"Percy?" I asked, startled. He smirked at me. "Miss me much?" "Percy!" I screamed and gave him a huge hug. "Huh. Seems like you did miss me!" He said, and smiled at me. Now it was my turn to smirk. I grabbed his wrist. "Oh, no…" he said, before I judo flipped him. I put my knee to his neck and said, "Don't you ever leave me like that again, you Seaweed Brain!" He had the nerve to laugh! That red-hot ball of anger in between my ribs faded and I kissed him. An asteroid could've hit Earth and I wouldn't have noticed. Then stopping the kiss, he said, "Anyone else have instant Deja Vu?" I nodded, laughing. Who knew someone could have the same thoughts and feelings, for the same person, TWICE?
Someone else said, "Yeah! I remember barfing!" I whirled around. "LEO? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" I yelled. "Whoa, whoa. Calm down! I just brought some kids from camp with me!" He told me. "Aren't you a kid too, man?" Percy asked. "Yeah," Leo said. "Then why-" I face-palmed. "Forget it!" I told them, my eyes sweeping the crowd of demigods. I counted Thalia, Jason, Reyna, Piper, Hazel, Frank, Nico, Calypso, Leo and Will. "Seriously, Leo?" I asked, but inside I was overjoyed.
"Hi everyone!" Piper interrupted and pulled us into a big group showed restraint at first but then gave in."Oh come on!" I called Thalia. She still refused and stood with her arms crossed."Oh fine." She complained before joining.
"Ummmm, who are these people?" Matt asked from the background. My friend Audrey had come over when the commotion had started. I blushed and backed away to explain. "These are my friends from…. Camp. Will, Leo, Calypso, Nico, Frank, Hazel, Piper, Reyna, Jason, and Thalia. And I assume you've met Percy Jackson. My totally real boyfriend." At this, Matt stared down at his feet."Guys, meet Matt and Audrey. Audrey is my roommate."Hi!" They both said in unison. Audrey blushed, and I know why. She had told me that she had a crush on Matt before.
"Hey Annabeth! Who are your new friends?" A voice called. Uh oh, it was James! The annoying boy who wanted to date me and started the rumor that Percy wasn't real. Percy moved in next to me. "Hi! I am Percy!" Percy said stepping forward. James gasped. I held Percy's hand and then kissed him. He stared, defeated. Then he was about to say something when the bell ran away to his class, we all quickly discussed classes. Audrey, Will, Frank, and I had math. Percy, Hazel, Jason, and Reyna had science. Calypso, Leo, Nico, and Matt had all agreed to meet after class.
