Enjoy Chapter 2 of how did we get here? I put lots of time and effort into this so I hope it's good I really do.

Chapter 2

Hinata activated her Byakugan trying to find a village or people. She gasped as she saw giant humanoid uh well uh... THINGS. The white eyed beauty shuddered at the horrible sight but was soon filled with rage. They were eating HUMANS as if they were snacks. The ground rumbled when they walked, some were disfigured and ugly while others resembled human beings.

She couldn't help but notice a weak spot on the napes. Was that how you killed them? Her answer was proven right when actual humans were flinging themselves at high speeds with swords sliced their napes the the ugly giants fell and did not rise again.

"T-There are weird humanoid things eating humans. I believe you kill them by attacking their napes," Hinata said never taking her eyes away. Akamaru whimpered in fear of what he just heard and smelt.

With that knowledge in mind they used chakra to propel themselves forward and jumped high into the trees joining the humans, though they were startled at their appearance. Leaping off the tree Hinata landed on the back of a giant on the taller side of the scale and used a single palm strike to the neck and the beast fell crushing others under it. Before it could reach the floor she caught onto another, noticing the strange creatures themselves didn't have much intelligence other than to grab a human and put it in their disgusting mouths.

Kiba ordered Akamaru to stand by some horses and used his long nails to slash at their napes. Pushing chakra into his nails he made them 3 inches longer than normal and sharper and way tougher. He took the beast down with amazing speed. Kiba saved a red haired girl with hazel eyes putting her onto a high tree branch before continuing his work.

Hinata saved a blue haired boy with dark red eyes from the clutches of a female beast though she didn't know as they had no genitals. Which begged the question, how were there so many? Hinata wasn't stupid. Long since seeing the weird things she knew she wasn't in the land of fire or even her world because there is no way. None. Not at all, that these carnivorous giants would roam her earth and them not be completely destroyed because they were a huge threat to humanity. Her world would have been in a uproar and the war that just went on probably wouldn't have happened because of the even bigger threats. They also weren't easy to deal with because they were strong and big and some even have speed on their side.

The same questions arouse in Kiba's head though he wanted to know why they ignored the horses and Akamaru completely but went after humans. He noticed that not all of them were dumb, mindless oafs, some had covered their napes but he simply ripped away their hands and finished the job. He noticed the bodies were definitely human like but a lot of them were built weird and he wondered how they were able to move with such deformed bodies. With a big shock he realized they weren't on their earth anymore. These things were such a big threat to humanity that they wouldn't be allowed to live in his world.

Soon all the humanoids were rotting, smoking corpses and Hinata and Kiba regrouped on a tree branch squatting. Quickly after they were surrounded by the other humans. 'Not surprised. I would be mad if they didn't suspect us' Kiba thought.

"Who the hell are you? No. WHAT the hell are you?" A man with a stoic face and short black hair with matching eyes said.

"Hinata Hyuga. This is Kiba Inuzuka and the dog by your horses is Akamaru. Where are we? Are we in the Land of Fire? Or the five great shinobi nations?" The woman knew that it pointless to ask but she had to be sure

"What? I've never heard of it. Ever." That confirmed it. The both of them thought morosely. 'Should I come clean? Tell them what and where I think I am? Yes maybe they could help me or I could help them.' Hinata thought eyeing Kiba who nodded reading her mind.

"Well I guess that confirms my suspicions. We aren't from this world, We're from another dimension to put it simply and we have no idea how we are supposed to get back and we could appreciate your help with informing us on this world," Hinata said calmly.

"Captain Levi, they must be telling the truth. They both took down Titans without OBM gear and with only their bare hands," Kiba concluded they were soldiers. This one is a girl with green hair with big greenish yellow eyes.

"Tie 'em up and let's take them back to the walls," They let themselves be tied up and put on the back of a horse with "Captain Levi" while Kiba was put on the back of a girl named Petra. With a whistle from Kiba, Akamaru was next to him seated on the floor.

The soldiers galloped on their horses firing weapons of some sort with colored smoke. They were surprised to see the big dog keeping up with their horses seemingly easily. 'Their signaling each other, must be' Hinata was again proven correct by Levi calling out orders and having them move around.

"Petra, Eld, Gunter and Oruo stay with me no matter what a keep a eye on the prisoners," the husky voice said and the named people squeezed in closer around the back and sides. Hinata wiggled a bit, her hands were behind her back and her mouth was gagged with a rope around her and Levi's waist keeping her on the horse. Concentrating chakra to the tip of her tongue and sharpening it she cut the rope in her mouth.

"Hello Levi I was wondering if we may run alongside you I'm terribly cramped and want to stretch my legs some more," the other were shocked looking at the rope in the girls lap looking as though a sharp blade cut it.

"What makes you think you could survive running the whole way back?" The man said.

"In my world we are ninja with the rank of jounin I assure you we will be fine," Hinata replied back. She honestly had no intention of ditching them, she wasn't to keen on living in the open with the ugly things. Wait. No what did that girl call them? Titans. Yea Titans. She didn't want to be out in the open with the Titans.

"Very well. You were able to get the gag out your mouth I'm assuming you can get out your binds?"

