Chapter 2:
Mangle was sitting in the mess hall on the Normandy and next to her was Jessica who was complaining about Aizen.
Mangle just sat there looking out and she had an irritated look on her face, she was getting tired of hearing it.
"Hey, dude." Mangle said.
"What?" Jessica asked frowning at her.
"Can you like, shut the fuck up? Now I know I know, I'm being a bitch right now. But I don't give a fuck. If he killed you why don't you kill him or something? Why complain about it" Mangle said.
"How dare you tell me to shut the fuck up! Who the fuck do you think you are!" Jessica snapped.
Jessica gripped her rapier hilt and Mangle lifted up her Gatling cannon in one hand and propped it on the table.
"What is that?" Jessica asked.
"Oh that's right you are still learning about weapons of this era and past era's after your time." Mangle said.
"You're threatening me with a weapon? Oh, are you going to kill me next?" Jessica said puffing her cheeks in anger.
"Keep it up and I might." Mangle said.
"You are a little critter!" Jessica yelled.
"You are a woman!" Mangle shouted.
"Is that an insult or you being sexist!?" Jessica shouted.
"Whichever pisses you off more!" Mangle yelled.
The intercom turned on.
"We have landed on Khar'shan." Joker said.
"Shut up!" Both Jessica and Mangle shouted.
"Bite my head off why don't you..." Joker mumbled and turned off the intercom.
Everyone walked out of the Normandy except for Joker.
Serenity and Qrow looked at him.
"You coming?" Qrow asked.
Joker turned the pilot chair around.
"I won't do you any good. You'll have to wait on my sorry ass." Joker said.
"What do you mean kid?" Qrow asked.
"I have Vrolik Syndrome. I was born with brittle bones and a lot of fractures in my legs. I got braces on under my pants but I'd be quite slow, I can't run or fast walk." Joker said.
"So that's why you got a perfect ace pilot score." Serenity said.
Joker gave her a nod.
"Well, your help is still appreciated." Serenity said.
"Appreciated to be appreciated, commander!" Joker said.
Qrow and Serenity walked out of the Normandy and seen Jessica attacking Aizen with her magic abilities through her rapier.
"Oh for fuck sakes." Qrow said.
Serenity facepalmed.
"You fucking killed me!" Jessica yelled.
Aizen blocked each attack coming at him.
"Damn it, Jessica, we do not have time for this!" Aizen yelled.
"Yes, we do! This is going to make a great video! Now take your clothes off!" Mangle shouted filming them.
Cosmic walked up using her gravity control power to warp them both in a bubble of anti-gravity and separated them and then used a stasis like ability to hold them both still for a few moments.
"Thank you mom." Serenity said.
"No problem." Cosmic said.
"Okay, I need you two to talk this out right fucking now because this is starting to annoy all of us." Serenity said.
"Do not command me." Aizen said frowning at Serenity.
"I'm with Serenity on this one." Gin said.
"Agreed." Itachi said.
Aizen sighed and looked at Jessica.
Cosmic lowered her hands letting the stasis power unclutch both of them.
"Why did you betray us." Jessica growled.
"Remember the Oracle and what she showed me? I saw you and the others having your wishes granted to all of you and your wishes would have had roadblocks for me to successfully rule the planet of Gielinor. It would have been all mine but no, you all had to make your own hearts desires. I told all of you that it was my destiny, I was to rule the weak because the weak need to look up to the strong to survive." Aizen said.
"So you killed me but only severely injured the others to use them for what? Some strange war of sorts that you have seen?" Jessica asked.
"The visions given to me were mixed but one of them I saw was a war and Serenity here was apart of it. I used Alexander's time portal to send them to the right calculations while Zetsu gave them an amnesia potion. I and Gin watched it all unfold from a distance. The reason I killed you was to save you from a miserable life. I ended your suffering." Aizen said.
"Suffering?" Jessica asked.
"If you stayed you would have hated me for what I was doing. What I was doing was to rule it all, kill anyone in my way. It would have sickened you and in one vision, I saw you die a broken woman. I killed you to stop that from happening." Aizen said.
"The future is always in motion though, don't you remember what the Oracle said!?" Jessica snapped.
"I didn't want to risk it!" Aizen shouted.
