Kaida spent time at camp with her friends painting on canvases, modeling with clay and hanging out with her old friend Adean.
Meanwhile Eustance was on to Kaida and wanted some way to make her look bad, although Kaida didn't seem to bother with him (which Adean told her not to bother with Eustance because he wa not worth it) which made Eustance real ticked off, he wanted to find the most harmful thing that can really get to Kaida.
Eustance found himself wandering to woods far away from the camp where he saw a cottage which looked suspicious be we all know Eustance is not real bright to know what's fishy and what's not because he doesn't read novels still or believe in magic or other worlds, even the one he's been to which is Narnia even after he was a dragon he still thought it was just a dream.
Eustance followed the stepping stones that led up to the little old cottage wondering what a cottage was doing in the middle of the woods because like we said he's not real bright when it comes to certain books. "That's ridiculous! Fairytale rubbish!" Eustance sneered.
A smarter boy would have turned and left but he didn't as we know he was curious, actually too curious for his own good.
He went up to the cottage and knocked on the door. As the door opened Eustance saw a old women with a crooked nose. Eustance coughed like he which he was trying to hide a snicker from what he saw.
"Oh, hello child, you come for potions?" She spoke. Eustance tried to hide a snicker again not believing what he just saw or heard. "N-no, just got lost," he lied. "Oh, but there must be some girl that's making you look bad and a fool in front of the camp," said the old women. Eustance looked at her all a sudden. "How do you know about Kaida making me look like a fool?" Eustance asked. "Oh, Madam Karina knows it all and I see your not getting to her so she's somewhat making a fool out of you because of her friend Adean," said the old women. "Yes, those female fiends! I need to teach that one female fiend Kaida a lesson," said Eustance. Madam Karina was suddenly getting out one of her potions from her cabinet and handed it to Eustance. "Then give this to her at her table where she eats and make sure she drinks it, I'll make you look good in front of everyone once more," said Madam Karina. Eustance took the potion from Madam Karina and nodded and went out of the cottage while she said; "thanks for coming child."
Eustance made it out of the enchantresses cottage and all the way out of the woods back to the cam, by that time it was dinner time and everyone was getting ready to head to the cafeteria but Eustance got in there before all the other campers did and put the potion where Kaida ate at and scurried real quick out of the cafeteria before he could be spotted.
All the campers sat down at their assigned seats Adean and Kaida sat together at a table which was their assigned table. Kaida saw that all the drinks where already set out for all the campers although they all had to get their own food so after all the campers where served with their food on their plates everyone started to feast, it was a really good feast although Eustance sat alone eating his feast because he didn't want very many friends or none at all, but Adean and Kaida didn't bother to worry what was up with him because he was not worth it.
Eustance snickered as he watched Kaida drink the potion that was set out for her that was given to Eustance by the enchantress.
"Ugh, I don't feel at all well, I think I need to go back to the cabin and call it a night," said Kaida feeling real woozy and sick to her stomach. "Don't worry, I'll get the camp counselor to bring you back to the camp site and I'll keep a eye on you while the camp counselor is busy with the camp activities," said Adean. "Thanks Adean," said Kaida weakly.
The camp counselor brought both Adean and Kaida who was feeling sick back to the cabin to rest and the counselor let Adean stay to look after her friend but everyone else had to do camping activities while Adean and Kaida had to stay inside the cabin.
When everyone was fast asleep in the cabins Kaida felt even worse, she was shaking in her bed and it sounded like she was growling. "Kaida! What's wrong now?!" Adean cried out. When Adean saw Kaida get out of bed she saw something she remembered herself being herself, Kaida was a draconequus!