"Yes," Hinata used a minimal amount of chakra to line her arms so she wouldn't hurt the man but burn the rope. She then proceeded form chakra around her hands sharpening it to cut the rope. The people around her watched her in amazement. Careful to not hurt the horse she jumped off to the side and sped up a bit to be directly next to Levi who was shocked and looked at her weird for the way she ran, leaned forward with her arms outstretched behind her.

Kiba shredded the rope in his mouth with his sharp teeth and used his nails to do the same. He jumped off the horse onto Akamaru and jumped over the soldiers to stay by Hinata's side.

" So how do you guys think you got here?"

"I don't know. My world was having the end of a war when the two strongest of my world were going to fight because one wanted to tip the order of my world saying it was the best option. So the other tried to stop them. We ran after them because they couldn't die and they hit us simultaneously and we woke up here," Hinata said with a frown on her face.

"That's quite the story there, kid. You guys can't be more than 16 what are you doing in a war. You also said your the highest ninja rank at 16 when did you even start training? I have loads of questions and when we get back to the wall you won't be able to answer much with others asking the same so I'm asking now," Levi side eyed her.

"Well to start it off that war is a lot to explain. It was the Daiyoji Ninkai Taisen or the Fourth Shinobi World War was a gruesome battle and I'd rather not relive it as I am not able to see the peace it brought. I started training in my village's academy at 6 years old but we both had prior training in our clan's martial arts before then," Kiba said calmly.

"World war huh. What are you nations called?"

"In all they are called the five great shinobi nations, the land of fire with the village hidden in the leaves our home, the land of wind with the village hidden in the sand, the land of lightning with the village hidden in the clouds, the land of water with the village hidden in the mist and the land of earth with the village hidden in the rocks. All of them have distinct things about them like our village has very tall trees and lots of plants. The sand village is a desert, sand for miles and the heat is intense. The village hidden in the clouds is located in a range of tall mountains, and is literally hidden in the clouds. It's said that in the hidden mist village it never stops raining and true to it's name, the village is surrounded by a thick mist, with several mountains in the background, making it difficult to find by foreigners. Most of the buildings have vegetation growing on their roofs. The village hidden in the rocks is pretty self explanatory."

The people that were on horses behind them listened intently with shocked and intrigued faces.

"Why do you refer to them as elements? What was that strange technique you used it didn't see anything elemental," Levi continued who looked as though he was extremely intrigued.

"It's Chakra. Each nation has people who are born with certain elements not saying that if you have a certain element you move, no not at all it's just that people who are typically born in that nation usually have those elements and it can be associated with more than one element," Kiba explained

"So what are each nations elements and I still want you two to explain your technique,"

"Ok I will. So the land of fire has fire and earth. The land of wind has earth and wind. The land of lightning has lightning. The land of water has water. The land of earth had earth and water. There aren't just those five nations though there are many tiny nations and some do have shinobi but the main powerhouses are the great five. Two small ones I can think of with shinobi are the hidden waterfall village and the village hidden in the grass," Hinata explained. On the inside she was terrified. She wanted to go home back to the places she was talking about. She would miss Shino she knew he was going to be angry, hurt and depressed as he lost his whole team. Both she and Kiba missed him dearly, already she could tell.

"Now onto my technique that is a whole world of more explaining. To start simple elements can mix. Like earth and water makes wood, water and wind makes ice, fire and earth makes lava and another world of possibilities. For my technique it's not an element it's to put it quite simply me using my chakra to shut down someone else's through physical contact. It's very dangerous because in my world if you can't use chakra and haven't heavily trained in taijutsu you'd be sitting ducks. That doesn't mean it won't work against you because it is very very painful and can render you incapable of moving. My eyes are called the byakugan they let me 16 kilometers around me in X-ray vision and great detail."

"Kiba," Levi looked at him expectantly.

"My technique uses a lot of speed, adrenaline, pure muscle, quick- thinking and stamina. I also have a nin-dog who helps to boost the ante of my attack as you can tell Akamaru is mine and we work in partnership. They one you saw me used was me using chakra to make my nails, longer, sharper and tougher. I can turn into something like a speeding torpedo that is very dangerous capable of breaking bones, shredding skin, burrowing through people and causing concussions. It's extremely fast and hard to dodge. Another one of my common techniques is when I used chakra to coat me and Akamaru's bodies, that dulls others attacks and it also gives me enhanced senses, sharper teeth and nails, heavily increased speed and increases the intensity of my attacks," Kiba explained calmly keeping alert.

"Hmp this a lot to take in anyway we are almost there we'll be taking you to commander Erwin who will probably enlist you into the military but that may take a while since we have the 104th Cadets being drafted today."

"I would like to be in your military it's all I have been trained for," Hinata said leaning to the side of Kiba to stare at a 14 meter running towards them. "Let me handle that." With a conformation nod she leapt 15 feet into the air and body flickered onto the Titan's neck landing a palm strike the second she was their effectively killing the beast. Hinata body flickered back grabbing onto Kiba placing her head in onto him reveling in the familiar scent of him.

"I would also like to join your military like her it's all I have been trained for," Kiba asked politely leaning back into Hinata's friendly embrace understanding her. His mind drifted to Konoha 12 well Konoha 9 now that Hinata, Neji and himself were "dead".
