All of these girls are in different houses but are still friends this takes place in Harry's 7th year.

The young girl had been found. She had run away from Hogwarts when she found out from her friends Virga,Taura,and Aquaria that death eaters were trying to find her. Their initials together spelt Past. So that's what they called her friend group. She missed them. Both her parents had no idea where she was. Certainly she would not survive long here. If she was correct she was being taken to Malfoy Manor. The death eaters base.

She was trembling against her captor who held her tight. Her long yellow robes tattered and worn dragged on the ground. Her face scratched by brambles and bushes from her previous adventures.

She had dazed off a quick kick on the leg by the werewolf holding her was not enough to bring her back to reality. She knew something about Harry Potter's scar. She could only tell very few who were 100% loyal to him.

Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood were like her big sisters. Of course they took care of 'Past' but mostly Scorpia. For the small amount of time she stayed at Hogwarts they acted as role models and Shields. Many would call her 'mudblood' and taunt her about her parents who had gone to

Hogwarts but were full muggles. Taura was a pure blood, Virga was a pure blood, and Aquaria was also a half blood .

Greyback had given her an even sharper kick in the leg. Finally she looked up and saw a huge Manor in front of her. Under different circumstances she would have been awestruck but now knowing what was inside made her tremble even harder. All the death eaters burst out laughing at her pathetic mumble to let her go.

"Just you wait boys we'll be laughin' soon enough." exclaimed one of the death eaters. That only made her shake even more and the men just smile.

Once inside the shoved small Scorpia Barnes along the way. As they neared the parlor she shook so violently Greyback almost dropped her.

Once inside four death eaters stood in front of her. A boy Draco Malfoy, his mother, father,and worst of all his aunt, Bellatrix Lestrange. Amongst muggleborns Bellatrix was as deadly as poison. Though Draco knew her from school he would not spare her anything.

"What is this?" Bellatrix spat in the death eater's face. "Scorpia Barnes mudblood' said to know something about Potter's scar."

"Well what are you waiting for? Draco went to school with her. Is it her Draco is it!"

"I don't know possibly but if not..." "It's not me. Not me." the girl squeaked, only causing more laughter.

"Well look at this scared one let me guess Gryffindor?" Said Bellatrix in her obnoxious high shriek like voice." "No ma'am ha Hufflepuff. " Laughter erupted from the death eaters. "Let her go Greyback, you can get whatever is left."

"No. Let me go. Stop. urgh." She was handed to Bellatrix by her collar. Everyone left Bellatrix and Scorpia alone. Even Draco who taunted her couldn't spare her a bit now.

"So let's get this done quick so Greyback doesn't get hungry. What do you know about Potter's scar!" Spat Bellatrix in her face.

"I will never tell!" Immediately she realized that the choice of words she had made was wrong. She had admitted she knew something. Bellatrix would be her predator until she got her answer.

"No. Well I guess this will take longer than anticipated. Crucio!!"

Scorpia immediately fell to the ground and screamed. It was immense and sharp pain. It felt like such a long time,before the curse came off her and she lay on the ground half conscious, her face soaked in tears.

"Tell me now. What do you know, Filthy Mudblood!"

At those words she quietly sobbed wanting her friends back and remembering the stories Ginny and Luna had told to Past. Ginny and Luna had also fought Bellatrix before. She needed to stay strong for them.

Bellatrix towered over her making her even more terrified than she thought was possible.

Bellatrix sent the curse at her again and she started to scream. It was worse than anything she ever felt. In the depths of her mind she thought of what would happen if she told. Ginny and Luna would be in grave danger as they were Harry's friends. So would Past. Finally the curse was lifted.

Bellatrix now had pinned her down on the floor. She held a dagger in one hand that seemed to have a reddish glow around it. She pinned her head to the other side she was facing and whispered in her ear. "You know something and this will not end until you tell me. " her voice raised into a scream.

