Third POV

After Micheal has left, aleister is now examining his bike for any problems. This are mainly vacume leaks and carburetor issues are the most common, since this is an old engine that he got cheated on by some smhuck.

But luckily thanks to Micheal and rile, they help him out getting the engine properly working. there are still some issues to look out for. But hey, he will take a operating vehicle over a dead one.

As aleister was too busy on fixing his bike, he didn't pay attention that there was someone else in the room. That's until the figure cleared his throat.

????: excuse me young man.

aleister: sorry. but stores close today. come back tomorrow.

the main can only sweatdrop at his response. aleister didn't even bother to look at him.

????: is impolite to not look at the person who your talking to.

aleister sighs and look at the man. the man have white hair, small black glasses on his face. he was wearing a black suit and vest, green turtle neck with a cross on it and a cane. Aleister's eyes widened a bit as he is seeing ozpin, the headmaster of beacon.

aleister: now why would the head master of beacon be in a simple mechanic shop?

ozpin: you heard of me?

aleister: who doesn't? your one of the most recognizable huntsmen in remnant. and one of the most famous headmaster's too.

aleister didn't know why is he here. seriously, why would a headmaster go in a mechanic shop? there are plenty in vale. better yet, why is he in argus?

aleister: your a long way from vale. what brings you here, in argus?

as aleister said this, he carefully put his motorcycle to the ground and removed his blue overalls. And put out them on the work bench.

ozpin: im here looking for someone.

this made aleister chuckle. the headmaster looking for someone in argus. Whoever this person is, he or she is important and the first place he look is in a mechanic shop.

aleister: well whoever your looking for, your won't find them here. Then I suggest somewhere else, than a store that fix vehicles.

with that said, aleister grab his jacket and gloves. he turned the lights off in the other room and lock the door, as he was about to turn around, what ozpin said next cut him of his tracks.

ozpin: im looking for prometheus.

the name prometheus made aleister stop. he stood there for a few good moments, staring at space as his past memories all come rushing down.

' no... no! please! mercy!'

' I DON'T DESERVE TO DIE!!!!'

' have mercy one us! ahhhhh!!!!'

' i did nothing wrong!!'

' you monster!!!'

' demon!'

' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!'

Aleister quickly snapped out of those thoughts. those memories... he left that all behind. he left that life a long time ago. aleister then look at ozpin, and quickly got his barrings on.

aleister: your looking for prometheus? the vigilante that killed more white fang and criminals in argus's history?

ozpin: yes. i hear that he disappeared a year ago .

ozpin heard this from the news. prometheus have suddenly disappeared without a trace. he is the most wanted man in atlas, argus, and mistrial. Killing of dozens of criminals, white fang. And for him to just disappear like that is no easy manner.

search parties have been looking for any trace for prometheus, for a number of weeks by the time he disappeared. but they found nothing, now their asking for any information about him so they can have a lead.

aleister: yeah, he disappeared. so good luck on finding a ghost.

with that aleister put his jacket and gloves on. he was about to go but ozpin look at him.

ozpin: i don't have to look for him for long, aleister wulf.

aleister stopped at his tracks and look back at back at the headmaster, with a slight unrecognizable alarm look on his face.

Ozpin: you can stop hiding now... Prometheus.

After he this aleister just look at ozpin for a while, before giving off a short laugh.

aleister: you think i'm him? you must be delusional old man.I'am just a simple mechanic. Not a murderer.

His was hoping that the headmaster would by the act. Lure him to a false truth. But ozpin just continue to look.

ozpin: young man, im may be old, but i am far from delusional. i know that your him.

Aleister still keeping the act look at him with defiance. This man has no proof. Even if he did the case would be cold by now. But right now he need to keep the act up.

Ozpin saw his defiance and pull out a tablet. He pulled out a footage and give the tablet to aleister.

Aleister: what's this?

Ozpin: the evidence.

Aleister then look and saw the security footage, files on prometheus, a lot of gathered data about him, his where abouts, and last scene

Ozpin: this part requires a bit of explanation. After prometheus's disappearance have reach the news, I phoned in some connections that I had and assembled a personal investigation unit on him. We search for all the possible leads we could find, white fang bases, security footage, victims, and fighting techniques. During our investigation, we stumbled on a vital clue. A strand of red hair. Red hair that we run DNA test on, and it belongs to you. So we went in your records and files. Your name background everything

As he said this aleister was checking all of the information that ozpin have gathered and he curse under his breath. Looks like the cat was out of the bag.

