Recap:

I tighten my hold on my purple friend and turn towards him. I smile at him, hoping to hide my feelings of how tall he has gotten, and I ask, "So... how have you been?"

Tsubaki looked at me as if she was annoyed about something. Maybe she was annoyed I insulted the hero course? Maybe something else?

It seemed my distress showed on my face and Tsubaki enjoyed the pain on my face it seemed.

"I've been good..."

She smiled wider at my answer. "That's good to know."

Then she dragged me off to the exit of the school most likely, just like in middle school.

I looked at Hitoshi with narrowed eyes. I didn't care if he noticed. He should really stop growing and let me handle all the growing part cause I need it not him.

"What?" He questioned me. He looked unnerved and paranoid about what I could say.

I waited for a bit too long, enjoying his suffering, but I knew was enough was enough. I sighed and smiled at him, "Stop growing."

My voice was friendly as if talking about the weather. Apparently, Hitoshi was not expecting that. He looked pretty surprised even if the only thing that told me so was a blink and a raise eyebrow.

"Why should I not grow?"

"Simply because-"

This bi- no, female dog didn't just use his quirk on me! I internally cuss a string of cursing toward my friend.

"Come over here and stand infront of me," he commanded.

Body, I swear to all things holy if you- oh... even my body is against me. I walk infront of him and Little Bush had a smug face on and I just really wanted to punch it off of him.

"Lift up you arms until they are even with your shoulders."

Okay, but this isn't so bad. It's kinda cool. It's like alien hand syndrome but with your whole body.

He started to walk towards me.

Oh no. I've seen this so many times before. He gonna ra-

He wrapped his arms around me, and let go of his quirk.

I blinked a bit surprised, but recovered and wrapped my arms around him too. We stayed like that for awhile before he got enough affection from me to last a week or two, and pulled away from me.

"Y'know [1] you don't have to be so shy to ask for a hug. Just ask and I'll give you one," I told him with a chuckle at the end of my statement.

Hitoshi blushed at my statement and turned away from me before I could tease him, which I wouldn't anyway. I hugged him from behind before walking to the train station with him in tow.

When I got home, I was almost pounced on by a tiger.
