It was a day like most; it started with a sunrise and chirping birds. The occasional gnome fighting over Lazy Susan's fresh pie. It was as normal as a supernatural infested town in the middle of Oregon could get.
But unfortunately it all goes down hill for Dipper the moment he wakes up.
Dipper has always been sort of an introvert. He has friends of course but he just likes the creepy woods of Gravity Falls. So as any forest lover would do, Dipper woke up early in the morning (8am) to go out into the southeast side of the forest. Why the southeast side you ask? Well the southeast goes past Gravity Falls and connects with the neighboring town, Boring Oregon. Because of that connection Dipper often stays away, due to the fear of trespassing.
Journal in hand and a backpack slung on his shoulders, Dipper was ready to head out into the unknown part of the forest. Once he was outside he headed southeast into the forest to start his adventure. Along the way Dipper couldn't help but think about if he could encounter more supernatural beings. Does Boring even have supernatural beings? If it does will they be the same as Gravity Falls? With all of these thoughts whirling in Dippers head he barley even noticed when the birds stopped chirping and the paranormal went silent. No gnome, pixie or even the pterodactyl made a noise hear in the little clear that Dipper stumbled upon. It seamed as the whole universe knew of the chaos the clearing has. There in the middle of the clearing was a stone statue that looked like an old enemy of Gravity Falls, Bill Cipher.
"That's where you've been," Dipper said walking towards the stone Bill. Once he got within 2 feet of the statue he suddenly felt his body mindlessly reaching for the outstretched hand. Without any thought Dipper shook the statues hand. Suddenly there was a blinding light and it caught Dipper off guard as he tripped over his feet. He covered his eyes from the light, until he heard that all to familiar voice of the triangle demon. "Ah Gravity Falls it is good to be back! But, I never thought that out of all the meatsacks in the world, that PineTree here would be the one to free me!"
"What do you want Cipher? You are supposed to be dead, we defeated you!" Dipper said, still confessed about this whole situation.
"Well what I want is easy; I want to make a deal!" Bill responded.
"And what would make you think I would make another deal with you?!" Dipper inquired while standing back up.
"Oh you know, maybe the safety of your family, or knowledge" Bill replied waving his hand with his cane around while he spoke.
"Don't mess my family they have nothing to do with this," Dipper said. "What do you even want anyways?"
"Well what I want is simple; I want my freedom from this clearing so I can get into my vessel" Bill said shrugging his shoulders.
"Wait wait wait- 'Your' vessel? Since when do you have a body you were trapped in stone for 5 and a half years?!"
"That's none of your business Kid-"
"It is if you want to make a deal with me." Dipper said while smirking.
"
"I can't leave this clearing with my current form; I need to make a deal for a new one so I can be free." Bill said with his eye turned down like a frown
"What?"
A/N hey sorry this chapter is so short for the first one. I honestly didn't know how to continue with how I was writing and I didn't want to scrap the whole thing. that is why I left it on a cliffhanger. Not vary good for the first chapter i assume but hey this is my first. I will learn down the road of what-to=do's-and-what-not-to-do's! It would b great if you could point out my mistakes too.
