Second chapter in such a short window? I know, I'm surprised too. Leave a review, suggestions, criticism, etc., really I want to see what you guys think I can improve upon, and what you think is out of place or incorrect. With that, I can either fix it if it was a mistake, or explain it if it was intentional. Also, I'll be trying to post the designs of all the aliens I use as well as that of the Omnitrix on Tumblr and Deviantart, the links of which I'll try to leave at the end of the chapter. Anyways with that said onto the story!

Ch.2: Getting acquainted

As Izuku opened the door to his home and stepped in he called out to see if his mom was home "Mom!, I'm home."

It took a few seconds but finally a response came from the kitchen. "I'm making dinner honey, it'll be ready in a few minutes. You took longer than usual to get home, did anything happen?"

He thought things over before finally responding. "No, not much anyway."

Freezing midstep after responding he remembered that something important did in fact happen, but should he tell his mom? She didn't completely like his desire to be a hero, stating that it was too dangerous and other similar points, but still, she loved him and wanted him to be happy and he loved her. Deciding, he called out, determination in his voice. "Actually mom, I do have something important to tell you. I need to talk to you about something after dinner."

"Is everything alright honey?" She sounded confused and a bit worried.

Quickly he decided to calm her. "Yeah everything's fine, it's just something important that I need to talk to you about."

"Alright sweetie, if you say so, I'll call you when dinner's done."

It took a few minutes for dinner to be ready, but in that time he decided to change out of his school uniform. He also decided to grab a new notebook to begin writing down everything he knew about the Omnitrix and his aliens. Grabbing a pencil he began to write.

Okay so far I've only had the chance to transform into one of the set of ten that is available to me, and if what the Omnitrix said is true, and I have no reason to believe it's not, it holds the DNA of over one million species spread throughout the universe.

First thing first, WE ARE NOT ALONE! It's incredible! The universe is filled with life on other planets, but how come we haven't encountered any? It could be of course due to the introduction of quirks. Ever since quirks became widespread there has been less of a focus on reaching out to the stars and more on a society of superpowers.

Disregarding that thought, I know I can't tell anyone I don't trust about this, too many things that could happen, I'm not even planning to tell my mom the full story, I don't like lying, but I can't risk it. Too many people would kill to get their hands on the Omnitrix, and that's not just including villains, so I'll have to be careful.

Onto the topic of transformations.

They're so cool! I've only had the chance to transform into one, but I just know that all of them will help me.

So far from what I've managed to infer and what the Omnitrix has given me, Heatblast is a primarily fire-based alien. It seems like his abilities are similar to that of fire quirk users, except he doesn't seem to have any drawbacks unlike most fire quirks.

Heres what I've gotten:

Heatblast is a pyrokinetic, meaning he has the ability to generate and manipulate intense heat and fire from his body. He can form fire into any shape that he chooses, though the species commonly choose to use fireballs. He can also enhance the fire across his body to boost himself physically, and can breathe fire like a dragon. To top it all off, he can even absorb heat and fire at the same time. Which ironically means he can put out a fire faster than he can start one.

Since he's made of fire and charcoal as it turns out, he is fireproof, heat resistant, and invulnerable to magma. He is also cold resistant and ice proof which is an obvious given. He can also make his flames explosive, which explains why the fireball I used in the forest left a crater. So far that's what I've managed to put together, with more testing I should be able to add more information in the future, as well as find new ways to use his abilities.

With the first analyzation of his first aliens' abilities done he'd pass the rest of his time until dinner was ready drawing the silhouettes of his set.

"Izuku, honey, dinners ready!" Looked like it was time.

"Going!" With that he closed his notebook and walked out of his room towards the dining room.

Hed already prepared what he was going to tell her. Still he wasn't entirely sure how she'd react.

After they were done eating she looked at him expectantly. "So sweetie, what was it you wanted to talk to me about?"

After drying the last dish he set it down and looked at her. "Well, mom, would you mind sitting down for a bit?"

"Are you sure everything's fine Izuku?" Now she looked worried. Damnit no more second-guessing, I have to tell her.

"IfoundthiswatchinthewoodsanditsfromouterspaceanditletsmetransformintodifferentaliensandwithitIknowIcanbecomeahero." Oh god he had panicked! He was expecting to be nervous, and usually he spoke quickly, but even he was surprised at how quickly it all came out.

Inko on the other hand was confused even more than before. "U-um, Izuku honey, could you repeat that again,i-i didn't catch that."

