Holly woke up to the sound of soft hooting and running water. looking up at the headboard she saw two blobs, one white, and the other red. Groping around on the bedside table, she soon had her glasses on which caused the two blobs to refocus into Hedwig and Fawkes.
"Hi Hedwig" reaching up Holly began stroking Hedwig's chest feathers as she looked at Fawkes.
"Hey Fawkes, you okay?" she got what she assumed was a positive chirp before the majestic phoenix held his leg out. Pulling the sheet up with her so as not to flash her chest to him, Holly took the letter from Fawkes who promptly vanished in a flash of fire.
Hearing the bathroom door opening, Holly looked over and smiled as Hermione walked out just wrapped in a towel.
"Morning dear" Holly called out causing Hermione to look up and smile, then snort after checking her watch.
"More like afternoon, it's just after twelve"
"Eh, aren't teenagers suppose to sleep in late?" Holly replied while shrugging, then smirking at the way Hermione's eyes followed her partly covered chest.
"So what's with the letter?" pulling the sheet up a bit more just in case Lavender or Parvati walked in, Holly sat up properly while Hermione sat on the end of the bed and started getting dressed. Hedwig flew over to rest on top of the bedpost and went to sleep. Ripping it open Holly quickly read the note Fawkes had brought.

I realized that with introducing your mother, explaining your marriage and the removal of Tom's soul from your scar I never got the chance to discuss what I asked you to see me about in the first place. If you could please join me after lunch today. Hermione is, of course, welcome to join us.

"Apparently the headmaster wants to see us after lunch" Hermione just nodded without looking up from pulling her jeans on.

Stopping by the gargoyle guarding the entrance to the headmaster's office after lunch, Holly once again checked to make sure she didn't still smell of sex causing Hermione to snort.
"For the fifth time Holly you smell fine"
Giving Hermione a sheepish smile, Holly gave the password before they both stepped on to the moving staircase. Getting to the top they saw the door was already open allowing them to see the Headmaster at his desk writing something.
"Come in Ladies, I won't be a moment. Please have a seat and help your selves to a sherbet lemon"
Sitting down after Hermione paused a moment to stroke Fawkes's head, the two witches waited a moment before professor Dumbledore put his quill down and looked up at them smiling.
"Now before we get sidetracked yet again the reason I wanted to see you yesterday was that of Sirius"
"He hasn't been captured has he?" Holly cried out while grabbing Hermione's hand.
"Relax dear girl, he's fine. In fact, I'd wager by the time you go to bed tonight he'll be a free man"
Albus chuckled at the gobsmacked expression on both there faces.
"What, but how can that happen without Peter"
"Simply put, Sirius has asked for and has been granted political asylum in America on the grounds that he was never questioned, nor was his wand tested before he was sent to Azkaban. The letter I was just reading was the official notice from their law enforcement to that effect. Complete with his testimony under truth serum in which he clearly states that he was not the secret keeper, has never been a Death Eater, nor did he kill Peter and the Muggles." He chuckled at beaming smile on both there faces.
"um Professor, if you have all that already why isn't he free?" Hermione asked
"Simple my dear, while he is free in America he will not be free here until this has been witnessed and signed by myself and our own head of law enforcement Amelia Bones. Rest assured I will be seeing her as soon as we are done here. At which point Minister Fudge will have no choice but to rescind the kiss on sight order and the warrant on Sirius unless of course, he wishes to face charges himself for unlawful imprisonment"
Holly finally snapped out of her shock by snogging Hermione senseless, then jumping up and down with her while chanting "he's free" over and over again.
After giving the excited young women a few moments to celebrate, the headmaster cleared his throat causing a beaming Holly to sit back down, pulling Hermione down with her and into her lap.
"Now there are just a few more things before we sort out your forms. First, as a married couple, you are entailed to having private quarters. Would you like to do so?"
The two shared a look for a few moments before Holly answered: "Can we stay in the dorm for now and get back to you on that sir?"
"Certainly but I will need to know by no later than your birthday Holly." after they nodded he continued.
"Another thing I need to know is doing you wish to leave the school to inform anyone of your marriage?"
"We can tell those who we wish to know on Monday when we get off the train sir"
"Very well, and once again you have my congratulations. Now on to the dreaded paperwork" he smiled as both girls giggled.
"Now Mrs Potter-"
"Yes?" they both answered then smiled as he laughed
"Sorry sir, that was too good to resist," Holly said while giving him a cheeky grin.
"You're definitely James' daughter all right, very well Hermione these two are for you while these three are your Holly. Once those are done, you can go and I will drop them off on the way to see Amelia"
Nodding both girls quickly filled the forms in before handing them to him. After quickly checking they hadn't missed anything, Albus stood from his chair.
"As always ladies it's been a pleasure. Now I must get on so go enjoy your day".
"Bye sir" Hermione called back as Holly dragged her out of the office.

