Joe was still in bed when it happened. He didn't even get it right, he slept that deep that night. Maybe it was because he had slept badly the last few months after losing his former friend Marcus. But maybe he just slept very well again because his body needed it. The small van of the company (Rufus Logistik) flew almost inconspicuously over the Rose street and stopped with slightly squeaking wheels in front of the house next to Joe's house. Two men got out, who clearly belonged to the company. Her blue and orange suits matched the logo that was printed in large and bold letters on the van. "Now go ahead, John, we don't have time all night!" One of the two men cursed and opened the van door in the rear compartment with a quick movement. "Yes, I'm coming!" The man who was called John ran to his colleague and together they got into the van and started carrying out individual pieces of furniture and transporting them into the house. "Why the hell does someone move to such an area? There is absolutely nothing to see here! "John looked around with a questioning look. He was not entirely wrong. In fact, there was hardly anything to see here. There were a few isolated houses in the area with small or large gardens, and there was even a large villa at the end of the street, but otherwise it was a normal, almost lifeless residential area. "Well, terrible things are said to happen here!" The other began to tell and changed his voice to a dark voice. "Stop scaring me Max. You know exactly how quickly I always get scary!" John dropped his box and caused a loud rumble. "Man watch out!" Max rolled his eyes and gave John a punch on the chest. "Ouch!" John held the spot where Max had hit him. "But my statement is not that wrong!" Max started to tell while John looked around anxiously as if he suspected something bad was about to happen. "There used to be a guy here, but unfortunately I don't remember his name. One day he disappeared without a trace and strange signs were found in his house. And the best thing is, the signs were made of blood! "Max grinned angrily and John looked like he was about to drop dead on the spot. His complexion turned to a proud white and his eyes started to flicker. "Now stop your scary stories. I bet they're not even true! "John tried to calm himself down but Max just laughed and put another box in the hallway. He was just about to tell you more about what happened back then when you heard a car that stopped in the driveway of the house and next to the transporter. A young man with glasses, blue eyes and blond hair got out, straightened his shirt, and smiled at Max and John. "Well, finally it worked!" Cried the young man and looked around the area. "This is exactly the right place!" The young man beamed all over his face and came up to the two who had just dragged the last boxes into the house. "Thank you for carrying my things!" The young man seemed a weird guy and for a moment John felt uncomfortable here. First the story where he didn't even know if it was real or wrong and then a young guy who must have been clearly crazy. "I still have a question!" Max pushed past John and was now standing in front of the young man, who was still smiling. "Yes please?" "Why does someone like you move to such a deserted area? I mean young people tend to move to a city where there are a lot of people and not to a small village like this one! "Max question wasn't that stupid, John thought and looked at the young man a second time, but still had it he didn't have an exact answer to the many questions that were buzzing in his head. "Well, the place here is nice and quiet and so innocent!" Laughed the young man and walked slowly into his new home. "You think he's crazy!" Whispered John and Max nodded. Suddenly Max regretted that he had previously spoken about such stupid stories that were not even true. But if Max had looked in the rearview mirror again like John had, he would have seen something he couldn't have imagined in his worst nightmare. The young man's eyes turned red and started to glow. A strange red light suddenly surrounded the young man and large black wings appeared behind his back, while the man's grin changed into an evil grin. And you would have seen the young man turn and watch Joe's house with the same evil grin. Almost as if he knew where Joe was, he stared at his bedroom window.

Did they meet the devil personally?
