It was a quiet Day at the Bakugo house hold. With two four year old boys playing in a room. The first boy had bandages on his hands as his quirk has just manifested, and had damaged his hands with his explosion quirk. The boy has spiky blonde hair and is staring at his friend. The second boy had a messy main of green hair as he was drawing something in a note pad

Katsuki "what are you drawing Izu-kun."

Izuku " Kacchan in drawing a cat in blue but I can't seem to draw the tail right so I drew two and I'm going to erase the bad looking one.

"As they were talking there was a small light coming from the pad to which neither noticed. Izuku then exclaimed "Ow, what happened?" The two boys noticed that the drawing was gone from the note pad. As they were trying to figure out what was going on.

Katsuki exclaimed "The drawing it's on your hand Izu-kun!"

Izuku in panic "Get it off, please get it off!" As Izuku was panicking the drawing came off his arm and a blue cat was staring at them meowing constantly and somehow assertively

"Dang what cat is super noisy and acting bossy"

"Yah, I wonder what it want?"

Who knows? Well what are you gonna call it it's acting like a boss so maybe Meowster"

"That's a really good name Kachan." The green haired boy turned to the cat, and stated " your name is Meowster."

The cat glows then it stands on its hind legs staring at the two boys before speaking " Took you two long enough I was getting worried."

"Both boys yell "What" alerting the single adult down stares who started to walk up to see what had both boys yelling.

The cat then staring to the green haired boy then bowed "It is a pleasure to meet you my master. I am your quirk. Though I must say I'm rather surprised that the first thing that you summon was a monster like me. Well then it seems that I am your first summon I will have to teach you all about the things you can do. As well to what the other things you can summon can do as well." The cat then looks over to the blonde haired boy "First things first what are your names and why are you hands bandaged boy?
The blonde hair boys jumps before glaring at the cat "My name is Katsuki Bakugo my friend and your "Master", stated with air quotes, "is Izuku Midoriya, and my hands are bandaged from using my quirk."

The cat then looks at the boy and chuckles " Really then why don't you check them," before the boys could react the cat walks over using its claws to cut the bandages off the blonde boys hands to see that they are perfectly healed. The cat still chucking again states "One of my major ability is that I can heal people.

As the boys were marveling at the fact the boys hands were blemish free a man yells, Masaru Katsuki the blonde boys father yells "Nekomata foul beast what are you doing to those children. Get away from them now!"

The cat chuckling again stated "I am Izuku quirk so calm down I won't hurt you and I am completely bound to his will. Also you should stop yelling you may scare the children." As the cat stated this as the man looks over to the two boys and noticed that Izuku is starting to shake.

Im sorry uncle I didn't mean to." The boy stated with a sniffle.

Masaru grabs Izuku picking him up staring as he stared at the cat "It is not your fault I over reacted. The thing that says it's you quirk is known to hurt and even kill people." Making Izuku pale a little as the cat keeps chucking.

The cat stated "That's why I stated I'm surprised you summoned a monster like me as your first summoned creature. Now then shouldn't you call this boys mother to tell them of this development."

The man stared at the cat before he walked down the stares and had the boys follow him down the steps to call the green haired boys mother who was on a shopping trip with the blonde boy's mother. The man noticed that the cat was two steps behind them to make him feel more comfortable. He pulls out his cell phone and calls the green haired boys mother Inko.

"Hello Masaru, why are you calling?" Asked Inko

The man speaks into his phone "Izuku got his own quirk and he used it to summoned a Nekomata."

He then heard two voices one being his wife, "We are on our way now." Ten minutes later and the two boys were playing with the cat watching them in silence before the door burst open with two women coming threw the door one blonde and the other has green hair. The green haired woman was Inko and the blonde woman was Mitsuki. They both look over to to Masaru, the boys, and then finally the cat.

The green haired woman looked over at the blue cat before staring "So you are my son's quirk who are you and what do you do?"

The cat keeps the chuckle that he has had since he formed before stating "I am Meowster named by your son and his friend. I can do many thing but the one that should concern you the most is that I can heal people in an area around myself. Check the blonde boys hands as they are now completely healed. Also as I am the first thing your son summoned with one of his two quirks I am going to be the on the teach him all of his abilities."

The adult in the room noticed that Katsuki hands that were damaged from his quirk are now bandage free and the also notice that there is not a single mark on them. Inko then turns to the cat, "So you heal people, and you also stated two quirks?"

The cat starts a full laugh "It's more then just that but it has to do with my color. You see when Izuku draws something that something will come off that page and onto his body like a tattoo being inked on. He can then push said drawing off his skin and it comes alive. Then once he named it the creature then gains sentience. Then what color the creature is will show what effect will be given to those around his summons. His second quirk is a little easier to explain. If he is holding a color or has the color on his body, via the summoning tattoo he can then push the element out of his hands and attack with them. An easy example would be if he is holding red or has a red tattoo he can push fire out of his hands. Also he can unsummon a creature to where it will go onto his body in wait till it is summoned again. He can make the markings of his quirk invisible or move them around so they aren't so cluttered on his body, but if he makes a tattoo invisible then he cant draw that color to attack with. It would be best if he has one of each of his elements on his body so that he can attack." The cat starts rolling with laughter at the confused faces of the adults and the intriguing looks of the children.
Inko looks down "That is a lot to take in."
The cat getting its laughter under control stated "Don't you have to I don't know tell people about what he can do?"

The adults jump In realization. Inko then exclaimed "Yes we do we have to go to the QRA to get you registered and his quirk listed."

The cat stated "Shouldn't you also tell your mate?" Also that QRA thing sounds like a tomorrow problem for now let's have the kids play go to sleep and then we can handle all that government things tomorrow." While stretching then curling up into ball looking like it was about to take a nap.

Mitsusuki looks at the cat "well aren't you a lazy one"

The cat laughed "I am a cat being lazy is my nature."

Woot so this is the first time I wrote anything like this so if it's bad just let me know. Also I apologize for any grammar or spelling mistakes I am just one man lol. So tell me what I can fix and also if you like it then woot for me. Have a good one and I guess I need to thank the viral outbreak to get me to write anything.

Another thing as you can tell I'm tweaking things here and there as stated previously Katsuki and Izuku will stay best friends. Also Hizashi will still move, but it's due to force from his company but because Izuku has his quirk he will be a loving father and husband. He will also stay in contact with his family and will eventually come back.