Ozpin: so, there's no use hiding it.

Aleister then sighs and narrowed his eyes at the headmaster. The amount of time that he have spent covering up his tracks, all of it wasted. He thought that he could leave that life for good. but with all the evidence, there is no question it that ozpins is more than what he seems. Looks like there is no point in hiding.

Aleister: fine... You got me. I'm prometheus.

Ozpin: I know. But I didn't expect him to be so young, especially for his mid teens

Aleister: soo now what? You going to take me to prison? Is that what your here for? do you have the police, huntsmen, huntesses gathered around the shop? Are they waiting for their queue to arrest me?

Aleister then look around from any signs of backup. Since this is the headmaster after all, he might as well have back up.

As he does this, ozpin still look at him with a slight bewildered look on his face. Though he can't blame him. But arresting him isn't why he was here.

Ozpin: i can reassure you Mr. Wulf that I come alone.

Aleister just raise his eyebrow at the man.

Aleister: then why are you here for?

Aleister doesn't really know what's ozpins goal is. Here he pulled out the fact that he is prometheus and have evidence to support it. And yet, he isn't here to turn him in? He continues to look at him waiting for his reply. Finally ozpin spoke.

Ozpin: I have a proposition for you.

That got Aleister's attention. The headmaster of beacon have a deal for him? Then what was the point on knowing his past?

Aleister: what is it?

Ozpin: I came with a proposition for you, tk have a new start at life.

Aleister: what do you mean?

Ozpin: I came here to offer you a new chance. No one will know that you are prometheus, and the entire evidence that support the claim will be gone. All you have to do is join beacon.

This shocked aleister, all of the evidence that he saw, all the solid conclusion, the DNA test result, everything, would be gone if he just join an academy?

No. It couldn't be that easy. Especially this. what Ozpin have in his hands is enough evidence to put him to jail, possibly an execution.

Aleister: your lying. There is no way in hell that is what your here for. Don't yoh realize what you have in that tablet?

Ozpin: I am quite aware of that, Mr. Wulf. And believe it or not, I'm telling the truth.

Aleister: why? Why go all the trouble? The investigation, the evidence, all of it? Why do all that just to send me a deal to have a brand new start at life?

Ozpin: because I'm old enough to see that you, aleister Wulf, have potential. Despite you being a wanted man, you have the potential to do great things that you, yourself didn't realize that your capable of.

Aleister have taken the time to think on what ozpin just said. Is he right? Does he have potential to do some good for others? How could he just let a killer join to one of the best schools in remnant? His mind started to wonder back to his past, his time as prometheus, the pile of dead bodies that littered through out the floor.

Every night he plague his mind on the Thought of what if he became a monster? That he is far too deep to be saved? The screams and pleas of his victims haunts his mind evertime he sleeps, reminding him of the monster that he was becoming, and the demon that lurks in him.

He wanted to leave it all behind. To start fresh, and live happily. That's all he wanted. But is he capable on making it? He wasn't that naive

Aleister then look at ozpin and notice that he was waiting for his response.

Aleister: what if your wrong? What if you made a mistake?

Ozpin has taken his time a bit to reply to his question. Before he answers back

Ozpin: Mr. Wulf. I have made more mistakes in my life than any other person in this planet. Believe me, I do. But it's up to you to made that choice.

Ozpin them give aleister his card and look at him.

Ozpin:I'll be leaving in three days. If you ever made up your mind, come by the train. Think carefully.

With that he started to leave. Aleister just stand there watching the retreating figure of the headmaster leave the shop. He look at the card and sighs.

He need to think this over.

With that he hop on his motorcycle, and stops. He takes several moments before going in his shirt and started to fish out something. He pulled out a necklace.

It was a raven skull molded necklace. The skull is loop together by a ring with a rope like design to it. White each side have a silver ball, and a cylinder with carving on it.

Aleister stare at it before placing it back and drove off.