"So be it. " Scorpiasaid weakly. She instantly regretted this.

Bellatrix had her head and pinned it straight to the floor now. Slowly she approached. She took her cursed dagger and put it under her eye. She wanted to give in but she couldn't. She had to stay strong...for everyone.

Immediately it touched her. It seared her skin. The pain it caused was too much to explain. It made deep cuts that spoke 'I will haunt you forever'. When she finished Scorpia was almost unconscious. Her throat sore with her screams . Bellatrix bent down and whispered in her ear. "Every time you cry you will be reminded of the weak mudblood you are. "

Scorpia did not understand her; she wanted it to be over. She couldn't think straight. All she could see was red under her eye. The pain was excruciating. She heard banging at the door until they flew open.

Just then a few girls burst in and instantly threw spells at the solo death eater. The others rentered and fought. Bellatrix had grabbed her roughly and held her wand ready with an evil look on her face. "Fight and she is gone. " she shrieked.

"Get the girl. We can deal with them later. "said the leader of the group. Battle broke out again. Spells flew, Scorpia didn't move Bellatrix still held her tight against her. One of the girls stunned Bellatrix who was zoned out on the battle more focused on the girl in her clutches. She fell backwards letting Scorpia fall to the ground. One of the girls picked her up and went into the center of the room and Scorpia finally fell unconscious.

The four girls aperatted to a road near their base. They worked for a group that helped to save all the muggles on the run. Though it was a very dangerous job they needed to help all the innocent people.

"Antila,Lacerta,Ara, how bad is she?" Asked the tallest girl. Her robes had the name Lyra embroidered into them. They were running to their base to help Scorpia. "Do we know her name?" asked Lyra who was also holding Scorpia. "Scorpia Barnes, eleven." said the girl named Lacerta.

"She looks pretty bad Lyra, I don't know." said Antila.

"We're almost there, I think we can help her." Ara said nervously.

"The bottom of her eye looks pretty bad.I don't know." Says Antila.

Soon they arrived in the house they used for a base.

"Get the supplies we only have sometime." said Lyra

They all rushed around. Scorpia started to stir a bit only enough to let out a weak squeak of fear.

"Don't worry we are going to help you." Ara said.

Scorpia let out a small groan.

""Poor girl. She's so young."

"Youngest we've had so far." said Ara

"Worst to."

Two of the girls had stayed to comfort Scorpia. The others returned with a bag of potions.

They wiped the bottom of her eye. It would not stop bleeding. Finally it slowed to reveal a word for a quick second. The word was forbidden and horrid. 'Mudblood' was engraved into her skin.

"Oh my gosh."

"That horrible...who would do that!?"

"Bellatrix Lestrange." growled Lyra.

Now the four worked in silence. No one spoke. Complete silence. Only the faint whimpers of Scorpia were heard.

"Cruciatus curse I believe. Poor thing."

"Bellatrix had a dagger likely the curse was put on it." said Ara.

"Ok we have a patch on her eye. The curse wounds are as good as they'll get bring her to a room." said Lyra who followed behind them.

Every Minute someone sat with her. She was never alone. She would squirm around sometimes. She had Nightmares every hour. It was hard to watch. So scared and young.

A day later

"Guys she's awake!!" Lacerta said loudly enough but not too loud.

"Whe...re am I, what happ...ened 'gasp' plea...se don't hu...rt me.

"Don't worry we are going to help." Lacerta assured.

"Ple..ase.. I di..dn't.. do a..ny..thing." Scorpia stuttered

"Relax,I'm Lyra, we are going to help you."

The girls had introduced themselves.

"Lacerta"

"Antila"

"Ara"

"You're Scorpia Barnes,Right? " asked Antila.

"Yes,but if you're trying to save me it won't work. It's too dangerous. The death eaters will find us. Just let me run, save yourselves."

"No, we're going to help you. We work for a group that saves muggleborns on the run." Explains Ara.

