Chapter 1

Jorgen Von Strangle was puzzled as he sat going over the file, never in his life did he ever expect to see this. A lawsuit had been filed, and now it was becoming a gigant hot button topic through the fairy-world. Thanks to the fairy press they had made this even worse; the Anti-Fairies had filed a lawsuit which wasn't unusual, but what was unusual was the people who the lawsuit was about. Timmy Turner's parents, he had declared a declaration of inhuman activities something that hadn't been done for over a millennia. As he read the court papers, it was extremely detailed, and then it hit him. "Oh my gosh, this was planned. I need to warn Cosmo and Wanda!" He grabbed his wands, about to slam his giant wand down only to hear a woman's voice call out.

"Jorgeon!" He smiled as his beautiful wife the Tooth Fairy emerged, and she seemed to be in a panic. "You have been called to appeal in Fairy Court." He looked at her and frowned, there was no way it could have happened this fast.

"Great. I haven't even had time to get all the information," he looked down and she kissed him. Jorgeon relaxed, and she broke the kiss with her finger on his bottom lip.

"Wanna tell me what's going on?" She asked seductively and he went silent for a moment trying to think of a way to explain it to her. "Cause this doesn't seem like normal considering the fact we are fairies, and can just summon us to the court. And they even sent Binky around to inform me."

"Let's say I have to stop this court from happening or some really bad things are going to happen. And when I say bad things I mean destructive." She looked puzzled and before she could respond he snatched a kiss from her, and slammed his wand on the ground disappearing with a whiplash of the floor. And she frowned, he just left her like that without saying a word, and she rolled her eyes and moved towards the files that were laying around and using her wand summoned them all into a neat row.

"So disorganized." She muttered and plopt up the first file, and then it hit her, a lawsuit that would make bad things happen. Timmy Turner's parents were being sued, she didn't even know fairies could do that. And picking up the papers, she started organizing, and reading it as quickly as she could not knowing when her husband was going to be back, and the only thing she could feel was anger.

Fairy Court

Jorgeon reappeared into the court, and Anti-Cosmo was furious, "What took you so long? This is a court show up on time!" He was not happy, Jorgeon looked at the anti-fairies, and then saw somebody else H.P. "Ah yes I would like you to meet my prosecutor Head Pixie." Jorgeon's jaw dropped and he looked towards the judges, and was even scared the entire Fairy Council was sitting there with impending eyes.

"What is going on?"

"Our court-" H.P. cut Anti-Cosmo off before he could finish his sentence, and he healed a gray briefcase.

"We're here to file an endangerment case against Timmy Turner's family for child neglect in court. A law that hasn't been used in over a millennium as I'm pretty sure you're aware of." He could only chuckle, "Keep in mind this is only the first part of the case, as we're here to gather the information on the case. And as required by section 6 clause IV all court cases shall be open and democratic."

"What's your point!" He shouted, and the Fairy Council didn't say anything watching the case as it went off. "You fools have no right within any court in Fairy World! And that stature shall never be used by anyone-"

"Actually Jorgeon," He paused and turned towards the leading judge who wore the blue robe. "The Anti-Fairies do have a legitimate case. And applied for the stature six-months beforehand and has been approved, Jorgeon. And as such you and Cosmo Cosmo will be the defenders for the case."

"What?"

"And if the Turners win the case, Cosmo and Wanda will be reassigned, if they win Turner will lose his birth parents forever. On top of that this case will contain a grand jury which means all of Fairy World will be voting in this case. After all it's not very often the Stadulf Stature is initiated, it's been quite a long time." The fairly council confirmed and Jorgeon the self proclaimed strongest fairy was shaking in his boots. Never in mis life did he want to go through that again, after being forced into law school that was the last thing he wanted to do.

"Is there any way to overturn the stature?"

"A grand Jury or false evidence has been found, which you can't see and would need unequivitable evidence. Do you have such evidence?" Jorgeon shook his head, "Then no you can't. Now then gentleman any last concerns?" The fairy council shook his head, and with that Anti-Cosmo and H.P. left, and Jorgeon turned towards the Fairy council. "Now then Jorgeon we will need to advise you on what to do, and you must do it without being detected." And soon the room went dark, and the council told him what they wanted throughout the case, and the man didn't like it.