Holly laid down in the train compartment with her head in Hermione's lap on the way to king's cross. The other two occupants of the compartment, Ron and Ginny, had kept asking all week why they were so close now. All they had told them was that they wanted to explain everything to everyone at the same time when they got off the train. This had earned understanding, if irritated, nods from the youngest two Weasley's. Ron was currently eating after a game of exploding snap while Ginny had borrowed Hermione's book and notes on runes as she was planning to take it next year. While Hermione was reading a book and letting her eyes close, Holly thought about the article that had been in the paper that morning.

Yes, you did read that correct, my dear readers. The man who supposedly betrayed the Potters, and killed Peter Pettigrew and thirteen muggles with one curse is in fact innocent.
In a shocking turn of events, we at the Prophet have learned that Mr Black was in fact held in Azkaban all these years without being questioned or his wand being tested even once.
This came out after Mr Black applied for asylum in America where under truth potion it was revealed that he had not committed the crimes he was imprisoned for. We have with Mr Black's permission to include the transcript of his interview.

Amazing how a few simple questions could have stopped this, isn't it my dear readers. Madame Bones as head of the DMLE had this to say:
"After reading the transcript, Sirius Black is cleared of all charges. In regards to how he wound up in prison without being questioned, I will personally be interviewing Barty Crouch, who was head of the DMLE at the time and the Aurors who arrested Black."
When asked about the fact Black is an unregistered Animagus, as well as any charges that may come from breaking out of Azkaban, Madam Bones stated that Black had sent the money to pay the fine along with the transcript and the papers the MACUSA sent and is now registered both here and in America. As for breaking out from Azkaban, given that he was illegally imprisoned to start with no charges will be forthcoming.
We at the paper would like to take this opportunity to wish Mr Black well and hope he makes a swift recovery from years of exposure to the Dementors.

