Hermione nearly had her leg shot off by one of the Iron Spiders this afternoon, so we've been in the bunker for several hours as Luna works on her leg. Fleur was not impressed by Hermione's rash decision to not pull back when Victor said too. I'm not either, as I was back at HQ getting some more updated information from the front lines.

Turns out that Her Majesty beheaded Voldemort last night in front of the enter world, wish I could have seen that happen. The old bugger was asking for it once he tried to fight against the Magic of the Life Debt, all his cronies were caught or found dying, mostly the Purebloods. Their wives are housing the IG (Intelligence Gatherers) every night now, we got assigned to Narcissa Malfoy. Thankfully her son, Draco, isn't home anymore, he's busy working on supplying ammunition to the front lines.

Narcissa is also helping our new replacement IG, Bellatrix Lestrange. Her mental state isn't the best so she's not ready for the stuff we do. Krum has also gotten some old radio equipment working, allowing Luna to get some much needed medical instruction from the Nurses back there. Hermione should survive this.

Harry rubbed his face, tired out from the exhausting effects of his unit, the closest thing to a family he had ever gotten, took a hit. Hermione was taken back to Narcissa's for some much needed rest and professional help, while Luna was glowering angrily, muttering about how the "Nargles caused her to act so stupidly".

Krum looked up, his rifle at the ready, "She'll be fine, but we need to move now, the Iron Spiders will lock onto this bunker in a few hours."

Harry nodded, "Get Fleur ready, I'll start on the trench moving forward."

Krum left as Harry pulled out his wand, muttering the trench formation spell as the dirt and mud shifted and moved. The magic making the trench that allowed for a person to crawl through it without any problems, well, except for the metal machines that the enemy made. The ground heaved as he focused on making the trench, the air raids were going on. This was the worst time but they had to move forward now.

I can't believe that we nearly lost Denmark because someone didn't properly etch in a Rune properly! We nearly got caught by a new design of the Iron Spider, HQ has called it the "Copper Scorpion". The metal meanaces are equipped with a light energy weapon, a smaller version of the Titan's anti-air cannons. Krum was nearly crushed by one of those things but we escaped.

Fleur has also been using the Apparation point more than us, turns out that her little sister has been added to the many resource collectors, so she's been trying to get her as our unit's collector.

Hermione has been out of it, Narcissa won't let her back until she has some proper training in Information gathering.

Harry wrote down some information on the Copper Scorpion, the larger tripods that had started backing up the Iron Spiders. They would be three or four heads taller than the Iron Spiders, equipped with a rapid fire energy cannon that was made for anti-infantry. He wiped his nose before dropping back inside the bunker, rolling to his knees as he looked up at Luna.

"Any news?"

She nodded, "The allies have pushed the invaders back, the Martian Front collapsed near Switzerland, allowing Allied troops and other heavy equipment to take back the country. However, the Martians are not pleased and are going to attack the front with more forces than we can handle."

Harry grimaced before thinking, "What if we cause some havoc?"

In the cover of night; Harry, Fleur, and Krum snuck into the Martian encampment and started to destroy objects and other things that looked important. In a few hours, the camp was in flames and the machines were unable to catch who had caused so much destruction.

We've managed to cross half of Germany, raiding and destroying any encampment we could but it's getting harder. There are millions of machines around and we've been forced to stay in the bunker more often than not. We've also gotten word that Hermione will be back soon unless something goes horribly wrong.

Can't write much as we have to move right now.

The Martians have pushed the Allies even harder than we realized, they've invaded and taken back the lost ground we reclaimed from them. However, they have also taken out major locations and forced HQ to rethink its strategy. We've now also gotten Narcissa, Bellatrix and Hermione with us and we've been unable to move much due to the Machines having been on guard duty constantly.

Most of the IG's have also been going home and staying put, making it harder for us. We have to do the brunt of the intelligence gathering but its getting worse every day. I'm deliberating whether to find a city and bunker down or stay the course.

- July 4, 1995 -

The word has gone out, the Martians have overrun the Allies. We got Gabriel before the Apparition points went down, as we are now stuck under what used to be a German city. I've been forced to realize that maybe something like this War shouldn't have happened if it wasn't for human faults…

Hopefully we survive and can fight back against the alien menace.

Harry groaned as he got up, looking out one of the small windows that looked out onto the ruins of this city. He spotted a squad of Iron Spiders, guarding a Heron as they moved past. He shook his head, not able to believe that the world fell that quickly, but he also knew that Humans were very smart and could survive this. He felt a certain veela's arms wrap around him and pull him away from that window.

"Leave them alone, we have to handle the others now." Fleur said, leading him deeper into the bunker.