"So you did it... to save me?" Jessica asked confused.
"I did it to save you and everyone. What I am doing now is to save everyone, but I needed help. I debated on bringing you back and well, here you are. I revived you back." Aizen said.
"Why me though?" Serenity asked.
"Because like me, you were tainted by the Crystalline. I lost my immortality to bring you, your friends, and my friends back. I tried to bring back all of you but even I knew it would take up a lot of the taint to do just ten of you." Aizen said.
Gin was starting to count people.
"Don't." Aizen said.
"Just seeing if I should correct you." Gin said.
Jessica walked up to Aizen and tearfully hugged him.
Aizen wrapped his arms around her shutting his eyes.
Everyone was waiting and the hugging went into over a minute.
"We need to get going." Sasori said breaking the silence.
"Right sorry." Aizen said.
Jessica looked at everyone.
"I'm sorry for my attitude." Jessica said.
"It's fine." Serenity said.
Jessica looked at Mangle.
"Aren't you going to say sorry to me?" Jessica asked her.
"Hahaha, no." Mangle boringly laughed and walked passed her.
Jessica's eyebrow twitched.
"Can someone explain to me why she was revived!" Jessica shouted.
"Because everyone loves me!" Mangle shouted.
"Because my stupid mind at the height of the pain made me think of her for some reason." Aizen groaned.
"Just admit that you revived me knowing you needed me and my talents." Mangle said.
Mangle crawled on her hands and feet sniffing.
"Shoot I can't smell scent- let me smell your butt." Mangle said leaning to Aizen.
Aizen pulled his sword out.
"Touch me or sniff me and I'll take you back to the afterlife." Aizen said.
"Ugh, you are such a buzz kill!" Mangle said.
Right when they exited the spaceport, they were greeted by six Batarians.
"Welcome to our Hegemony." One of them said.
"Hegemony?" Serenity asked.
"Since they aren't apart of the Federation they have their laws here that we must obey." Zayne told them.
"We will obey the laws here." Aizen said.
"Be sure you do human." The Batarian said.
"So where is the problem at?" Aizen asked.
"Here in the capital, come I'll take you to our leaders." The Batarian said.
Everyone followed him but Dray and Cosmic were still looking around.
"A unique city." Cosmic said.
The Batarian capital had propaganda signs around with Batarian military forces walking around with their guns out.
"Despite armed guards walking around showing off their big guns to scare people." Dray said.
Cosmic leaned on Dray and smiled.
Dray put his arms around her kissing her lips softly.
"I hope we have a chance to be alone soon." Cosmic said.
Dray and Cosmic noticed they was.
"Uh oh." Dray said.
"I'm sure we will find them. Come on let's talk privately back at the ship." Cosmic said winking at him.
Dray grinned and followed her back to the spaceport.
"Joker is in the Normandy so we will go into the Ebon Hawk." Cosmic said.
Right as the two entered the Ebon Hawk they seen Hide in the engine room scanning the generator for problems.
"Damn it." Dray said.
"I got an idea." Cosmic said.
Cosmic walked up to Hide.
"Hide." Cosmic said.
"Oh hey misses Starwalker!" Hide said.
"You look tired." Cosmic said.
"Well to be honest what's been going on has been hard to fully grasp and well I haven't slept too well." Hide said.
"I have just the thing!" Cosmic said.
"Really?" Hide asked.
Cosmic twirled her fingers and snapped a hypnosis into Hides' mind and it made him drowsy.
"Whats..." Hide began to say.
Before Hide fell over, Dray caught him.
"Good idea." Dray said.
Dray put Hide into one of the bunk beds and shut the door.
"Cockpit?" Cosmic asked with a wink.
"You know me too well C.C.." Dray said.
"How about we use my actual name for a change." Cosmic asked.
Dray smiled and kissed her.
"You also should have said a sexual joke when I suggested the cockpit." Cosmic said.
Dray sighed realizing he should of.
The two walked into the cockpit of the Ebon Hawk and shut the door behind them and locked it from inside sealing it up.
"What if we get a power malfunction?" Dray asked.
"Then we are locked in here together." Cosmic said biting her lower lip.
Dray smirked and the two began to make out.