Holly jerked awake when someone shook her arm.
"We're here love" looking up at Hermione, Holly smiled then stole a kiss, causing Ginny to giggle and made Ron blush lightly.
"Coming you two?"
"Not just from a kiss, no" Holly replied, then sniggered from Ron's confused look while Hermione just went bright red before slapping Holly on the shoulder.
"Behave Holly Alice Potter"
"Yes dear" Holly replied with a cheeky grin.
Holly pulled her trunk off the train and quickly moved out of Hermione's way while she pulled her own off. Scanning around the crowd, they soon spotted the large group of redheads that was the Weasley family. Holly zeroed in on the black haired man talking with them.
"Sirius!" Holly screamed while running off with her trunk behind her, slamming into her Godfather with enough force to send both of them crashing to the floor.
"Really Sirius, getting a young lady so worked up it's a wonder no one has neutered you yet." came an amused voice.
Looking up, Holly saw a dark-haired woman with a heart-shaped face and violet eyes standing next to a younger woman with bright pink hair and similar features that had to be her daughter, both of whom were smiling at her.
"Hello Miss Potter, I'm Andromeda Tonks, your idiot Godfather's cousin and this is my daughter Nymphadora..." "Mum!" the pink haired women shrieked, her hair changing to a dark red making Holly, Hermione and the Weasley's gape at her "You know I hate my first name!"
"Tough Nymphadora. I didn't go through five hours of labour just to have my Daughter not use the name I gave her"
laughing Holly got up and moved so Sirius could get up then curtsied.
"pleasure to meet you, Mrs and Miss Tonks," pausing Holly looked around.
"I'd introduce you to my friend Hermione but I seem to have lost her at the moment, um Miss Tonks"
"Just Tonks Holly"
Holly nodded "how did you do that with your hair?"
"I'm a Metamorphmagus. I can change my appearance at will"
"Cool! Can anyone do that?"
"No, I'm afraid you have to born with it" Holly pouted, then heard a snort from behind her and turned to see Fred and George standing there.
"Yes? What do you want boys?"
"Holly" one of them wined.
"You promised that if we stopped bugging you and Hermione you'd introduce us"
"Uh fine. Sirius meet the Weasley twins Fed and George, I have no idea which is which. Fred, George meet Sirius Black, also known as Padfoot"
Both twins dropped to there knees and started bowing to Sirius while chanting we are not worthy.
"Behave you two" looking up Holly saw Hermione leading her parents over just behind Mrs Weasley, Percy, Ron, and Ginny.
Hermione's father was a tall well-built man with brown hair and had the same brown eyes as Hermione dressed in jeans and a shirt, while her mother, who had the same bushy, albeit blond, hair as her wife and slightly tan skin, was wearing a white summer dress.
Moving from Sirius's side, Holly hugged Hermione while spinning her before turning to her parents.
"Hello Mr and Mrs Granger, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Holly Potter"
"Hermione has talked about you quite a lot Holly. I'm Chris and this is my wife Jacqueline. Hermione tells me you two have something you need to us?"
Holly shuffled her feet nervously while coughing into her hand "Uh yeah actually. You, the Weasley's and Sirius. Would you all be willing to join us for lunch, my treat? I'd just need to get some money"
"Holly let me pay, I have several years to make up for so this can be a start" turning to Sirius she gave him a grin.
"We would love to Holly dear" Mrs Weasley replied while the Grangers just nodded.

After the group of twelve had relocated to the Leaky Cauldron by apparition, after explaining what apparition was to Holly, Hermione and the Grangers. They had all meet up, moved to a private room, sat down, and ordered some food at the pub when Sirius cleared his throat.
"Now before we start if you don't have any objections, Holly, Hermione, I would like to explain a few things for you all"
Getting a nod from Hermione, Holly just shrugged "Sure, I was going to wait till after we had eaten anyway".
Nodding Sirius closed his eyes for a few moments.
"Okay, might as well start with the legal stuff. First yes I am now a free man, there is also now a massive manhunt for Peter, complete with descriptions and photos of his Animagus form"
"Ani what?" Jacqueline interrupted.
"Some witches and wizards can turn in to an animal we call this their Animagus form, it isn't rare but most can't be bothered to learn or have another ability that stops them" Andromeda explained.
"Exactly," Sirius said paused then pointed to Tonks.
"For example, Tonk's here is a Metamorphmagus. She can change her body to look like anyone or an animal" grinning Tonk's started changing her hairs length and colour while changing her mouth into a duckbill, then a pig snout, before resuming her normal look.
The two Grangers stared at her for a moment before turning back to Sirius, only to see a big black dog with its paws on Holly's shoulders licking her face while she laughed and tried to shove him off.
Giving a happy bark the dog jumped into the empty chair then changed back to in a grinning Sirius.
"That is what an animagus is, although we can be any non-magical animal. As you just saw I'm a big black dog, Holly's dad Jame's was a stag, while Peter was a rat."
"Okay, I can see where that could be a useful skill but who is this Peter?" Clive asked
"He betrayed my parents by leading a madman straight to them, then when Sirius caught up to him he faked his death by cutting off his finger and running away as a rat thus framing Sirius."
"Wait, you mean Scabbers was Peter?" Molly shrieked while Percy turned green
Holly, Hermione and Ron just nodded.
"I let him sleep in my bed," Percy said while shuddering
Holly rested her head on Hermione's shoulder while Hermione ran her hand up and down her arm.
After a moment to allow Percy to calm down and down a glass of fire whiskey, Sirius continued.
"Yes and I'm sorry I went after him rather than take care of you Holly, but at least the truth is out now. Anyway, what this means is because I claimed asylum in America recently I'm now a dual citizen and I will be buying a house over there for a summer home which all of, you including Ted, Arthur and any of Holly and Hermione's other friends are invited too once it's set up."
they were interrupted as Tom knocked on the door then, along with some waitress, brought their food in.

