It was very peaceful day at Namek. Everything was going with flow. Kids were running around playing games, Elders were sitting in the village and watching kids play. Not a single worried look on the face of Namekians until one egg cracked and everyone in the village could sense the power of the newborn Namekian. The feeling the newborn gave to closest Namekians can only be described as fear. There wasn't any strong fighters in this village it was most peaceful and weakest of all.
Our guy just has been born and after a second he thought he was in egg so he started kicking and punching his way out. After a moment he cracked egg open as he came out of it. There he saw that all Namekians around him was looking at him. Not understanding why they are looking at him he decided to wait for someone to come. After a minute of silence the old looking Namekian walked to the guy who already thought that it was the elder.
Elder walked to the guy and picked him up. Then he putted him on the shoulder and started flying in direction of Guru's House. At this time our guy was trying to make Ki Blast with his right hand. After a minute of flying a house on a mountain could be seen. And after another couple seconds our guy made a Ki Blast and shot it at the lake that he seen nearby. It quickly flew like a bullet to the lake and when it collided big explosion could be seen and after the dust cleared there could be seen big crater with the size of two thirds of the lake.
Elder looked at the crater that almost evaporated the lake then at kid that did it. The reason most of Namekians feared the newborn was because he never suppressed his power this means it always at 8,000. After another decade of seconds Elder arrived at the Guru's Mountain in front of the house. There he met a strongest warrior of Namek, Nail, that greeted the Elder. They were talking about giving Nail the newborn for training because both thought about getting him stronger to make him heir of Nail's title but Nail declined saying about his need to defend Guru. Our guy didn't understand a thing they talked about but predicted what they talked. It continued for a minute before from the house could be heard old and loud voice that asked to come to it.
Nail and Elder obeyed and came to the house and started flying up to the hole in the roof that led to the Guru. Our guy was looking at the giant Namekian and thinking about what is going to happen next. Guru said that there is no danger and this means Nail could teach the child. Nail hesitated for a minute but words of Guru always right. But before Nail took the newborn, Elder decided to name him.

'Yes' Oragan thought as Nail took him and flew out of the house to the closest mountain. After Nail started flying Oragan has been trying to hide his power to not get caught and get control over his ki. He was somewhat successful considering he lowered his power to 4,200 but it was bigger than his normal and Power level but before he continued he asked 'What does normal power level mean?'
It means power level that directly is half of your power. But with the bonus of energy modifier.
'So It is my normal power level where I don't release too much ki.' Oragan thought before he noticed as Nail saw mountain and started flying there. Oragan thought about him being trained by Nail and getting stronger and the odds about how he gonna get trained in Martial Arts and Ki. After they landed Nail decided that a true warrior first need to learn so he first tried to teach Oragan namekian language.
Oragan didn't understand a thing what Nail said but when he started to draw he started to understand little by little. After a hour of teaching of language Nail started Ki training and showing how to do Power Up and Suppresion. Oragan didn't have any difficulties in Suppreaing but in powering he had them but not too many. Nail got slightly suprised at the rate Oragan learned things.
This is how days passed first there was a 'Language Class' for couple of hours and then 'Ki Training' for the rest of the day. At 3rd day Oragan started to understand Nail and at 5th started to talk. And now was the 7th day of the training camp and maybe because of his Super Namekian race or other reason Oragan was already about 6 inches taller than when he was born.
Oragan 'woke up' (but considering Namekians don't sleep this may mean the rest ends) and started remembering what Nail told him in the past week which includes Body Strengthening. Today was the day Nail would start the physical training. After 10 minutes Nail finally came back from Guru house because 'It was his duty to guard Guru.'
"I hope you're ready, but before that I need to tell you why is physical training important. First I need to ask you, what does overflow of ki does to the body?" Said Nail Lansing on the ground while thinking what to say next.
Oragan thought for a second and said " It make body grow bigger making it incapable of any other Ki absorbation stagnating the grow." He said standing up and trying as hard as possible to not talk nonsense on Namekian. Nail thought for a second about the answer and then said " Not exactly right but very close. It makes Ki be released into the nature making progress stagnate because body can't handle the ki."
Oragan made Mental note and continued waiting and listening to Nail which started saying "So now you understand why do you need to strengthen physical body first. The best way possible is to do a training that makes pressure on your body equal but there is a second most useful to make ki not overflow but you are not ready yet. Now to the point the first and easiest way to strengthen body little by little is to do various exercises that will strengthen the arms, legs and chest because mostly Ki contained in all of body but the main parts where you will put ki is arms and legs and chest is already the most ki overflowed place from the birth this means chest is most important part of physical training and second is muscles where you will put your ki and before you ask there is muscles on arms and legs."
Nail explained to Oragan the every single thing what can be questionable and he now understood how Goku was this powerful and had a strain on his body while using Kaioken. Then Nail started showing how to do pushups and squats and said to do 5 thousands of each. Oragan started doing them while flowing ki in his arms but Nail said that if energy will be used than progress will be only 1% out of 100% possible.
After couple of hours Oragan finally done all 5 thousand pushups and sweated like a rain was ongoing. After a minute of resting he started doing squats. But before he started he saw screen appear before him. First he got a little scared but then remembered that he had this thing.

After a couple hours he again completed the set of squats while sweating like a storm. He got 6 points in END and 2 in STR. But Nail still nowhere to be seen as he left when Oragan started doing his pushups and flew back to Guru. Oragan thought that he will come the next day and decided to go explore a little.
Oragan started walking in the direction of a Guru house just to try and climb it when he decided to ask question that should've been asked long ago. 'Where am I right now in time?'

'Huh cool' Oragan thought before focusing on looking forward and saw that he was around 50 feet away from the mountain. 'Time to climb!' Oragan thought while running to the mountain and after a minute he started climbing up the mountain.
