So, how did you like the last chapter? I don't own any of the characters except my own. It wouldn't be a fan fiction if I owned the characters!
Zane's POV
Ninjago was...okay. It wasn't as great as Arendelle, but as far as cities go, it was okay. When I went with Sensei Wu, I pretended I didn't know who my parents were, and told him I was just staying there for the night. As far as I know, nobody knows I'm a prince. I loved my friends, but it just wasn't the same as Jack, Anna, and Elsa. I missed them greatly, but there was nothing I could do about it. There could only be one ruler of Arendelle, and seeing that Jack, Elsa and I were triplets, we had to decide who would rule. We decided to let Elsa rule, so Jack and I left and went our separate ways.
"Zane?" someone said behind me. I turned around and smiled.
"Hello, Sensei," I said as I bowed slightly.
"The others were just about to start a game of Charades. Would you like to join?" he asked.
"Of course," I said as I slipped back inside. Maybe this would help take my mind off of things. It was rather fun. Kai did a poor job mimicking a dragon, and Jay accidentally kept using his powers. Soon, it was my turn. I pulled a slip of paper out of the baseball cap on the floor, and read it. Ice. I had to mimic ice. I stood in front of my hands and started waving them around in front of me.
"Nothing," Lloyd guessed. I kept waving them.
"Air," said Cole. I kept on going.
"Bush. People. Treeple," Jay said. Kai snorted.
"Treeple's not a word, dummy," Kai laughed. I smiled and kept going.
Ooh sang a voice, and I froze. I looked behind me.
"Alarmed. Panicked. Disturbed," Jay continued as Nya slapped him on the shoulder.
"Jay, save some for the rest of us!" she smirked.
"Eh, game's over anyways," Cole said as he stood up. "Rematch?" I turned back to my friends.
"Oh, you know what? I think I'm going to turn in now," I said as I tried to smile.
"Are you okay?" Lloyd asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I'm just tired," I said as I walked out of the room. As soon as I entered my bedroom, I closed and locked the door. I looked out the window. I guess I should try to get some sleep, I thought. I laid down on my bed, and closed my eyes. Ooh. I snapped open my eyes. The voice came again. I crept outside into the hall. I saw a small orb floating, and began to follow it to the edge of the cliff. I started towards it, and I knew that Jack and Elsa heard the voice, too.
I can hear you, but I won't.
Some look for trouble while others don't.
There's a thousand reasons I should go about my day
And ignore your whispers, which I wish would go away.
You're not a voice, you're just a ringing in my ear.
And if I heard you, which I don't, I'm spoken for I fear.
Everyone I've ever loved is here within these walls.
I'm sorry, secret siren, but I'm blocking out your calls.
I've had my adventure, I don't need something new.
I'm afraid of what I'm risking if I follow you
Into the unknown!
Into the unknown!
Into the unknown!
What do you want? 'Cause you've been keeping me awake.
Are you here to distract me so I make a big mistake?
Or are you someone out there who's a little bit like me?
Who knows deep down I'm not where I'm meant to be?
Every day's a little harder as I feel your power grow.
Don't you know there's part of me that longs to go
Into the unknown?
Into the unknown!
Into the unknown!
Are you out there?
Do you know me?
Can you feel me?
Can you show me?
Where are you going? Don't leave me alone!
How do I follow you
Into the unknown? I thrust out my hands and closed my eyes. When I opened them, I was shocked. Ice shards were floating in mid air. I observed them. "Air, water, earth, fire," I muttered, remembering the story of the Enchanted Forest my father told me. They shards fell to the ground, making a sound that sounded like glass breaking. I heard something open behind me.
"Head to the cliffs!" said a voice in my mind. Suddenly, I was back in Arendelle, but it wasn't how I remembered it. The ground was churning, and the fire was out. The wind was pushing people back towards the cliffs, and I knew something was wrong. "You've been hearing a voice and didn't think to tell me?" said a young teen with red hair. Anna.
"I didn't want to make you worry," another teen said. She had pale blond hair and ice blue eyes. Elsa.
"We made a promise not to shut each other out! Just tell me what's wrong," Anna insisted. Elsa sighed.
"I woke the magical spirits in the Enchanted Forest." The world was a blur of color, and I was back to where I was standing.
"What are these?" said a voice behind me. I turned, half expecting to see the comedian of the family, Jack. When I saw who it was, I let go of the breath I didn't know I was holding. It was just my friends.
