Next morning at the Danvers/Strode residence,
Carol and Laurie had down, came downstairs, to see Michael sleeping on the couch, with his arms, wrapped round Brock protectively.
Laurie walked past as she looked at them.
"Awww two peas in a pod" Laurie chuckled at them.
Michael gave a small wave as Laurie came over, him.
"Want me, to take Brock for you as you, did a great job"
Michael nodded in response as he slowly got up.
Laurie cradled her son, against her chest as she walked into the kitchen, where's Michael followed as well. Carol was making coffee, while Laurie sat down on a chair.
Carol turned to face Michael and gave him a nod.
"Morning Michael, how was it? Carol asked him.
"It was ok but it was that Freddy, who was taunting me and Jason. About me and Jason being gay, which I'm not anyway" said Michael as he folded his arms.
Laurie held Michael, hand as she gave him look.
"Michael it doesn't matter, if your gay, if you are, me and Carol support you and we'll still love you" Laurie cried.
Michael looked up at her as Carol, laid three cups of coffee, onto the table.
"Michael, I didn't know if, you wanted to have a cup of coffee"
"Carol, it's fine, I need a drink anyway"
Carol nodded as she took a sip, from her mug.
"Anyway, how did it go, last night? Michael asked.
Carol and Laurie gave each other, flirty looks as there cheeks blushed.
"Well, are you two, going to tell me the truth" Michael sternly asked them.
"Michael, Me and Laurie got something to tell you? said. Carol.
"We're getting married" Laurie cried.
"Yeah we're baby, you fine with that Michael? Carol gave him, a smirky grin.
"Well, I'm going to say this but Congratulations and I'm very happy for you"
"Whew I thought you, didn't want us getting married" Laurie cried.
"Hey, if you two want too get married, I'm fine with that but no going off again. Carol!" Michael gave her, a death glare as Carol didn't even flinch.
"Look, the reason I left Laurie, was to protect her from supervillains, aliens and all kinds of dangerous, horrors of this world. I'm telling you all now, that I'm never EVER leaving her again" Carol explained as she held, Laurie's hand as they looked at each other.
"Glad to hear, Carol" Michael replied.
Brock started to fuss and wailed.
"WAAAAA WAAAAAA WAAA" Brock started crying.
"Oh baby, what's wrong" Laurie cried in a baby voice.
Laurie started rocking him as she cradled him side to side.
"Would one of you, do me a favour and hold him, while I go make breakfast? Laurie asked Carol and Michael.
"Let me hold him" as Laurie handed Brock over to Carol.
"Hey Brock, it's mama, awwwww you're so gonna have, one crazy family, that'll love you" Carol cried as she looked at him.
"Ah, guess who's being softie and he just turned you, into a puddle of mush" Michael teased.
"Piss off"
"Fuck you"
"YOU TWO shut up! Laurie snarled.
"Alright honey, we stop" Carol sighted.
Michael and Carol listened, to what Laurie had told them.
"What's the plan for tonight, anyway? Carol asked.
"How bout we, tell the family, the news about you and Laurie getting married? Michael suggested.
"Great idea, Michael" said Carol.
After Laurie had finished cooking breakfast, they all started planning, about tonight and tell. Captain America, Karen and Allyson about their news.
Later in the evening,
Laurie, Carol, Michael and Brock went, round the Nelson residence, to tell them some news, that they wanted to share. The six of them sat at the table, while Laurie was holding Brock in her arms.
"While they were sitting down, Laurie called up to, get everyone's attention.
"Everyone, we got an announcement to say? Carol commanded as her and Laurie smiled at each other.
"We're getting planning, to get married" Laurie cried.
"Congratulations" Everyone cried in joy.
"I think, we should start planning as Laurie and Carol are getting married? Captain America suggested.
"I agree with you, on that Cap" Michael answered.
"Grandmother, who you think we should invite? Allyson asked.
"I'll be giving, Laurie away to Carol" Michael nodded.
"We should invite, The Avengers and the Possible family as they have, been good to us for the last year" said Laurie.
"Great idea mom, totally" Karen beamed.
"Definitely but not inviting Shego" Carol cried.
"Babe, if we are inviting Kim and the family, we got too include Shego as well"
"No we're not inviting, Shego" Carol growled.
"Fine she can come, she screws this up and I'm dragging her,over to The Raft"
"Aww thanks baby" Laurie pecked her on a cheek.
"Anytime, beloved"
Brock made a cooing sound, that made everyone hearts melt.
