Six months later...

Chronoa, also known as the Supreme Kai of Time, began looking over multiple time and space anomalies, leading to her muttering, "This… this is bad." At that moment, Goku and Trunks walked into the Time Vault through a portal.

"Man, I didn't realize how strong you had gotten, Trunks!" Goku said,, wiping the sweat off his face with a towel.

"Well, I have been training really hard, after all. Dealing with Time Breakers really toughens you up." Trunks remarked. He then saw Chronoa fretting, whilst examining multiple time scrolls, leading to him asking, "What's the matter, Supreme Kai of Time?"

"According to this, leagues of deceased people in multiple dimensions have been resurrected. It's concerning, and while out of my jurisdiction, it's a problem that must be stopped." Chronoa explained,

"Hold on, Dimensions? You mean like the Dimensions that Goku Black opened ripped open that one time?" Trunks asked.

"That was a completely different scenario, in which he opened a rift to multiple different alternate realities. The Dimensions that I refer to are much more complex." Chronoa explained, taking a more serious tone. "You see, there exists multiple separate versions of our Milky Way Galaxy, in a near-infinite number of Dimensions. While there are multiple versions of the Earth, each version of the Earth, or its respective dimension, is protected by a hero, or horde of heroes, that are willing to protect it. Of course, with every hero, comes a sinister villain, and any time they step up, those heroes end up stopping them every single time. I'll admit, we've lost a few Dimensions in the past, due to the heroes falling, and villain ending up destroying their universe. But that only happens a fraction of the time!"

"Okay then, so why are these Dimensions getting messed with have to do with us? We stop time anomalies! If these dimensions are being protected, then it's not our problem, is it?" Trunks asked.

"You're only half right, Trunks. And I don't know why they've come back… unless… Oh no." Chronoa realized, before rushing over to the scrolls, looking for a certain one, realizing it was missing.
"NO! I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE LET IT OUT OF MY SIGHT! HOW COULD THIS HAVE HAPPENED?!" Chronoa screamed.

TRUNKS
Supreme Kai of Time, you're not making any sense. What's so important that you can't let it out of your sight?

...

...

Silence.

"*sigh* I guess it's okay if I tell you two." Chronoa said.

Flashback (italics is Chronoa's narraration)

"I entrust this scroll to you." Universe 7's former God of Destruction told her, handing her the scroll.

"Are you sure I'm ready, Lord of Destruction?" a young Chronoa asked, taking the scroll.

'Multiple deities have held this scroll in their possession for eons." the once-destroyer told her. "I plan to retire soon, since I've taken a young protege under my wing, but he's a bit of a hothead... So I'll trust it in your care until he's matured enough to wield such power."

'Once every millennia, an ancient artifact is passed down from deity to deity, across separate dimensions. This artifact is known as the "Omni-Dimensional Scroll".'

Chronoa thought of the many past holders, each and every one of whom were deities.

'It was in only in absolute peril that the higher deities used it to interfere within the multitude of dimensions. Whenever there was a threat that could not be dealt with conventionally, the deities of the multiple Dimensions came to a unanimous decision to interfere. However, doing so had dire repercussions. With each new entry written in the book, another dimension would spawn a much more dangerous threat, and with each bigger threat, the heroes in said would dimension have to take down that threat. Some even lost their lives.'

Flashback End

"So what you saying is, if it's a book meant for deities, then what would happen if a mortal got their hands on it?" Trunks asked.

"Absolute chaos." Chronoa told him, dead serious. "Whomever controls the scroll controls all of reality. Control reality, and you can do whatever you please without consequence. Raise the dead, obtain for all the known and unknown riches in your world, lead the world with organized crime, nuclear codes of the multiple Earths… In short, it'll be absolute, unrestricted hell… and I have a horrible feeling it'll be coming our way."

"I have a feeling it'll be coming sooner than you think." a voice said, obstructed by a pillar.

"Who's there?! Show yourself!" Goku shouted.

The person came out from behind the pillar, saying, "Come now, I'd have thought you of all people would have recognized me …Son Goku." as he was finally unobstructed, the figure spread his wings, a smile across his scaled face.

"Tambourine?!" Goku said, shocked.

"You know him?" Trunks asked.

"Yeah, as much as I'd like to admit I didn't. But still, why are you alive?!" Goku angrily asked, pointing at the mutated Namek.

"All you need to know is that someone was gracious enough to give me a second chance at life." Tambourine chuckled. "And this time, I'll do what I was bred to: Killing those weak, inferior humans that dare stand in my way! And why stop just here? I overheard your little conversation about the 'Multiple Dimensions', I believe? Well, after I'm finished with you lot, I'll find a way to kill all the humans in all of the Dimensions!" Tambourine continued, becoming more and more maniacal as he continued.

"Sounds like a neat plan, Tambourine, but there's just one major flaw in your plan." Trunks remarked.

"And what's that?" Tambourine asked, rasing his scaly brow.

Goku smirked, telling him, "You're not leaving here alive. Trunks!"

"You got it!" Trunks responded.

With that, both Saiyans began to power up, screaming as they did so, as their hair spikes up, eyes turn teal, and hair turns yellow. After one last yell, a pair of golden auras surrounds the duo, their now-golden hair waving in the air.

"W-What is that glow? What is this?!" Tambourine asked, shaking.

"Let's just say you aren't the only one who's been itching to take on some strong guys." Goku smirked. "Now, we're going to send you back to Hell, where you belong!"

"Good luck trying." Tambourine chuckled, charging at the pair, Trunks immediately jumped out of the way, whilst Goku disappeared behind Tambourine. Suddenly, Goku kicked Tambourine away, with the mutated Namek catching himself before he hit a wall. Suddenly, he saw Trunks coming down with his sword, and he split the Demon in half. Before he could regenerate, Trunks kept cutting away at him, cutting him up until he was unrecognizable. Trunks blasted the remains away, destroying him.

"Nice one, Trunks. But for some reason, I feel that wasn't the end of it." Goku commented.

"Yeah, that did feel like more of a symptom than a cause of the problem." Trunks responded.

"And if they were able to get into the time vault, I wonder if the person who has the scroll knows how much power they have, and is raising the dead at random, and spawning them in every which dimension." Chronoa added. "We're just lucky we got one of the weaker ones."

"Well, if that's the case, then we've got no choice but to stop them..." Goku said, putting two fingers on his forehead.
