogs and so Lion-o stepped in and forced the back. "That was exciting Lion-o, wasn't Robear Belle?" Robear Bill asked.

"Yes," Robear Belle said.

"The trollogs shouldn't bother you for a while," Lion-o said.

"Yes poor Trollogs," Robear Bill said.

"You feel sorry for them even though they keep raiding your village for your Robear Berbil fruit?" Lion-o asked.

"They don't do that for themselves. Trollogs don't eat Berbil fruit they don't eat anything but the leaves of the trollberry bushes the mountains above their caves are covered with the bushes but the Giantors who live above the caves won't let the trollogs pick them unless the bring them berbil fruit. Now the trollogs must return empty handed. The giantors will be furious," Robear Bill said.

The sword growled. "Don't be afraid not of the sword anyway it's a warning." Lion-o said. "Sword of omens give me sight beyond sight." he said. "Those must be the giantors better call the other Thundercats. Thunder, thunder, thunder, Thundercats HO!" he said.

The cat's signal roared into the sky.

"Lion-o needs us," Liosia said.

"Let's go," Tygra said.

Lion-o started to fight the Giantors and the Thundercats came and helped. "Tygra, Cheetara, Liosia, Panthro, Panella, Panthea, Bobcat, Wilykit, and Wilykat, I made some new friends the Robear Berbils, this is their elder Robear Bill, and these are my people the Thundercats." Lion-o said.

"Thank your friends for us Lion-o," Robear Bill said.

"They are your friends too Robear Bill, friends help each other." Lion-o said.

Mumm-Ra went out to stop the friendship of the berbils and the Thundercats as a giant locust. Lion-o hopped on and drove it away. He managed to escape a volcano after he called the sword of omens.

"Lion-o what kept you?" Tygra asked.

"It's kind of a long story," Lion-o said.

Robear Bill and his village came up with Berbil fruit to make the Thundercats feel welcome. "Your home?" Robear Bill asked looking at the blue print for cat's lair.

"Yes it will be we are building it right up there," Tygra said pointing.

"Just you few?" Robear Bill asked.

"It will take a while but..." Tygra said.

The Berbils started talking among themselves. "We will help you build your home," Robear Bill said.

"I don't think we can let you it's too great an undertaking..." Tygra said.

"You said we are friends, friends help each other." Robear Bill said.

"He has a point Tygra," Lion-o said.

"We accept your offer to help," Tygra said.

"A toast the cat's lair," Robear Bill said.

"Roar," another berbil said.

The Thundercats started to laugh.

To be continued.
