Hey look another chapter for you beautiful people.
"And Jotaro has been getting bigger every day if anything he'll be as tall as papa." Holly Kujo, in her pink pajamas, told her husband, Sadao Kujo, over the CCT. It has been eight years since the young Kujo was born. While Sadao was on his jazz tour Holly kept him up to date with what's going on in the house.
Sadao smiled at the information, "Well that's sounds great honey." Though he couldn't help but think about his father-in-law. If Jotaro really grew up to be that tall it would be quite the sight to see, "So has Jojo made any friends?" The musician asked.
Holly's bright smile thinned as her expression changed making her husband worried. She sighed at the thought, "Well Jotaro actually distances himself from the other children." She saw that despite him still being a sweet little boy he was more quiet and stern then most children his age. The only kids he had even interacted with was Tai's kids, but for some reason he tries to avoid them like the Grimm. He wouldn't go and play instead he would just watch. She also noticed how he started to become less expressive holding a stoic demeanor. It wasn't anything major but she didn't want her son to grow up alone.
Putting some thought into Sadao voices his opinion, "Well we didn't really introduce him to a lot children his age up until now." He wasn't around much, but he knew the times he was home they didn't really put him out there with a lot of other kids. And from both sides their family there weren't any children his age. Sadao snapped his fingers coming to a conclusion, "We can go through with that idea." He proposed.
Holly thought about what he meant before coming to a realization, "Are you sure that will actually work." She asked worriedly.
Sadao nodded, "This will help with him becoming more friendly towards other kids." He then pulled out his scroll and typed in something, "I'm sending extra money so you have enough to bring someone in,"
Holy smiled as she had gotten a notification from her bank. Even though her husband was barley around he still made an effort to support this family and in all. She wouldn't have it any other way.
Jotaro was a strange child and he knew that.
In his dolphin themed purple pajamas the boy pondered. As the blueish haired, blue eyed boy grew older he started to feel the need to not show as much emotions mas most people usually do. Though something felt more off then that. It was like he was forgetting something, but it was on the tip of his tongue. This feeling was always keeping him stumped. It was so obvious yet he couldn't even say it. Like something was holding him back.
The boy looked up into the starry night sky of Patch. Something about them drew his attention. The thought of the stars make him think about the one thing he's forgotten bringing him closer to the piece.
"Star." He muttered out trying to keep on going only to still be stuck. The boy sighed, "Star... star something it's always stars." He told himself. It was as if something was tugging at his soul trying to break free with a blazing fury. Though he would have to think about this later.
A knock on the door had gotten Jotaro's attention right before it was opened revealing his mother, Holly, walking into the room. Despite the changes he's made throughout his life Jotaro always had a soft spot for his mother. She was too kind for this world and would do absolutely anything to protect her even if he doesn't show it.
"Jotaro." His mother walked to him in his bed. The room was sizable with an assortment of sea based toys. As Holly walked towards Jotaro the younger Kujo layers back in his blue dolphin themed bed. Holly sat down at the edge of the bed, "Honey go ahead and get some rest we're getting up early tomorrow."
While he didn't show too much of his confuse did quirk an eyebrow, "Why, tomorrow is Saturday?"
"You have to wait to find out." She winked at the boy. The motherly Kujo got up and tucked the boy in, "So go ahead and have the sweetest dreams." She kissed the boy on the forehead getting a reaction from the boy, "Good night I love you."
"I love you too." The boy told his mother before she walked out closing the door. He gotten more into his blankets and closed his eyes, "I wonder what it is." The boy thought before letting is mind slip into dream land.

WWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYY
Jotaro now in a blue shirt that said 'FISH KING' white shorts and black shoes, looked out the car window as they drove past several buildings. He's had been having dreams like that lately, but that sound was new. Where everything that was said had been bits and pieces that sound could be heard full and well. And for some reason it scared him. The since of dread was present yet he kept his strong front to not make his mother worry. While it was bad he knew that his mother would take it out if proportion, and get him a therapist or something.
Speaking of which Holly, who wore a blue dress with white shoes, didn't say anything the whole car ride keeping quiet with a smile on her face. While her smiling wasn't anything new the fact that she was quiet made him wonder where she was taking him.
He was drawn out of his thoughts as the car came to a complete stop. Holly looked back at Jotaro with a bright smile that could rival the sun, "We're here." She told him as she got out of the car.
Jotaro opened the door of the back seat and got out. He looked at the large building, but more specifically the sign.
Patch's House of Angels
"The orphanage?" Jotaro wondered before coming to the realization, "Wait are we..."
