This story is in Emily's point of view the whole time, so try not to get confused. It's also not connected with my other story, Keira K. Meets Phineas and Ferb. Hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: I don't own Phineas and Ferb, the only character I own in this story is Emily.

Hope you enjoy! (I'll be adding chapter titles soon)

{Chapter 1}

I open my eyes as I wake up, to my dad's evil jingle. I know what that means. Dad's nemesis, which is actually a platypus, just arrived.

I start to get ready, so I grab some clothes to wear. Light green jeans, a pink long-sleeved shirt, and I'm already wearing dark purple earrings. I walk out of my room and go downstairs. I look over to see the platypus in my dad's trap. He's currently telling the animal his backstory, which are always very, very boring. I then decided to start making myself some cereal.

My dad was suddenly punched in the face, by a small teal hand. I like watching the platypus fight him. It's kind of funny, actually. The two continue to fight, not noticing me watching them. The platypus suddenly pressed the button on my dad's "inator". The button that ruins his whole plan, the button that destroys his whole invention. That button was the self-destruct button. I mean, why does he even put those on there? It's really stupid, to put a button like that on your brand new machine. I just don't get it.

Dad yelled at the platypus as he flew away on a little jet-pack, "Curse you Perry the Platypus!" Oh yeah, that's his name. Perry.

"Yesss!" I say quietly, and I pump my arm.

"Dad, you're not evil," my older sister said as she came into room. "You're just trying to be."

He looked sad. "Honey, I'm evil and you know it."

"Uh, actually, Dad," I said. "I think you're evil-"

"See, see? I knew it! Vanessa, your sister said I'm evil!" He did a little happy dance as he said the last sentence.

I sighed. "You didn't let me finish. Here's what I was saying... You are evil, but you're also kinda dumb. If you were smarter, the evil would actually show in you. Do you get it?" I said, as Dad walked away sadly. "I think you got it!" I called to him. I think I probably shouldn't have said that, but I don't care.

"Hey, Emily. You really think he's evil, don't you?" Vanessa asked me.

"Well, yeah. But I already said that he's too stupid for the evil to show anyway, so there's my answer."

"You probably shouldn't have said that."

"I know, but he needed to know eventually." I finished my cereal, and told my sister where I'd be. "Well, I'm gonna work on that machine. See you later, Nessa!" I went into my room, and sat down at my desk. I looked at the blueprints I found off some kid's website. They seemed pretty legit, so I decided to download and print them. My dad had gotten me all the parts already, and I had the tools, so I started building.

I was about halfway done with the project, when the doorbell rang. Vanessa was out with her friends, and Dad was busy working on some new plans, so I decided to answer it.

"Hi. Is Vanessa here?" a teenage girl asked me.

"Um, no. She just left."

"Do you know where she is?"

"No, sorry. Uh, who are you, by the way?"

"My name's Candace. I'm one of Vanessa's friends."

"I'm her sister, Emily. Nice to meet you, Candace," I told her as we shook hands. "So, why do you need to see her?" I asked. "Oh, and, you can come in if you want."

Candace came inside, and told me, "I just need to ask her something. But it's not that important. Um, what's it like having an older sister?"

"Why do you ask?"

"I was just wondering, because I have two younger brothers, I want to know how it might be for them to have a sister my age."

"Well, it depends what the age difference is. Vanessa and I are only two years apart. Your brothers?" I asked Candace.

"Phineas and Ferb are ten years old. I'm the same age as Vanessa."

"Okay, I'd say it's probably not the same, but me and my sister are pretty close. We hang out sometimes. Play games, and watch movies together."

"That's nice... me and my brothers don't usually get along. I'm usually trying to bust them."

"Bust them? For what?" I wondered.

"They always build crazy machines and stuff. I'm just trying to keep them safe. Once they even built a roller coaster!"

"Woah! Really?" I asked excitedly, and Candace nodded. "That is so cool! When can meet them?"

Candace answered, "Hm... probably tomorrow."

"Are you sure I can't today?"

"They're busy right now, but maybe-"

"Aw, man. Are you 100% sure they're actually busy right this moment?" I really want to meet them now. I mean, they like to build things, and so do I! Maybe we'll become friends, right away?

"Well... okay. I'll take you over to our house, and you can meet them."

"Oh, thank you so much! But I have to ask my dad, just a second," I told her, and I was freaking out. They build even cooler stuff than I do! Like, a roller coaster, really? That's amazing!

I was looking for my dad everywhere, but couldn't find him. Norm, his servant robot, suddenly popped out and scared me so bad, I jumped.

"Dad went out to the store. Do you need to talk to him?" the robot asked.

I was home alone? For how long? ...Never mind, that's not important right now. "Uh, yeah... thanks." I knew Norm would call my dad, so I thanked him in advance. "Hey, Dad!" I greeted. "Um, I was just wondering, could I go out with one of Vanessa's friends? I'm gonna meet her younger brothers."

"So you're finally gonna make a friend, huh? Sure, why not. It's about time," he answered. That's true, I actually don't have any friends... at the moment, at least. I just never go outside and meet any kids around my age, because I'm always building things. And you're probably thinking, what about at school? Nope. Never made any friends, ever. Not even at school. Other kids think I'm weird, just because I like to build machines. It doesn't make any sense, though! Well, at least they don't judge a book by it's cover, I guess... Although I'd probably have at least one friend by now if people did.

I tell my dad, "Okay, thanks. Bye!" When the video call ended, I ran back to where Candace was. "All right, I can come!"

"Cool, we better get going. The haunted house they made will disappear soon!"

"What do mean, disappear?"

Candace replied, "Whatever, it doesn't matter. Just follow me."

There's the first chapter. I don't feel like writing much right now but I will explain a few things, I guess.

I will reply to reviews or PMs next chapter, if there's any questions or anything like that. I think that's it, please follow and favourite!