"Zane?" Cole said making his way towards me, taking care not to step on the ice. "What are you doing out here?"
"Um..." I said. Should I tell them the truth? "I need everybody over here, including Sensei." He glanced at me suspiciously before calling the others. Soon, everybody was on the edge of the cliff where the monastery stood.
"So, what are we doing out here?" Jay asked.
"Zane needs to tell us something," Cole said, gesturing towards me.
"..."
"Did you pull a Sensei on us?" Kai grinned before getting hit in the head with a staff.
"I am here, Kai," Wu said calmly, and Kai smiled sheepishly, rubbing his head. I inhaled deeply.
"Don't get mad, but I've been hearing voices," I blurted out. Silence.
"You what?" Jay gasped. I shrank back ever so slightly.
"Yeah," I said as my voice trailed off.
"So, you're telling us that you've been hearing voices and didn't think to tell us?" Lloyd said. I thought about how much he sounded like Anna.
"Pretty much," I mumbled. I exhaled. "Look, I need to leave. Right now."
"We're coming with you," Cole said as everyone else nodded.
"No, you're not," I said making my way back to the monastery to pack.
"Yes, we are," Lloyd said as he caught up to me. I sighed in frustration.
"Fine." Soon, we were ready to leave, and I had told everyone to follow me.
"Stay safe, my pupils," Sensei said. I nodded, summoned my elemental dragon, and flew away into the night.
Jack's POV
Being a Guardian was fun. Basically, we made sure kids believed in us. When I say 'us', I mean Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Sand Man, and me, Jack Frost. But I wasn't always a Guardian. I used to be heir to the throne of Arendelle, but left because there were to many heirs. There was Anna, the little ball of energy who always wanted to play, Zane, who was the quiet and sensitive one, me, who was the family comedian, and as my family says, the obnoxious one, and Elsa, who was a mix between Anna and Zane's quiet side. I was at the North Pole with the others, having a good time.
Ooh a voice sang. My smile faded, and I looked behind me.
"Jack?" someone said. I turned back to see Tooth hovering a few feet off the ground. "Jack, are you okay?" I stuffed my hands in the pocket of my hoodie.
"Yeah, I'm fine," I said with a small smile.
"Hey, is that a lie?" Bunny said accusingly. I sighed.
"No. I'm just a little tired," I said as the wind carried me to my room.
Ooh the voice said again. I looked up from the ground. Somewhere far away, I knew Zane and Elsa could hear the voice to.
I can hear you, but I won't.

Into the unknown? I slammed my staff against the floor, and a white light enveloped the room. Pieces of ice with engravings on them hovered everywhere. I plucked four from the air and looked at them. "Water, fire, earth, air," I said aloud to myself, remembering the story our father used to tell us.
"Head to the cliffs!" yelled a voice in my head. Suddenly, I was back in Arendelle, but it was...different. The ground was rolling up and down, and the fire in the street lights was out. The wind was whisking people to the cliffs, and I knew something was wrong. "You've been hearing a voice and didn't think to tell me?" a young teen with red hair said indignantly. Anna.
"I didn't want to make you worry," another teen sighed. She had pale blond hair and ice blue eyes. Elsa.
"We made a promise not to shut each other out! Just tell me what's wrong," Anna insisted. Elsa sighed.
"I woke the magical spirits in the Enchanted Forest." The world was a blur of color, and I was back in my room. I stood frozen for a moment. Something was wrong in Arendelle. I rushed back to the main room and started towards the front door.
"Hey buddy, where ya going?" Bunny called after me. I stopped and looked back at my friends.
"What?" I asked innocently.
"You just kinda rushed out the door," Bunny said.
"Uh..."
"Jack, is there something you want to tell us?" Claus asked.
"Okay, so I may or may not have been hearing voices telling me to go into an Enchanted Forest," I said sheepishly.
"You're joking, right?" Bunny laughed nervously.
"Nope," I said.
"We're coming with you," Tooth said.
"That's sweet, Tooth, but I need to do this, alone," I said as I gave a small smile.
"Tooth's right," Claus said standing up. "We need to come with you."
"Okay, looks like I'm outvoted, so come on!" I shout as I run outside.
"Wait for us, Jack!" Tooth yelled. I gave a small smile, wondering if Zane and Elsa would be there.
Voila! Chapter 2! How did you like it? Next chapter, they go into the Enchanted Forest and see each other.