After taking a second to breathe, he was finally able to calm down. He'd managed to stop talking so quickly and explain it to her. To say she didn't believe him was expected, so of course he proved it the only way he knew how, and with that, he transformed. Was it a lie to say he expected her to stay calm? Not entirely, in the flash of light she stayed calm, it wasn't until after that she passed out, noticing there was a giant 'fire monster' as she called it standing where her son should have been. He was worried to say the least, but the Omnitrix had automatically scanned her vitals and had told him she was fine. Apparently it could do that. to say he was surprised when the Omnitrix had suggested that he let it explain everything. He was even more surprised by what the Omnitrix hadn't deemed necessary to tell him when he had originally asked what it was, so when she woke up, he got her a glass of water, sat her down, and let the Omnitrix do the explaining.

When that conversation had finished they'd both been in tears. She'd cried and said she was sorry that she had never supported him, that instead of telling him he could be a hero she had just told him that she was sorry, and he had cried because, in spite of all the years of belittling, bullying, and everyone telling him he would never amount to anything because he was quirkless, he had been handed the ability to achieve his dreams, despite everything he could be a hero.

Still even throughout the tears and hugs, there was still one thing the Omnitrix had decided to tell them that bugged Izuku.

2 days later

The weekend had finally arrived. It had been two days since hed found the Omnitrix and he hadn't been able to test out the ability of any of his aliens to the extent hed wanted to, all except for one. He'd named them all based on the rundown of abilities the Omnitrix had provided from each of them, but knowing he could transform into them and not being able to was frustrating. Although the one he was able to turn into at home had helped him, and he was actually pretty useful.

Grey matter is what he called him, small and grey, and with his abilities it fit. While the small guy wasn't impressive physically, mentally Izuku was completely sure he was the smartest person on the planet. Galvan, that's what the Omnitrix had told him was its species, small, hyper-intelligent, and amphibious, well not technically, but he shared a lot of similarities with toads and frogs. Except for a few key exceptions. Firstly, he had gills. Secondly, unlike most amphibians, he wasn't put to sleep by low temperatures. And finally, for some reason, he had really sharp teeth.

And as for school, well it had been the way it had been for him since he was diagnosed quirkless, the disgusted looks here and there, the jabs and constant disdain from his peers, and of course, Kacchan. He'd been able to hide the Omnitrix from him on Thursday, but on Friday Katsuki had taken notice of it.

When he had seen the Omnitrix a part of Izuku was worried that somehow he'd see right through him. He had been happier the last two days thanks to the device on his wrist, which had already made Katsuki suspicious, and somehow his happiness just ended up pissing Katsuki off even more than usual.

Yesterday-After school

With a quick motion Katsuki had grabbed his wrist. "Whats this deku? Some stupid watch? Is that why you're so damn cocky today!?"

Now Katsuki was mad, but Izuku didn't know what it had to do with him being happy.

Asshole, he really does hate me that much doesn't he? Well that's too bad Kacchan because I'm not just some useless deku!

Looking Katsuki straight in the eyes and mustering up all his confidence he let out one sentence. "Let go of me Katsuki."

Now that threw the blonde boy off, Izuku had never talked to him like that, and he'd rarely ever called him by his given name. Just who the hell does this nerd think he is?! He was about to unleash an explosion at point-blank range, enough to scare Izuku back into his place, but before he could he saw a drive in the dekus eyes that had never been there before.

"Tch, you're not even worth the effort." With that said he turned around and began walking off. Looks like the dekus finally grown a pair. Tch, it doesn't matter how much he changes, he'll always be a worthless nobody.

But before he could get out of the classroom Izuku called out. "I will be a hero Kacchan, and you won't stop me." I'll prove to you I'm not worthless, I'll be a hero who saves everyone with a smile!

Not looking back Katsuki continued to walk off, silently glaring ahead as with every step he took.

Present- Trash beach

Other than that, well even with that, schools gone by normally.

Finally he stopped walking. He had gotten to where he'd been planning to test out most of his aliens, a small park that he had visited as a child. Takoba Municipal Beach. Over the years currents washed trash up onto the beach, and it certainly didn't help that people took advantage of the trash already there to illegally dump their own. It used to beautiful. It's a heroes job to help everyone isn't it? Guess this is as good a place as any to start.

Taking a look around the once beautiful park his mind became set on one singular goal. Quickly flipping through his catalog, he landed on the alien he decided he'd test out first. With a smile unmatched and a fire in his eyes he slammed his hand on the dial. In almost an instant his entire body was replaced by a hulking mass of muscle.

"FOUR ARMS!"

"Damn, I knew that you were strong from what the Omnitrix had told, but it feels like I could shake the earth with this power!" Without wasting a moment he began lifting anything that seemed too large for him to carry in his human. After all, I cant always rely on my transformation, I'll have to train my human form too, if what the Omnitrix said is true, then the more I refine my abilities in human form, then the better my transformations become. And of course, I need to prove its more than just the watch!

