The next day, Cori goes to check on Fenton in his room.
CORI: Fenton? You g- Huh?
She flies over to a note that was left on the floor.
CORI: A note...
She unfolds it and reads it.
CORI: "Dear Cori, I know what you are thinking. Why have I gone missing? Why did I just leave and never tell you? Well, there's an answer for that. I wanted to have a personal moment to myself because of the things I overheard from you. You had said that we're not made for each other. Because of our SPECIES?! What is that crap?! Like, I know it was fun while it lasted, but what you were saying about me behind my back... was just soul-crushing. I am currently at the dock, and I may go to The Real Outside. DO NOT FOLLOW ME. Your broken friend, Fenton."
Cor is in complete despair.

Cori is about to leave, until she stops before she can.
CORI: Wait. He said to not follow him.
Sylvia enters the room and sees Cori next to the door.
SYLVIA: Cori, where are you going?
Cori looks outside and smiles.
CORI: I'm gong to set things straight!
She leaves and begins to search for Fenton.