"Please I'll be alright there are others that will not be so dangerous. "

"No we will help you, you are not a lost cause. " piped Lacerta.

"Scorp, mind if I call that. Would You like some food you haven't eaten since you've arrived?" asked Lyra.

"No you need it more."

"Scorp,you need to eat, can you walk?" asked Antila

"Yes I can walk." she responded stubbornly. She felt offended that she was questioned on her strength.

The girls pulled the covers off Scorpia's minorly scratched legs. She stood up with help but when they let go she fell straight on the floor.

"Ow!I'm ok, it's fine."

Finally she made it downstairs to the table. They ate in silence to absorbed in their meals to talk.

"Scorp, let's go and clean your eyes up."suggested Antila.

"I'm fine."

"Please come Scorpia."

"Alright."

Once in the bathroom Antila gently pulled the patch off of her eye. Scorpia winced and looked in the mirror. What she saw made her gasp. Then she started to sob. She had not yet seen what Bellatrix had done to her.

"Hey, it's all ok it's over she's not going to hurt you."Antila reassured

"Mudblood. That's what I am."

"No, you are most certainly not. You are a brave girl."

"This only proves the truth."said Scorpia.

"No, you are not and I will not let you think that."

And with that they proceeded with the cleaning.

The next few days were normal. They joked Scorpia became less stubborn and accepted the help offered. She wasn't fully healed. The scar under her eye had faded to a scratch. They used muggle makeup to cover it even though it hurt. Though no one said it they all thought the same thing "This will never fade. "

They were all outside in the yard playing around.

"Tag!"exclaimed Lacerta. As she tapped Lyra on the shoulder.

Lyra ran in pursuit of Scorpia when suddenly the human form running from Lyra shifted into the form of a black mare!

"Oh my gosh! Scorpia are you an animagus?"exclaimed Antila.

The mare turned revealing a white star on her forehead and her head bobbing up and down to state "yes". Scorpia was taught many advanced defense methods having been a muggleborn. They all asked Scorpia questions when they heard the wind rush. They saw dark clouds circling them.Death eaters.

"Uhh guys did anyone put the protective spells back on?"Asked Lacerta.

"Run, keep Scorpia safe!" yelled Ara.

Scorpia had shifted back into the form of a human again.

"No I'm fine!"

"I know these woods hide!" Scorpia lied.

"We will not leave you! "Yelled Antila.

Spells flew, death eaters ran into the woods in pursuit of the girls. The base had been destroyed. They all Separated and Scorpia had a feeling this

was the last time they would see one another in a long time. Scorpia ran through bushes, thorns and more. She was genuinely scared. She didn't want to go back to that horrid place. She was afraid Lyra,Ara,Antila,and Lacerta would also get caught. She didn't want them to endure what she had.

Time went by and she kept running. She heard nothing. So she stopped. She noticed she had brought herself to the edge of the forbidden forest. She set up camp in the depths. Even though centaurs,Unicorns,and more creatures lived there she did not care. She needed shelter. The girls had acted surprised when they found she was an animagus. Well, even older witches and wizards did not have that ability. She had learned to protect herself from death eaters.

She built a shelter. She would stay here until someone won. She was terrified to leave her small Haven. She knew the girls that had helped her were safe. She could feel it. If she sent Sparks up she would reveal herself to everyone. By now it was dark. She did not realize that she was so exhausted. 'Ok just stay here and wait until someone else is here' she thought. She stayed and dazed off. She awoke to dark clouds flying through the sky. Death eaters were surrounding the Hogwarts grounds. She saw a blue light illuminate the sky. Then only moments later it had shattered. Green lights had erupted in the sky.

She ran out of the forest to the school she had once gone to. Spells flew,and she had not been paying attention; ran right into the middle of a harsh duel. One of the fighters yelled 'EVERTE STATUM!!'and her mind went black. This spell is used to cause temporary pain and have a person stumble back. But the aggression put into the spell made Scorpia fly into the wall and have her have pain that lasted. As she hit the wall she landed roughly on her legs. They did not break but were in terrible pain.