"I also need to see just what this guy can do!" Rearing his hands back, and quickly launching them forward, he felt as the air distorted to accommodate for the speed and strength behind his punch.

" W-wow." To say he was stunned would be an understatement of the century. Where there was once a wall of dense compact trash, more than likely weighing over a ton, there was nothing.

"I did that?!" Not only that, but the sand behind it had been shifted by the massive amount of air pressure in such a way that it had left a trench.

"Damnit! I can't even really test this guys strength here can i. I didn't even put my all into that punch and still!" Well, that's to be expected, the Omnitrix said that in strength, this guy ranked in second from this catalog. Still, he basically has a strength, and while each ability can be improved upon, I think it'd be better if I just used this guy to punch hard.

Looking around his eyes landing on a large pile of scrap, his mind quickly began coming up with a plan.

"Well even if I can't test this guys strength right now, I can at least use it to help me in the long run." Quickly making up his mind Izuku moved closer to the pile of scraps, wrapping his hands around a few pieces from it he thought felt durable, and began using his immense strength to compress the jagged pieces of metal. After a while of applying pressure he unclasped his hands and looked at what he'd done. Now instead of broken pieces of steel in his hands, there was a solid ball of dense steel.

"It's not fantastic, but with a little help-" Slamming the faceplate again a light enveloped him, and in place of the twelve-foot, four-armed, red behemoth-

"HEATBLAST!" -now stood a relatively shorter Pyronite. First he began by grabbing the metal sphere, slowly applying more heat as he began to thin out its center. When he was done the steel was no longer a ball, instead, it resembled some sort of rudimentary dumbbell, with a handle small enough to fit in his human forms hand.

Not much, but better than nothing, and thanks to the amount of steel I used and how much pressure Four arms put on it, it probably weighs more than it looks. It's probably small enough to keep hidden while in school.

"Well, now that I'm all fired up I should probably test out just how hot I can get!" Pooling together his concentration he began focusing on raising the heat of his flames. Slowly but surely the flames surrounding his body began to pick up in temperature. Extending his arm towards the beach and then willing the fire to focus on the palm of his hand he released his concentration.

BOOOOM!

With an explosion of flames and heat, everything standing directly in front of the blast was superheated in an instant, for a split second, even the surface of the water had been turned to a mist by the heat of the blast, and just as quickly as it had appeared the blast deteriorated. The only thing to show that the energy had been released was the melted down structures of metal, and the sand which had been turned to molten glass by the sheer heat alone.

"Oops."

Once again realizing he had overdone it, he decided that would be all for the day, after all, he still had ten months until the UA entrance exams. That was more than enough time for him to test out his transformations and learn to use them to their fullest.

Once again slamming the faceplate on his chest, a light engulfed him, this time replacing the body of the Pyronite with that of the young Izuku.

With that he walked off home, lifting the dumbell he had made, and began on building his strength.

"A-alright Izuku, let's get to twenty-five at least, because this thing is really heavy!"

Off planet- Milky way galaxy

With whirs and the grinding of metal a robotic voice sounded off. "Sir, we've located the device on a planet known as Earth."

In response to the mechanical voice, another sounded. One that could be compared to gravel grinding together and was much deeper than the one before it.

"Then why haven't we retrieved it?!"

Without a second passing after the imposing figure had stopped talking the mechanical voice proceeded. "The ship's engine was damaged in the battle with the Galvan, repairs will take an estimated seven hundred and fifty days."

"We've sent a drone in the meantime to determine the whereabouts of the Omnitrix, if all goes according to plan it will arrive on the planet in three hundred and twenty days."

"Good, then when the time comes I shall take what rightfully belongs to me." Standing from its throne, the figure began to exit the room.

"As soon as the repairs are complete, set course for earth, I will not be denied again." You should have known you could not hide the Omnitrix from me, and the destruction of that planet shall be on you if some unknowing fool has stumbled upon it.

I hope you guys like the second chapter, and once again please leave a review telling me what you liked and what I can improve. If you have any questions, leave a review or PM me. And before you go id like to make one thing clear, I am going to do a ten-month time skip, unlike most other stories I'm not having Izuku meet anyone during those ten months, so they're not really necessary to write. Instead hell be purely focused on learning more about his aliens, developing their abilities, and working on his own, which may or may not make an appearance in later chapters. Along with that if there's something that confuses you review or PM and I'll explain. I hope you guys enjoyed reading, and hopefully, the next chapter will be out soon.
