Lillybrook POV
A light black she-kit bolted through the forest with her patrol slightly up ahead. Her beautiful green eyes sparkling looking in the open new leaf sky. "Are you coming Lillypaw?" A similar looking she-cat mewled, "Coming Mom!" The she-cat paused "Erm I mean Shimmerstone.."
The little apprentice mewled back, "Hey you guys back there okay?" A smaller but muscular reddish orange Tom mowed, Why does he worry about us so much… its sooo annoying! Lillypaw's thoughts were interrupted by her mother nudging her shoulder "Let's go already we dont want the patrol to worry" Lillypaw nodded her head in response catching up with the patrol. I wonder what the other apprentices are up to… maybe there out hunting so I'll see them? Lillybrook stopped in her tracks, she realised that there was a patch of catnip growing near the root of a tree, Lillypaw paused and thought that they could use some more in the medicine den, she picked the catnip up from the roots and carefully picked them up trying not to break open the catnip and consume the taste. The smell only got stronger as she caught up to the group without anyone noticing, until someone caught the smell of the catnip. Everyone realised Lillypaw with the catnip and started whispering. At first Lillypaw had a concerned look on her face and muffled "Did I do something wrong, I remembered Coralstream holding this plant and bringing it back to the medicine den, I thought she might need more.. " She trailed off as she seen a look of approval from the medicine cat. "Have you always had a interest in this?" She asks the small she-kit, she nods proudly but a little shyly, "Well I don't have a apprentice yet, and well you look more then capable to fill the position, so would you Lillypaw warrior apprentice decide to switch and follow under the medicine cat code, to join us and heal the wounded, beacon through and talk with our ancestors?" Lillypaw was a little bewildered but very excited. Lillypaw stood there for a moment before happily nodding. The medicine-cat pressed her nose against Lillypaw's and guided her back to the camp leaving the patrol behind.