Wiping his mouth with a napkin Sirius looked around the table to see almost everyone had finished eating.
"Anyone mind if I continue?"
Receiving head shakes from everyone, Sirius took a sip of his drink before speaking.
"Now the rest of what I need to discuss involves you personally Holly. Firstly, I have arranged with the Goblins to have one thousand Galleon's transferred to your account once a year on your birthday until you turn seventeen, backdated to your first birthday"
Holly choked on her drink while Hermione smacked her on the back.
"Sirius that's about five thousand pounds per year!"
"four thousand nine hundred and thirty to be exact. The final total was sixty-nine thousand and twenty pounds including this years" Everybody looked shocked at the amount of money involved.
"But how can you afford that?" Ron asked shocked
Sirius just grinned "In exchange for me not pressing charges, Barty Crouch who was head of the DMLE and Chief Warlock at the time, settled out of court. I got just shy of thirty thousand Galleon's, add in the investments the Black's have which are still making around two thousand Galleon's a month, and I'm loaded. And this is not up for debate Holly. I know you are well off from what your Grandfather Fleamont left you."
Holly, Hermione, Tonk's and the younger Weasley's all snorted.
"It was his Grandmother's maiden name and her instead on it, anyway he invented Sleekeazy's hair potion"
This time Molly choked on her drink.
"He started up the salon in the Ally but sold it when James was born for a very large sum of money. I never knew the exact amount but he tripled the Potter fortune. Part of the deal means any women marrying into the Potter family gets her hair for the wedding done for free" Sirius paused for a drink
"As I said, I know you are well off but your family account has had no money going into it for fifteen years while still having the last three year's school fee's, your supplies, and the upkeep cost the Goblin's charge coming out. This is my way of helping to make sure you won't have to worry about money once you finish school."
Holly just stared at him blankly before sighing.
"Fine, it will help me pay for a house and keep me going while I decide what I want to do after I finish school."
"Which is why I did it. The other thing is I am now your legal guardian in both worlds"
"Um, thanks, Sirius but I don't need a guardian, well in the magical world at least" Holly cringed at the hurt look on Sirius' face.
"This links in with what we need to talk to you all about" Hermione piped up while kissing Holly on the cheek.