"I'm so stupid" she thought. Her stupid ADHD was the end of her. But she felt hands pick her up. Her head was tilted at just the right angle to see a blonde and a red mop of hair on the people carrying. She tried to say their names but all that came out was a squeak. "Shh rest."said Luna with her calm voice and with that she faded into her black space.

After the battle Scorpia started to stir.

The next couple hours were a blur people walked in and out of the hospital wing. Potions and water were given to her by her friends. "Hey Scorpia! I'm so glad you're ok. How are you?" asked Ginny. Ginny and Luna had brought a friend. A girl named Hermione Granger that had also been captured by Bellatrix. "Hello Scorpia." she had said. Though she barely talked she promised once she recovers they would have a proper conversation. Just then three girls she vaguely recognized came in. The three girls rushed over to her bed. They talked to Ginny, Luna, and Hermione. Scorpia could only make out parts of their conversation. "Is she ok..." "Can we talk to her..." " Not now...". Then Scorpia faded into sleep.

The next day on the grounds

"Wow you are so amazing Hermione.You are so brave." said Scorpia. Hermione had just described her time at Malfoy Manor. "Thank you, you are so adorable and brave. I was seventeen you were eleven." replied Hermione. "Yes but still no one of any age should have that happen to them." said Scorpia. Hermione nodded in agreement. "After we took you to the hospital wing we went back out. Bellatrix caught us in a three on one duel she sent Avada Kedavra at me and missed me by an inch. " said Ginny. Ginny,Luna,Hermione,Virga,Taura,and Aquaria had taken a recovered Scorpia to the grounds. Since the battle had ended Hogwarts had subbed as a hospital and reuniting ground. Scorpia had heard nothing of her parents. They probably were hiding unaware of the end of the Families that had been separated could reunite. Many had searched around for muggleborns on the run to take them to recover.

"Let's walk."Said Scorpia. "No wait..."Warned Taura. Scorpia stood up and fell. Her legs had not recovered her crash. Though the spell only caused you to stumble back and cause temporary pain, Scorpia Barnes had not been so lucky. This spell hit her and the pain was still in right arm. Her legs had still been unable to hold her so her friends needed to help her walk. "You alright Scorp."asked Luna. "Yeah totally forgot." The girls hoisted her up and held her to help her get back inside. "Guys what would I do without you?" "No problem Scorpia." Just then Aquaria realized that Scorpia had a cut under her eye. "Scorpia what is wrong with your eye." "Um… Nothing all...good." She responded leaving the rest of the group staring.

Taura, Virga, and Aquaria headed to their dorms. Hermione took Scorpia to the hospital wing. "I know what is under your eye. It says Mudblood." "What… it's just a cut… why would it be...anything...likke...ththat." Hermione lifted her arm from her side and pulled up her sleeve. On her arm there was a faint scar just like Scorpia's only bigger. "Oh...Shee…" Stuttered Scorpia. "Yes but don't dwell on it. You should be proud. " Hermione assured her. "Scorpia you should tell the others. I won't tell but you should." Hermione said.

With that she took Scorpia to her bed in the hospital wing and left. Scorpia was left to think about this. She had decided to tell them tomorrow. Even though it was the evening she fell into a sleep.

The next morning at breakfast

"Oh my… Why did you not tell us."asked Virga. "I was scared I didn't know how you would react" Scorpia replied. "Well thank you for telling us our friendship is vast." Said Aquaria remembering their first time together. "We were crucioed by the older kids. Some against their will. In defense against the dark arts the Carrows had the big kids use crucio on first years." Said Taura though she knew it would be nothing to what happened to Scorpia. "But remember..." Said Scorpia. "Even under vast circumstances..."Continued Virga. "Our friendship is still VAST" They finished together.