Holly nodded, "We're getting you a sibling." She told him before the two walked towards the entrance.
Jotaro was shocked by this was also kinda excited. He never really thought about having a sibling and he never really interacted with kids his age. Well except for her. The eight year old shivered at the though of the girl. If there was one person he truly couldn't stand it was that girl.
The mother and son duo walked in to see a brightly colored room. There were several areas and with many children both human and Faunus. At the reception desk there was a blue haired women with green eyes in a white shirt and black pants.
The girl gave the two a closed eye smile, "Welcome to Patch's House of Angels." The girl opened her eyes getting a better look at two, "Oh my Gods, Holly?"
Holly blinked a couple times before realizing who it's was, "Sarah is that you?" She went up to the desk and hugged the now named Sarah, "It's been so long." The two then began their girl talk.
Jotaro already knowing where this was going decided to walk off and explore. He saw kids participating in many different activities but when he entered the room almost all eyes were in him.
"Who's that?"
"He sure is tall."
"Is he a new kid or something?"
"He's kinda cute."
If he had a cap he would be pulling it down on his face by now, "Good grief." The young boy tried to keep the attention off him but it seemed that he couldn't even do just that. He considered walking back until something caught his attention. Or more like someone.
He looked to see a brown skinned girl with green hair and red eyes sitting in a corner. She was wearing a black shirt that was obviously too big for her, brown shorts, and sandals. She also looked roughened up. Something about her drew his attention though. It was as if he known her.

He grabbed his head as a voice resonated in his mind. It was just like the dream he had. It so familiar yet he couldn't put it together. He decided to not think on it too much and decided to go to the girl. As he walked the other children noticed where he was going and started whispering in fear.
"What's he doing?"
"Is he trying to get himself hurt?"
"That guy must be nuts to go to her."
Jotaro ignored them as he finally making it to girl.
She finally noticed the shadow looming over her and looked to see the y'all eight year old looking down at her with a neutral expression. She just glared up at him, "What do you want?" She scowled at the boy obviously not in the mood.
Jotaro knelt down to her level surprising her a bit, "What is your name?" The boy asked.
She blinked a couple of times before giving him a skeptical look, "Are you serious?" She looked dumbfounded. She would have thought he was joking if he didn't have this straight face the entire time. She scoffed, "Its rude to not give your name first, didn't your mother teach you that?" She obviously was trying to strike a nerve thinking he was an orphan.
Jotaro kept his expression not catching onto the attempted low blow, "You're right." He held his hand out, "My names is Jotaro Kujo."
The green haired girl looked at the hand before grabbing it, "Emerald." She still looked weirded out by the situation but felt a bit more comfortable. She relaxed a bit, "Soooo why did you come over here." She motioned over to the other children in the room looking at them, "I'm not the most popular person here as you heard." She did admit that she has gotten into quite the number of fights while in this orphanage, but it wasn't always her fault.
Jotaro just sat against the wall beside her and just shrugged, "You didn't seem annoying."
Emerald just looked bewildered at the statement. She couldn't help take the somewhat compliment, "Well glad I could be not annoying." She chuckled only to get a nod from the boy, "So when did you get here Jojo?"
The nickname given to him made his eyebrow twitch. Even when his mom or old man said it he couldn't help but be annoyed. Especially when she says it, "I came here with my mom thirty minutes ago." The revelation made Emerald go wide eyed.
"Oh so that's why..." she trailed off before shaking her head, "Nevermind!" She nervously scratches her head making the stoic boy confused, "So what did you come here for?"
"My mom thinks it would be a good idea to have a sibling." He pondered a bit, "I can't lie the idea does interest me."
Emerald looked at the boy with understanding , "Yeah it could be a great experience." She then looked down with a saddened look in her eyes, "I can't really relate since nobody here really wants to hang out with me." Her eyes watered up wearing a sad smile, "Not like anyone would want me out there either."
Jotaro looked at the girl with a deep frown. The thought of not feeling you are worth something isn't something he really knew about yet he felt something tug at his soul.

He stood up fast shocking the girl before he grabbed her hand and walked out the room. She pulled back but the boy was surprisingly strong. The hell was his mom feeding him, "Hey, what are you doing!?" She yelled at him getting no response, "Oi I know you can hear me." She looked around to see everyone staring. She calmed down blushing at the attention, "H-hey can you please let go?" He still didn't respond as they finally had gotten to the reception desk getting the two elder ladies at the desk.
"Jotaro?" His mother questioned, "Where have you been?" She stopped herself when she saw the young girl who was behind him, "Who is that honey?"