Five minutes later the Grangers were looking at Hermione's copy of there marriage certificate in shock.
"Okay so my fourteen, almost fifteen, year old daughter is married to her thirteen-year-old female friend?" Chris asked
Holly and Hermione nodded nervously at the blank look on Chris and Jacqueline's faces.
"Okay, this is a lot to take in. Just give me a moment okay?" Jacqueline asked while taking deep breaths
"If it helps I'll be fourteen on July thirty first" Holly piped up.
"What about children?" Jacqueline asked
"um well" Hermione shifted nervously
"Hermione," Chris said in a warning tone.
"Well I asked Madam Pomfrey since I know Holly wants a family and I'm not opposed to a few children, not till after we finish school though, and we have two choices. One is we could adopt a child then perform a ritual to replace the child's mother's DNA with one of ours but we would need to be seventeen for that as our magic needs to stabilize first."
Both Grangers nodded to that while Chris waved Hermione to continue.
"the other option is a potion which we could get from the hospital St something?"
"St. Mungo's" Andromeda supplied "I'll explain if you want Hermione I'm one of the few witches who is licensed to give it out"
Hermione gave her a thank full nod.
"Usually the potion is used by people with a very low chance of conceiving. The basic idea is they come to see me we make an appointment add both their blood to the potion the wife then drinks it and she comes back about a week later to see if she is pregnant"
"would this work for both of them?"
"no reason why not they could both take it at the same time if they wanted double the chance of getting pregnant. But it is expensive and only has a twenty per cent chance of working which is why most people don't use it".
"Okay that's one worry solved" Chris replied sighing while the two Potters smiled at him
"Would there be any stigma with them being in a homosexual marriage?"
Seeing the blank look on the Weasley's, Tonks and Sirius's face, Holly rolled her eyes
"It means the same gender as a posed to heterosexual which is opposite."
"Nope." Sirius replied popping the p, "As it's a soul bond the law prevents anyone from trying to force them apart legally. It's life in prison if some interfere with the bond as it could kill them"
They all cringed at that.
"Okay, last point against it in my head, what about the other two people they could be bonded to?"
"there has never been a recording of anyone finding two, never mind all three, of there soulmates so no idea. Sorry." Andromeda piped up
"So assume it won't happen and cross that bridge if it does," Chris replied with a nod.
"Daddy?" Hermione asked in a worried tone.
Chris exhaled then knelt beside Hermione "I'm happy for you, believe me, it's not that you married another woman that's shocked me. Hell, I knew both gay and lesbian couples at university." Hermione surged forward pulling Chris into a tight hug. After a moment Jacqueline came over and pulled Holly in making it a four-way hug.
After everyone had sat back down and calmed down a bit, Sirius cleared his throat.
"Okay, now what about holiday plans because between mandatory hospital appointments, buying a house in America, sorting my house here, and reviewing all the family investment's, I'm going to be busy until about the end of August?"
"Um, we were going to invite both Holly and Hermione to the world cup on the twenty-second of August" Molly called out.
"Huh, that works." Holly mused aloud. Seeing the questioning looks Hermione pipped up.
"We talked about this last night. Our rough plan was since Holly has to go to America for a little while to sort some family stuff out, we were going to do that then spend August with my parents."
"Works for me." Sirius piped up "And I think I know what you Family stuff is. If I am right then say hello to Chiron"Andromeda's eyes widened then shot to Holly.
"We are fully booked up till July twenty-fifth so no problem there from us"
"Hmm, can you be back for the ninetieth or twentieth dears?"
"Easily Mrs Weasley"
"Okay, so hows this, Holly and Hermione spend July in America sorting whatever it is they need to sort out, come back here late July, Early August," Jacqueline paused and looked at Hermione. The newly married couple shared a look before nodding at her "Meet up here on the twenty-first August so the kids can do there shopping, and if you don't mind Molly could you put them both on to the train?" getting a nod from Molly, Jacqueline looked around the room seeing no objections from anyone.
"Right now that's all sorted I need to be going"
Andromeda piped up "I've got work in a few hours and need to get showered and changed can I have a quick word in private Holly?"
Nodding Holly followed her out into the corridor.
"Okay, just so you know we, that is the blacks, are what is know as a legacy. We had an ancestor who was a son of Hecate. Now you don't need to tell who but which side was it, dear"
"My mums Aphrodite."
"Okay, and you have Lily's eyes from blood adoption I take it?"
Holly just nodded.
Giving Holly a pat on the shoulder Andromeda walked off while Holly slipped back into the room.
Looking around, Holly saw Percy talking to Tonk's, and Sirius was talking with Molly, Hermione, and her parents.
Sitting down with Ron and Ginny, Holly was curious as to why Ron had such pained look on his face.
"You okay Ron?"
"Huh, yeah just trying to remove the mental picture of you and Hermione." Ron gulped at the glare Holly sent him.
"Don't get me wrong. It's hot, but you are like a sister so it's just not an image I want you to know?"
"Yeah I do, and thanks, Ron. You and the others are like the siblings I always wanted"
"I think it's a nice plus. I always wanted a big sister instead of my brothers and now I have two" Ginny added before hugging Holly. Holly just smiled and hugged her back. They may not be related, but she couldn't agree more, she loved having a little sister in Ginny. She was sure Hermione would too.