Jotaro finally let go if Emerald's hand, "This is Emerald." He then had a look of pure determination in his eyes while keeping the same stoic appearance, "And I would like or her...
BAM
"...to be my sister!"
The claim made everyone around them stop. If it was anyone else it would have been as if time stopped. This shocked everyone to the core, but none were more shocked then Emerald.
"Wha-WHAT!?" The young girl yelled out in shock. They only traded a couple of words to each other and he wants to have her as a sister? Something definitely was wrong with this kid.
Holly and Sarah broke out of their shock and looked at each other before looking back at the two children, "H-honey you can't just claim someone like that." His mother reprimanded.
Sarah nodded, "Also you haven't done an interview are you sure you want her?" She weakly stated.
"I know that's it's sudden but.." It was as if something in Jotaro pushed him to do this. Like he wanted to do everything his power to protect her, "...I felt as though I would regret this if I didn't do this." His face going back to its stoic demeanor.
Holly stared into her son's eyes with wonder. Despite the neutral face he made she saw a fiery determination. It reminded her of something that made her heart tug.
"If I don't ask you out I feel as though I would regret it!"
The Kujo women smiled warmly at her son before looking at the young girl, who was looking at her son in awe, "Well Ms what do you want?" She asked the youth.
Emerald wanted to say no. She just met this boy and for him to claim that he wanted her as a sister like that felt out of place. She was going to say no but something stopped her. The way Jotaro talked made her feel strangely happy. Like she felt she was wanted. As if she was needed.
It felt nice.
Emerald looked at Holly with a nervous look, "Y-yes." She squeaked out mentally kicking herself for sounding so weak.
Holly smiled and looked at her old time friend, "Then I would like to adopt Emerald please."
Sarah while stunned smiled at this, and pulled out paper work, "I just need you to sign these papers before you go." She handed Holly a pen.
Emerald stared at Jotaro as he looked up at his mother. She barley knew the boy yet she could already tell that something bizarre was going on in this boy's head, "Well I can't say I'm exactly normal either." She knew that well and couldn't really judge anyone for it. She did wondered what made her feel a strange warmth at the stoic boy's words. She couldn't help but think...
"And there it is." The caretaker took up the last of the paper work, "You will get a letter in the mail giving you the official certificate, but for now you are done." She looked at Emerald, "Please be safe and stay out of trouble Emerald." This got a scoff from the girl which she obviously saw coming.
"Okay~." The elder woman clapped her hands together, "Let's go home." She grabbed both of their hands as they walked to the car. To Jotaro this wasn't anything new it was though kinda annoying, yet Emerald stared at the hand in wonder. She felt herself tearing up and tried to wipe away the tears before anyone could notice. One person did though.
"Why are you crying?" Jotaro asked his now sister in law.
She just glared at him, "It's none of your business Jojo!"
Twitch
"Don't call me that."
"Make me."
"Good grief."
Holly laughed at the squabbling happening beside her. What else could she do now having one more angels in her life now.
The three finally made it back to the house. They all walked up to Jotaro's room as Holly told Emerald about the house rules.
"-and no video games after seven." She finished opening the door to her son's room. The two kids walked in while she just stayed at the doorway, "Now I'm going to buy some things for Emerald you two behave okay." She got a nod from the two, "Okay don't do anything rash." And with that she left.
There was an awkward silence in the room. Nobody said anything or moved for the matter. Emerald tried to start up conversation, "So what do you want to do?" She asked her new sibling.
Jotaro shrugged, "I don't know." He said flatly making the young girl 'hmm' in agreement making the room once again silent.

"What's your favorite type of fish?"
Oh didn't see you there *Wink* anyway hope you're enjoying the story sorry if it felt a bit rushed I'm not so great with these types of scenes, but I felt that if I cut it out I would have to throw in some cheap flash back killing the moment.
Anyway I feel as though I need to clear some things up.
Emerald will not be a reincarnated Jolyne she just reminds him of her.
These bits and pieces will be stepping stones for Jotaro to unlock his full potential.
Finally there will be new characters introduced both original and used from JJBA.
Also don't get used to updates like this my brain was working overtime trying to get this out since it was still fresh on my mind. Also to all you asking for longer chapters I planned on doing that it was just the last chapter was an introduction I wanted to go ahead and set out.
Anyway the next chapter will have both family stuff and shine some light in Jotaro's abilities. You will also know who she is, but I'm pretty sure you can guess. Anyway have a great day and see you all later.
PEACE!
